    Hello @HSBC_UK I was resetting my login to the app. You said you would send a code to my phone. It didn't arrive. I made one up (to try and generate an error so it would resend the code) and my made-up code worked and allowed me to complete the flow and create a new password.

    @HSBC_UK Thanks Mill -- I appreciate your help, I understand everyone is busy and there is an extra load with people wfh and the pandemic. What is frustrating for me is repeatedly being promised responses that don't materialise, while there is a large hole in my bank account. Thanks

    @HSBC_UK yet again Hsbc have failed to provide the most basic customer service. Internet banking forms completed and 3 weeks later no details back as promised. 3 chasing phone calls and now we have to start again. #hsbcareuseless

    @HSBC_UK HSBC would never accept this kind of response for a delayed payment from run-of-the-mill customers owing money, and I won't accept it from you. I'm not going to spend any time, money on an international phone call to a customer helpline who will give me the exact same spiel.

    @HSBC_UK Can you give me the address so i can appeal a loan decision and send in more information. I’m not a customer of HSBC so cannot “log in” and chat etc. Hope you can help.
