  Website: you need to contact the branch Phone banking: you need to use the website. Honestly, @HSBC_UK, you are not covering yourselves in glory today. 20 mins on hold now in addition to nearly 2 hours trying to get an answer today.

  @HSBC_UK Does it make any difference? You know the wait times are ridiculous. It doesn’t help that you voice menu reads out a long list of things I can do on the website (which don’t include what I need right now) like some kind of deliberate torture.
