Probably in Delhi, accent issues, background noise and a total lack of UK knowledge - unhelpful to the extreme. Closing branches without an online telephone system that works for clients! 😡😡😡

It's set to disallow dates in the future, with each spinner restricted. So, today, 9/4/26, it's impossible to start entering a date like 31/12/80. 🧵1/n
