@HSBC_UK my solicitor sent a deed of variation for HSBC approval over 8 working days ago. The service time is supposed to be 7 days. HSBC can see the task is outstanding but cannot give an indication of when it will be reviewed. It is holding up a house sale and everyone (1/2)

Can anyone recommend a bank other than @HSBC_UK please? I've had enough of customer support that says one thing and does another - that's if I can manage to get through in the first place!
