@Silvee19 @HSBC_UK Rubbish service.Tried to open 3 childrens accounts.2 came back.1 never showed up. Chased and chased. Phone call after phone call. Was told I wasnt uploading his ID correctly. Except I received confirmation of it being uploaded 3 times. Gave up after 3 mths. Cancelled them all.

@HSBC_UK , Can you please reply to my previous message. Today it has been imposible for me to make contact with any of your Customer Help Centres. I have spent over 6 hours trying to get in touch. I know that the lines closed at 8pm. Also I have not received promissed call backs.

@HSBC_UK mobile app stopped working so uninstalled and now trying to reinstall. It says I've already activated digital secure key on another device (NO it's the SAME device). The set up instructions say to open app and 'generate a log on security code'. I can't access anything

@HSBC_UK I won’t do that because I can still log on the app, which is a different cases from others. My only issue is about the code generating, this will not be solved by activating my account again.
