    When you are forced to contact @HSBC_UK on the phone because of a lack of branch staff and they just proceed to make the situation worse Nothing beats 2022 customer service

    @HSBC_UK so you cancelled an online payment because you didn’t answer your phone before your 8pm deadline. I was hanging on the phone for nearly an hour and you didn’t answer. 8pm passes and you cancelled the payment. I’m trying now to make it again and get an error code H55! 😡

    @HSBC_UK Is there an issue with the banking app? Can’t make any payments / move money as it just says ‘You have no eligible accounts to move money from’. Been like this for a few days now.

    @cirenwines @Facebook @HSBC_UK wow!!! to my greatest surprise I thought he was a scammer until I trusted him and did what he asked me to do and to my greatest surprise my account was recovered and this account contain many information that could have cost me $100,000 but with the help of alt_tech7 It is back

    @HSBC_UK honestly your in app chat service is woeful. It’s taken 2 days to order a paying in book. I’m asked security details about 5 times even though it’s in-app? Why? And if you would just increase the mobile cheque pay in amount I wouldn’t need a paying in book!

    New low for @HSBC_UK customer service. After again being told to speak with their online chat service to order a new bank card, they confirmed it would be sent out. I chase this up today and they have told me that no card has been ordered and I should called up. #Awful
