    @HSBC_UK - I have tried to call to report fraud on my credit card THREE times and each time you disconnect the call after 10 minutes. Impossible. Please sort this out!!!

    @HSBC_UK @HSBC_IN @MannDeshiOrg HSBC secretly closed 10's of London branches and secretly left branches has NO COUNTERS NOW, but HSBC proudly says branches has wi fi as a branch service. For 2/3 mln people in one part of London I found only 3 branches with a counter NOT OPEN ON SATURDAYS!

    Always a pleasure, trying to speak to @HSBC_UK on their live chat... Staff connect and then obviously leave their computer or otherwise pay no attention to chat, as it goes 5+ mins without them even acknowledging it's connected. This is a recurring issue. "Jeniffer" this time.

    @HSBC_UK Still unable to pay suppliers with the HSBC App, which I use primarily and greatly prefer to online site. This hasn't worked since your recent meltdown a couple Fridays ago, despite having uninstalled then reinstalled the app. When do you expect this to be fixed? Not on.

    @HSBC_UK @iamdinotwothree This is not the new upgrade as it is 3 days old and this version is the problem. We were told there was a new update in the last 24 hours and that it is on the App Store. It isn’t. You can see why people are fed up #hsbc

    @iamdinotwothree @HSBC_UK There’s no fix for iOS 15 yet so don’t know why they’ve said that. I spoke to someone on the phone yesterday

    @davidkh001 @amirreza123 @HSBC_UK It was working before with iOS 15 but the update four days ago, to fix an iOS 12 problem, omitted to include the certificate for it. It’s their error and an easy fix but they’ve still not done it yet

    @HSBC_UK The mobile app on my IPhone crashes just after showing the splash screen. This is very inconvenient as I can’t even use online site to login because I can’t find my digital key.

    @HSBC_UK @iPoof To fix an issue for a version of iOS not supported by Apple (other than CVE updates) you’ve broken your app for users of possibly the most supported version of iOS. At month end, no less! Do you even bother to test your apps any more, or do you just fling them out?
