@HSBC_UK How do I make an enquiry about a payment deposit that has been attempted into my old closed account? Tried calling the UK number for non-HSBC customers but it isn’t recognising my old account number? Presumably because it’s a closed account. Please help 🤞

@Chelseachemist1 @HSBC_UK Thanks. Might be the only way I can access online banking until they update the app. It's always the same and it's the only app that tends to crash every time.
