@HSBC_UK @Stonewallhousin Wow! So, older women who through no fault of their own find themselves on the street are ignored - even though their lives will be at risk. What about the plethora of older men too? Do you make the homeless answer a questionnaire before you give them help?

@HSBC_UK The branch isHSBC Shipley. The staff were rigid, would not accept perfectly legitimate UCAS confirmation of uni course which also included his name & address. The cashier was totally unreasonable Halifax were polite professional, with great service. So glad he is not with HSBC.

@bigissuenorth Birth certificates for Homeless people born in greater Manchester are free. Homeless do not need a birth certificate to open a bank account. @AskNationwide only ask for 2 letters as proof one from dwp and one from a support worker @HSBC_UK only require the support worker ID

@HSBC_UK Your large format talking SecureKey is brilliant for elderly father. Process to switch is a nightmare. Website says request in branch (you can't) or call 45 min call to India, on its way Account blocked, no access :-( It arrives, 30 min call to enable it All good. 1/2
