@HSBC_UK hi HSBC. Are you able to help please? @AerLingus delayed flight MAN to DUB. Connection missed AerLingus didn't get us on next flight @11am despite there being 3 seats available. They've put us on 4pm flight. Can we claim travel insurance to pay business fare? Thanks

@HSBC_UK been banking with you for 20 years and you have decided to close all my accounts for no reason and no-one that can help me with this. I have all my wages, direct debits and savings and now cannot access any of it over Christmas as you have closed my accounts. Ridiculous!

Why is customer service now so rubbish @HSBC_UK ? 45 minutes hanging on the phone before it clicks off. You're closing dozens of local branches. There is no one to talk to. Why would anyone keep their account with you any more? I've had mine 50 years wonder why.

Hello @HSBC_UK. I'm on hold to your fraud line, as I have been for the last 15 minutes. You need to change your on-hold message. It should say 'please hold; someone might answer; but we aren't interested in providing customer service, so we don't employ nearly enough agents.'

@HSBC_UK @financialombuds You need to learn to read. The case has already been referred to them. I even gave you the case number above. The issue here is that even though there is an ongoing case with them, you continue to harass me directly via phone and via no-reply email addresses.

@hsbc_uk turn up to your Tooting branch 1 hr 15 mins before closing to change name following marriage. Only to be told “come another day because we’re closing soon”. I take time out of my working day to be here in good time & now expected to sacrifice more time?!
