@HSBC_UK using iOS 15 latest beta and it crashes your app. Are you going to fix it? All other banking apps seem to work just fine

@HSBC_UK So why not fix them in advance. Given they are issues you are likely to have to fix at one point anyway. To be clear have a few banking apps on my phone and yours is only one which does not work.

@HSBC_UK I can't access my account, because I'm on a new device and don't have a digital secure key. Trying to make a new one, and it wants to send the details to an address I no longer live at. Can't change the address because I can't access my account. And repeat. Please help?

@HSBC_UK I already have! INVEST DIRECT do not want to let me see my VIRTUAL accounts because it would cost them too much to change the web site. THEREFORE MY HUMAN RIGHTS MUST REMAIN INFRINGED. Why only Italy, when German, France and Austria can use the service?
