    @HSBC_UK totally useless banking and transfer services and even worse Indian customer services. Never a UK support person, even for call escalation. Just had an Indian support staff hang up on me after I asked if they were based in India. That was after call back and 10min wait

    @HSBC_UK There’s nothing to investigate. It’s just a general sense across SMEs that UK banks not only let us down but on occasion are predictably unhelpful

    @HSBC_UK Trying to open an account with you. You email asking for payslips but impossible to log into the Live Docs service. When I call you no one has any idea what I’m on about. Help please before I give up

    @HSBC_UK I’ve done so, and have managed to get this down to 5 days before I need to call the number I’ve called three times already to be pointed to the website each time. This is awful.
