Nothing to back it up, just a personal take from fact issues are now widely debated & whilst I hear many supporting views like Ms Forstater's among friends/relatives/work colleagues etc, I've yet to hear a single voice supporting opposing view

    @HSBC_UK any reason why I keep being thrown out the app? Need to input username, password and receive activation code etc. All the subsequent texts and emails welcome me to "banking by app". Is it a periodic security check or an annoying error? Thanks.

    @HSBC_UK @EmmaRaducanu Maybe spend less money of celebs and employ a few more call centre staff. Over 30 minute wait and then had to phone department as could not be transfered. Appalling customer service and has been getting worse.
