    @HSBC_UK Unless you have plenty of money, no bank will ever truly help. Stick empty words and generic financial advice up your . . . . . . . . . .

  • RedDragonSanda Absolute Goblin (@RedDragonSanda) reported

    @HSBC_UK Banks.....help?

  • londonto londonto (@londonto) reported

    @HSBC_UK yes and it didn't help should be an option

  • Cryptic_Sami Sami (@Cryptic_Sami) reported

    @HSBC_UK Why would the banks help people out without a return? By the goodness of your hearts? You've only offered tie-over loans with extortionate interest rates. That's why no one asks the banks for help.

  • ALongfellow91 Adam Longfellow (@ALongfellow91) reported

    @HSBC_UK I asked for a repayment holiday during Covid as my wife wasn’t able to open her salon. And all I got from your advisor was “ don’t you have any family members that could help you out” and “ don’t you have any savings” so no I’ve not considered it.

  • ShonaRattray Shona Rattray 🇺🇦 #StandWithUkraine (@ShonaRattray) reported

    @HSBC_UK If you want to help customers you need to make it easier for them to speak to you. I spent 1 hour and 15 mins waiting on hold to speak to an adviser yesterday. Many wouldn’t have had the time or would have given up.

    @HSBC_UK Yes, the info I needed wasn’t available online. I use the HSBC app daily. The telephone was the only option for what I needed but your customer service in that area is poor.

  • stillherejust Sue🇺🇦🇬🇧🇪🇺💙 (@stillherejust) reported from Wells, England

    @HSBC_UK Banks were bailed out with our money. Suggest you give it back to help those in crisis.

  • rog99899 mal (@rog99899) reported

    @HSBC_UK If you are ever in need of help from a Bank the answer will always be no. Because you are a bigger risk than if you didnt need help.

  • Shejustknows2 She just knows! (@Shejustknows2) reported

    @HSBC_UK People don't and won't ask you for help, because you're a bank and you make it abundantly clear in your charges for when people go overdrawn.
