I have contacted @HSBC_UK four times over the last month regarding an error HSBC has made - a cheque payable to another customer has been credited to my account by mistake, but your call centre agents don't want to deal with this - surely you must see I cannot keep this money?

@HSBC_UK I have telephoned and been told there is an issue with iOS 12 on iPhones. Apparently your engineers are working on a new version of the banks app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and am now waiting a couple of days while it get sorted.
