  @HSBC_UK @uk_task_ I have learned yesterday HSBC or the CEO don't care about customers. I lost my mother whish I am still feeling the pain. I have problems putting my mother to rest.   @stephenpratley @HSBC_UK The fact the HSBC biz app still has no notifications and their card has no Apple Pay support tells you everything about their care for customers. They don’t give a ****.

  @HSBC_UK dreadful combative approach by complaints handler Monica. You get my tax status incorrect, as I'm only the POA on my brother's account, then blame me for your error. It's taken since Oct 2025 to get here. Help @financialombuds

  @HSBC_UK my father had an account with your bank in London, he passed away. I tried multiple times to file bereavement. Couldn't get in touch with an employee with no help from your side.

  @HSBC_UK @thandiwntsgmail Interestingly,you blocked my telephone banking access on 30th March. You didn't notify me, I found out on the 17th April. Asked on the call to reset it,told it wasn't possible over the phone. That was a barefaced lie. Been told by your complaints team that it is possible. Lies!!

  @HSBC_UK sort put your services ! Your app is diabolical and like a gamble if you can access your account or not ! Your login page has been frozen for days, and your photo ID krap is a joke ! ive had eye surgery ( im sick as hell ) and I cant even pay for eye drops !!!!!!!!!
