@HSBC_UK So recently i made four transation 1000 each from my accout out of four two got reverse into my account. Now i am getting on the app that my account is suspended, also i am in india right now so not able to call hsbc uk customer care number.

@HSBC_UK Will do later. It’s actually on an old iPhone6, never had an issue.. but.. I do need to get this on my new phone, just never bothered. What do I need to do, to get it on a new phone(?), my Hsbc calculator thing stopped working some time ago.. never really needed it since. Thx

Got to love @HSBC_UK they don't have a clue how to deal with customers. 1st they block your account for no reason, then to restore it, you have to visit a branch! #poorcustomerservice 🤷
