@HSBC_UK I currently can’t make any purchases online with my business card because I am told you don’t have my phone number for verification. I phoned and gave you my number that you already have. Still can’t purchase and phone support told me it must be the vendor’s fault (ie Amazon)

@HSBC_UK It said on website that you were extremely busy + not to ring unless it was an emergency, which it isn’t.The last four digits of my number you show are correct.I tried generating a security code but the option isn’t available at the bottom of the page where it says it should be!

@HSBC_UK There’s no real opt in if you follow the website? So do you just log into your mobile banking app and everyone is automatically opted in or what?

@HSBC_UK I had to delete the app and also go through telephone banking to set whole new credentials. It's working now, but wasted my Monday morning! Please TEST your updates fully

@HSBC_UK app has updated and wants a security code but doesn’t send a text. Doesn’t accept my security no. either. Tried going to the chat room but you have to log on to the app to access it! How is that helpful when you can’t log on? HSBC are always so complicated!
