@HSBC_UK He tried calling the number on the letter 50minutes in the queue and basically your not set up for people that don’t live their life on line to pass security. Pointless going to the bank they don’t have staff to help you really should be ashamed

@HSBC_UK It's back now. The chatbot said it was down for maintenance. Maybe you should have a notice on the page - "Account details unavailable" or something. Very disconcerting to see one of your accounts just missing...
