@HSBC_UK How long is this going to take HSBC? My third time on hold today after being cut off twice, now hitting 2 hours on hold. Chat advised me to call. This is unacceptable customer service.

@HSBC_UK Excuses about excessive waiting times is waring very thin and ultimately not addressing this over many years is quite insulting...when dealing with a bank .. efficient courteous staff is the absolute minimum a customer should expect ..

@HSBC_UK Thanks Jack but I don't have time. Twitter is full of customers having issues with your online services over the last few days. Please look at the system logs and use the info to sort the problems out for us all. Application started today to open a new current account elsewhere.
