@jcroberts171 @HSBC_UK It's incredible. They treat us with contempt. Their staff in branches are unable to help with anything and yet they seem to behave as if they're not expecting to have to answer the phone to masses of customers as a result.

@daughterofashep @HSBC_UK I’ve never needed to contact Customer services, but they seem to consistently get good reviews. The app is excellent, and the website works. Cheques I pay in by post, and cash gets paid in at the post office.

Two hours plus on phone and live chat and I’m not an inch further forward. Thanks @HSBC_UK your customer service has reached elite levels of uselessness. Can anyone recommend a bank that doesn’t take money from your account without any authority?

@HSBC_UK I called you at 10:21 and I only just disconnected so you might want to double check your data. I have put in a complaint via your staff, i have also put in complaint via the company i work for as this cannot be sustainable for us. I had the same problem in November 2021.
