Tried to get important statements for a @HSBC_UK business bank account I closed. As I'm in the US, I thought they would be able to email/post them? NOPE. One phone put down (after 30 mins!) and one 'I can see the statements here, but you need to make a request at your UK branch!

@HSBC_UK I work in software engineering. I know how to test for issues and defects. This is what I used macOS Version 12.2.1 (Build 21D62) 12.2.1 x86_64. Tested yesterday evening and at time stamp I recontacted this morning.

@HSBC_UK very disappointed with the bait & switch £170 current account deal due to your own internal delays sending me details. Have never seen such poor customer service and cheating from a bank in my life. Will be making a formal complaint and switching elsewhere
