    @HSBC_UK Yet another issue with banking in the UK. Being advised that my local branch is within a shopping centre, parking charges and no indication on website of what services aren't available on a weekend. All branches should be set at a standard of Customer Service!!

    @FavColBlk @HSBC_UK @HSBC Saturday Report: No resolution, letters will be sent, despite a postal strike, will be unable to access accounts or any money at all for around another week, so I will live on air and water. Unbelievably unhelpful. I'm having a minor breakdown here...

    @seetdance @HSBC_UK @HSBC they advised me to visit a local branch here in Portugal where I'm working, except there are NONE in this country, nor where I live back home. More utterly useless advice from a bank that simply doesn't care unfortunately

    @HSBC_UK I needed to make a very time sensitive payment on Friday and despite being on the phone with an agent to process this, it was flagged as potential fraud and reversed. I've now missed the investment opportunity and been locked out of my Internet Banking facility. Awful.

    @HSBC_UK Is there any possible chance that you can answer your phone. (l take it that you only have 1). Currently on hold for fourth time in 48 hours. Trying to resolve a mistake on your part. Your customer service is totally non existence. Disgraceful .

    @Sourcream38 @HSBC_UK Totally get your frustration appalling service today spent nearly 4hours on phone being passed around the world to different departments and every one says I can’t help !!!! Still not resolved
