    @HSBC_UK can anyone explain why my global account atm card doesn’t work, can’t be read by HSBC arms or used to purchase goods? Interestingly my husband has the exact same issue. Apparently I@must call the global account helpdesk which only operates Mon-Fri 8am - 6pm………..

    @hsbc_uk has declined its customer service support significantly over the last couple years. Also from a product perspective simply wiring funds among household accounts they are asking infinite amount of questions sounding as if protecting the customer from fraud… shocking!

    @Reuters Can Noel Quinn @HSBC_UK please make sure they get the basics right before writing about making the UK globally competitive?? I can't get into my bank account and there's no-one to help. The new service completely locked me out of my account I've had for 15 years. Shocking service

    @HSBC_UK how do I make a money transfer? Locked out of the app awaiting a code through the post. Lines are closed too. Can’t login on the website either because need the app running for a security code.

    @HSBC_UK unable to do transfer fund using mobile app. When adding new payee it gives erro when clicking on Check Payee Details. Error code 503

    @HSBC_UK My local branch is closing and the odd time that I must pay in a cheque at the post office I need a paying in slip. I can't order them online, I can't print one off and the only way to get one is to get in the queue for the chat line but, wait, the chat line is broken.
