Why is @HSBC_UK closed on a Saturday?! I'm now without a bank card & access to my own money until TUESDAY as thought I could fetch it in branch this morning. What a great start to the bank holiday weekend.

@CKablooie @HSBC_UK Indeed. They are crap. Last three times I have rung Business customer services I have been waiting for 1.5 hrs each time. You'd think they could afford a few more staff with the $5.4 billion 2021 Q3 pre-tax profits.

Amazing service at tottenham court road branch from sayyid and toby to finally get an account open after over a month trying to get it done online and going back and forth over the phone. Probably best to bring back offline account openings! @HSBC_UK

@HSBC_UK Maybe should focus on running hsbc properly. It has gone downhill over the last 2 years, none customer friendly changes to savings accounts and now our counter services have been closed.

@Thin_As_Lizzy @HSBC_UK It’s not the same for all races, that’s why schemes that give some focused support exist, because when Black or brown people with the same or better qualifications than the white candidates apply, they are STILL discriminated against and less likely to be interviewed or employed

@HSBC_UK Thanks, I have just done this. I’m also waiting in queue to speak with Safeguard as we speak - it’s been 15 mins so far…… and I have a meeting in 10 mins so will have to cancel the call shortly, @HSBC_UK drastically needs to improve its customer support.
