I bank with @HSBC_UK @HSBC and was referred to the @PostOffice this morning because the counter service in my local HSBC is not actually open as per the TV campaign. It’s in the small print apparently! Even the post office refused to bank our piggy bank money! #poorservice #lazy

@HSBC_UK applied for advanced current account, rejected as my credit score is 'not high enough' yet with Experian it is 999. Phoned and assistant was no help, and would't explain why or give further info. Can you help please?

@HSBC_UK As an ex-staff member, I was badly disappointed at the service & info a friend was given by a telrep yesterday. She's not totally confident & it could have left her £500 out of pocket. Sadly, she won't ring to report a service failure as she doesn't want to cause a fuss!

@HSBC_UK Not that it’s affecting me so much. But others need to access their mobile app ASAP. You updated your app yesterday. There was an issue. You should either just re release the old version or provide an update today. 5-7 day wait for key isn’t good enough.
