Why is @HSBC_UK closed on a Saturday?! I'm now without a bank card & access to my own money until TUESDAY as thought I could fetch it in branch this morning. What a great start to the bank holiday weekend.

@HSBC_UK I’m brand new to HSBC and I can’t seem to register to the mobile and online banking as it comes up with an error code after putting in the telephone banking security number. The error code is: BERR_20023

@HSBC_UK I’m really disappointed in your service, locked out my online banking, told to go into branch. I go into branch and I’m told they can’t help me and that I have to wait 7 days for a activation code. Safe to say I will be closing my account and going to a alternative bank

A little worrying when our local @HSBC_UK couldn’t issue any cash. The counter closed months ago and the auto cash machine is broken . 😳

Not me always checking my HSBC account @HSBC_UK to see if the money there has reduced every two to three working days 😭. Nigerian banks have dealt me ***** with their ridiculous bank charges. I’m scarred!

@HSBC_UK I don't mind you have call centres abroad, but when the Indian accent of the person I'm trying to sort important financial transactions with is SO STRONG I can't understand what they're telling me then it becomes a problem. I just wanna pay my loan!!

So @HSBC_UK have just informed me that they are actively starting to block all payments to #crypto exchanges, specifically @cz_binance @binance to ‘protect’ their customers. Pubs and bookies fine. Crypto no.
