    @HSBC_UK hi your chat bot doesn't help with registering online and says I need to login. The issue is with registering so a bit difficult to get to a person. When registering saying can't as you need contact details. Does this mean a mobile number is needed for online banking?

    Absolutely disgusted with the “customer service” from @HSBC_UK @HSBC tonight. Got locked out of my online account and they refused to verify me because I couldn’t remember a random transaction from last Tuesday despite answering 8 other security questions correctly…

    @HSBC_UK you recently closed my bank account & sent me a cheque for the funds in the account. Unfortunately my new account is an online account & do not accept cheques. Your call center insist there is nothing they can do. Please help.

    @mrleeleencfc @HSBC_UK @ubereats_uk I'm in a similar situation. Got overcharged effectively. Support are not replying to my messages now either. I'm going to chargeback also. Shouldn't have to come to this. Hope HSBC sort you out anyway.

    @HSBC_UK my Nans telephone banking has been suspended because your call answers English is terrible and apparently failed the verification witch she didn’t! Appalling

    @HSBC_UK I've already spent an hour on the phone to HSBC. They said no issues but it's still not working. I've not used Amazon, I've tried with several other vendors.

    @HSBC_UK have done it again. Unprompted call from fraud team to tell me something. I couldn’t answer one security questions (the payee on a random payment made in the last month), so they (a) refused to tell me what they phoned about and (b) suspended my access to phone banking.

    @HSBC_UK I have received an email from you stating I have an inactive account that has money in it that has been frozen and that is over 3 years old. I have no access to mobile banking and am currently abroad with no UK number. I would like to close this account. Please help.
