@HSBC_UK The customer service advisors were friendly however @HSBC_UK need to investigate fraud. If a fraud organisation @actionfrauduk says a fraudulent activity occurred, how can a bank then state no fraud occurred?🤔

@HSBC_UK as existing customers me and my husband tried to open 3 joint accounts in branch with you today. To be told you can't do that as it would be dangerous!! No online option either. Shocking service. HSBC group, not there for personal banking. Natwest went above & beyond.

@HSBC @HSBC_UK bank account opened in May, now July & you still haven't sent telephone banking security no. to enable online access. Phoned you on numerous occasions. 3 weeks ago was told it was awaiting dispatch. Do you just have just one person sending all your post?
