@DannyJSmith @LewisLudlam @HSBC_UK Yes I'm well aware of that. However their customer service teams are operated independently. FD's customer service is head and shoulders above all other banks, including HSBC.

@HSBC_UK did it again. After removing Fast Balance from the Mob App without notification, #HSBC have now removed physical Secure Key access from the Mob App, again without notice, forcing users to use DSK, locking me out of Int Banking. 3 hrs on the phone today, still not fixed.

I have been on the phone to @HSBC_UK today for nearly 3 hrs, and the problem (an acknowledged bank software problem) is still not fixed I am without On-Line Banking No one takes ownership No one one calls to update/notify fix REFUSES to call back EVERY #HSBC change is a bad one.

@HSBC_UK Thank you Jack. I have seen, and responded to, your welcome update. I look forward to being contacted by HSBC to notify me that the software fault has been rectified in due course, and I can access my HSBC Internet Banking again.
