@HSBC_UK internet banking has a bug for the Safari browser, worth mentioning to tech team. The website is accumulating data, 15gb in RAM and then crashes the browser. Same issue on other computers too.

@HSBC_UK Yeah I’ve done that, but it’s definitely an issue on your end. Happening across the board on any device that uses the desktop version safari. Clearing cache etc makes no difference

@HSBC_UK clearly doesn't care about its reputation or safety of their customers. They are incapable to provide a customer service on the phone during the pandemic. I have been calling their fraud team for 2 weeks now and can't get anybody on the phone.
