    @Fiona31814 @HSBC_UK I’ve lately had occasion to consult with HSBC persons (I don’t bank there at present) and thought their service was really good - swings and roundabouts it seems, sadly, Fiona.

    @HSBC_UK When things go wrong the better customer service is to apologise and explain how long the problem will be ongoing. If you don’t know, say so, but SAY SOMETHING!!
