I just spoke to a Caitlyn in the mortgage team at @HSBC_UK and she was so kind and compassionate about the situation I described to her, not to mention helpful, that I wanted to reach down the phone and hug her. Be good to Caitlyn @HSBC_UK she deserves it.

@HSBC_UK what is going on with your mobile app it keeps crashing every time I try to open it. Can’t even access it online as I need to generate code .. frustrating!
