@HSBC_UK hi, debit card has a split in it that won't let contactless work and affects normal chin and pin transactions, if I order a replacement will my current stop working completely? Or will it remain useable until I receive and activate a new one? Thanks.

@HSBC_UK Customer service though... Not so much. Been with you 27 years but the lack of care from both staff in branch and most over the phone has forced me to leave. £50 comp for a loan application I made that showed up on my brother's credit report?? Really?

@HSBC_UK What has happened to HSBC? As a premier customer one thing I was always impressed with was the customer service, not any more. It’s virtually impossible to get any help after 8 pm, which for any Bank is totally unacceptable

@HSBC_UK signed up for a joint account and neither of us can register for the online account in app or website. Going round in circles on the phone. We go away this weekend and need access. Pins have not arrived yet!

@HSBC_UK I’m not happy. I’m trying desperately to login to my online account, I’ve called various numbers that ask me to enter certain details and then when I enter my date of birth it rejects. I’ve done an only chat which was useless and I have now put in a complaint. Disgusted!
