@HSBC_UK how exactly do I close my business account? Have hand delivered a letter to the branch, signed forms in branch. And you still won’t close the account and are trying to charge fees. And obviously cannot get through on customer service line.

Hi @HSBC_UK , after moving to iOS 15, my mobile banking app doesn’t… it opens and immediately shuts down. I have the latest version of the app. Any ideas? This is affect the @firstdirecthelp app too.

@OnceUponASophie @RealHunkHarris @HSBC_UK You would support protests AND riots. If you support a protest, fair enough. But supporting a riot is very different entirely, you’re supporting a violent and unlawful action that can ruin people’s lives.

@HSBC_UK @ChangePlease I can’t even get an account opened for my 15 year old daughter between terrible miscommunication re what documents I need and inconvenient branch opening times. I’ve never had a good experience with HSBC.

@OnceUponASophie @RealHunkHarris @HSBC_UK You said “I would absolutely support those RIOTS and protests against it” Riots are violent and unlawful. Protests are good. I don’t support riots in any circumstance even if I agree with the cause. Riots are violence and violence is bad.

@HSBC_UK my account was closed on 9 sep and the left over balance was to be mailed as a cheque. It was confirmed twice that it was processed. Now, customer care says that It has not yet been processed.Why the delay? Please expedite, it's over a month already!
