You're closing dozens of local branches. There is no one to talk to. Why would anyone keep their account with you any more? I've had mine 50 years wonder why.

Despite informing well in advance, I’m told: “Due to unavailability, we will not be able to service.” What’s the point of paying for a premium travel card if promised benefits fail ? It's with them I believe but not showing in my account. I hope the ISA transfer out team is more competent because once it's there I'm taking it out. Disgraceful service.

Then I took neighbour into his branch and guy there was fantastic. But if I hadn’t been around to take him? Shameful.
