I have never seen such awful (not-existent) customer service as with @HSBC_UK . Bad enough that my money is funding drug cartels in Mexico but I can't even get through to make an appointment with my local bank :)

@HSBC_UK recvd a letter notice of arrears exactly same as was 4-5 mo bk when I’m not in any arrears.. promised then that were comp generated and was apologised.. now bk to square 1...on the phone now for 1 Hour.. being transferred from dept to dept..! Pathetic service

@HSBC_UK I realise it may take a while to resolve, but I haven't even had a preliminary conversation with anyone from your office. It has been a WEEK since I raised the issue of a four-digit sum missing from my account. And I haven't even been able to talk to anyone about it?
