    @HSBC_UK @HSBC opening accounts for my boys and shlepped all the way to the bank as I was texted to come with their ID....but no one told me they had to come with me!!! Wasted trip and disappointed kids!!!! Not a happy customer...

    @HSBC_UK Is there not some way to nominate saved payees which are not auto deleted? Perhaps there should be. Not that I would expect any action but I can't be the only customer in this position

    @HSBC_UK Hi can you please provide me of a contact number in the uk who can help me with the banking app. I switched phones and can't access my old phone. The team in India has been useless.

    @mitchellsx @HSBC_UK @harryjsmith03 There is nothing to fix. They actively chose to block the app form working on iOS 16. The M&S bank app now works on iOS 16, and this is a HSBC subsidiary, so there’s no reason why the HSBC UK app shouldn’t work.

    @HSBC_UK I was in middle of an order online for my mother who needs medicine as I thought it be easy. As we both disabled. We know the card readers are surveillance tools of data mining to sell people data. Hence the reason we never had one. Your BS Security block the order.

    @HSBC_UK PLEASE, is there a way I can speak to someone in the UK?! I’ve been on to 3 different people over 45mins-they don’t understand my problem & there is such a delay on the call, it is impossible. I couldn’t hear one woman because of a bloody COCKEREL in the background!
