Tonight I’d like to thank @Morrisons and @HSBC_UK for ruining my evening! Issues with paying at petrol pump led to my card being declined. Then I had to hang around the forecourt for an hour to get through HSBC customer services to unblock my card. Rant done! 🤬

@HSBC_UK Not impressed at all 👎, having been round Aldi the last 15 minutes picking up my shopping only to find the payment is declined due to ur system issues/ servers being down on ur end once at the till.
