    @HSBC_UK He tried calling the number on the letter 50minutes in the queue and basically your not set up for people that don’t live their life on line to pass security. Pointless going to the bank they don’t have staff to help you really should be ashamed

    @HSBC_UK is there a problem today with BACS transfers into HSBC??? Been waiting over 6 hours for a payment to a established connected account which is usually instant.

    @HSBC_UK @runner_nomad You don’t seem to know that the previous version was working with iOS 15. Your last update messed that up. You again don’t seem to know that your colleagues are saying a fix is on the way this week. It should not have to wait weeks for the official release #hsbc

    @keithcollantine @HSBC_UK BBVA in spain now issue cards without a single number. And if you want to make a transaction online for example, you have to get in the app to get new numbers every time. But hotels for example require to show the card you paid with, which makes it very secure but problematic

    @HSBC_UK So after 90 minutes radio silence - this comes on the back of nearly an hour waiting to talk to an advisor only to find out it was the wrong number - the HSBC customer service compared to Lloyds is frankly abysmal - Covid affects everyone and can’t be used as a constant excuse

    @HSBC_UK I mean I’m glad to hear it but did you not like, check that everything was okay before pushing the update out? This seems like something that should’ve been caught as a potential issue
