    @HSBC_UK Do I have to book an appointment at the branch to update my personal details (name), or can I just pop go in at any time? The website says to book an appointment over the phone, and but when I called phone banking, it said I should book the appointment online!

    @HSBC_UK I need access to my UK account ASAP as this is very unprofessional to lock my account and prevent me from having access to my money. I have never had this happen to me before and I’m very disappointed with this and I would never recommend this bank to anyone

    I wanted a new bank account to save money in. I tried @HSBC_UK but there was too much security crap that I couldn't login to my own account. Close that one and open new one with @BarclaysUKHelp Same crap. Too much security I can't login.

    @HSBC_UK @profpond5 Well there are already two separate reports visible on your account and I’ve reported same by DM, so by now you should be aware that there are reports and a problem.

    @HSBC_UK - is there a problem with the app. I have reinstalled it because it logs off everytime I press pay&transfer.

    @HSBC_UK £22,200 has been lost between an HSBC payer and an HSBC payee. We are both calling the bank and we are both being told the problem is with the other party. I ask to speak to a manager and this is not possible. It's a joke. I recently moved from Santander. Epic fail
