  @HSBC_UK I am 50 years with HSBC. Just had some issues. Rang to fix an appointment to visit my local branch. Call centre individual hung up on me at 19.25 this evening. Cannot believe the way I am being treated. Time to finally close my account and move on.

If this is the official twitter account, why cant you afford to pay for a check mark?   @HSBC_UK 2hrs of phones calls, 1 of which waiting to speak to someone. 20 mins of online chat. And still, no one is able to explain why my business debit card is blocked or has unblocked it. Why should anyone have a business account with you with such shoddy service?
