    @HSBC_UK Still doesn’t work. I suggest it’s possibly an iOS 14.7 issue then rather than an HSBC issue. It works an a desktop.

    @HSBC_UK I’ve been trying to call but I finally got through & now my telephone banking has been locked. Everything I try to do online keeps telling me to call. Lost card - need to call Account switch - need to call App login blocked - need to call Tele banking locked - need to call 🙃

    @HSBC_UK Mobile app not working. Can’t log on to online banking without it! Please give us proper updates rather than having to rely on the red top newspapers!

    @HSBC_UK the banking app still keeps crashing on iPhone 6. When is this being fixed on iOS 12.5.4???? The customer helpdesk is not even accepting that it is a known issue.
