@HSBC_UK your website is awful your app is worse... I need to pay someone in France and you say "this service is temporarily unavailable". Bull. A couple of weeks ago it was "you need to do those transfers on the website, not the app". Seriously looking at @StarlingBank instead

@HSBC_UK @jonsr1 I am trying from yesterday to deposit DVLA cheque. Called the customer service agent also but he was useless and in the end he said to dpeosit in a branch. "We couldn't read check details. try again" ok/cancel. It's a printed cheque only. You made us lazy...now...

@MikeGore2 @HSBC_UK Send an email to the bank with proof your daughter didn't withdraw or spend the money. Normally locations and times on trackers help etc.
