    @HSBC_UK Tried to send money online but you flagged it as potential fraud, even though I was on the phone with your agents when I transferred it. Tried again, and it happened again. Mental. Awful service trying to sort. Three days, three 30 minutes calls... AWFUL!

    @HSBC_UK I've got a brilliant customer service suggestions. Don't go closing all your branches when the processes you put in place to offset the closure don't work OR they are making the customers worse off. Because becoming a SH!T bank is not the goal. Simple. Good day have a great 1
