@HSBC_UK an utterly pointless call with hsbc customer service who’s advice to my 90 year old grandfather is to go into Branch 30 minutes away or wait 2 weeks to get a telephone banking number..how are older people supposed to access help when local branches keep closing?!

@HSBC_UK @Shelter Hello @HSBC_UK, whilst it's nice to provide these bank accounts, I seriously doubt that this will do much to protect the homeless. I became homeless about 5 years ago, despite having a bank account and some funds. There are no protections for people with undiagnosed health issues

@HSBC_UK my bank account has a dormancy marker placed on it. I have sent the documents by courier to lift the marker, spent hours on the phone. still no result. when can you fix the problem so I can transact?
