Appalling customer service from @HSBC_UK . Hours on hold in mid December, emails sent, online chat tried, and hours on hold today. Has anyone contacted me? No. Has anyone answered or helped? No. Am I still on hold? Yes.

  • discoandy668 Andy Smith (@discoandy668) reported

@HSBC_UK Thanks but my point was having been part of your customer studio panel testing the new app prior to general release that for you to end the beta with no support on reverting back to the release version is incredibly frustrating!

  • discoandy668 Andy Smith (@discoandy668) reported

@HSBC_UK No, do not recall receiving anything. The only emails I recall were about how balances were displayed and your website. I ended up having to phone and wait in a queue for 25 minutes to reset security but at least have access to the app again now.

@HSBC_UK Business mobile app server is down???? Please help

  • notthatGraeme Graeme (@notthatGraeme) reported

@HSBC_UK No one answering phones, two seperate auto call backs haven't happened at all, your Chat is a farce. To be honest the new account I was trying to open will go elsewhere and I am going to give a lot of thought to moving my account after well over 30 years as a customer.

  • notthatGraeme Graeme (@notthatGraeme) reported

@HSBC_UK what an absolute farce it's become banking with HSBC. Your Customer Service is a joke, telephones not answered, chat takes 20 minutes each line of response, I've now been waiting 25 minutes for an auto call back. Pitiful!

  • RetreatTorquay1 Retreat (@RetreatTorquay1) reported

@HSBC_UK An indemnity claim was raised on 11th December and I informed it would take 1 working day, 3 working days, 5 working days, 10 working days. Still no money and no communication. Just wrong information. Promised comp, never got it. This feels like theft.

  • chrislee1628 Chris Lee (@chrislee1628) reported

@HSBC_UK Have also spoken to customer service, went through the process with them, they have no idea why

  • paulineridley paulineridley (@paulineridley) reported

@c_j_d @HSBC_UK That’s awful - I found the bereavement depts of banks were reasonably sensitive once I got through to them but yes some staff just didn’t seem to have a clue how to respond in a human way. Sorry you are going through this

  • andymblackmore Andy Blackmore (@andymblackmore) reported

@HSBC_UK when customer advisors try to drag out a phone call so you can’t speak to the relevant department because they close well had I not waited 30 mins to get through
