@HSBC_UK so i am supposed to drive a round trip of 35 miles to bank our village hall cash and cheques. We don’t even have a direct bus service to there. Our branch always has elderly customers in looking for banking assitance. Shame on you. @JulianSmithUK

@HSBC_UK we live a mile from your branch and can only get a weak mobile signal in upstairs bedroom many of my neighbours do not have wifi and do not want it, because of the cost. Landlines for calls only. Banks profits increase, service decreases.. shameful..

@HSBC_UK why don’t HSBC ask for transaction confirmation via the app !! Rather than make us wait for hours on the phone to contact the fraud department? Also change the message to say over 3h waiting time. I really don’t know how you can operate a bank with such poor service.

@HSBC_UK I cannot get the HSBC app to work on my Pixel 6 Pro, and no mention of this issue anywhere; any suggestions? I've uninstalled, restarted the phone, force stopped. App opens and then instantly closes.
