    @HSBC_UK They are stating this on their website : If you wish to send electronic bank statements from an online account you should also send a supporting letter from the bank on company headed paper confirming that the documents are authentic.

    @HSBC_UK Thanks but I ended up having to go into the branch in the end - so more time and money spent on mileage and parking because HSBC can't provide adequate telephone support.

    @HSBC_UK @HSBC Absolutely disgusted with awful service from your UK contact centres tonight. Called phone bank to report a fraudulent CC transaction at 16:33..25min queue (OK, I get that), PB put me through to CC team, then put through to fraud team... 1/2

    @ProfessorCrick2 @HSBC_UK Issue behind this is I have epilepsy and cannot have photo id... I've actually had a lot of issues, not just with banks, but even proxy cards (@imaginecurve) signing me up and then asking me to go get a passport and basically put myself in a seizure!

    @HSBC_UK i have received a text message from you saying i have set up a new payee...i dont bank with you...ive tried calling the number for non account holders...it wants an account number...tried the complaint form it doesnt recognise me as im not a customer...

    @HSBC_UK The app has awful customer service. I have been given wrong information SEVERAL times with no consequences or responsibility on HSBC’s part. Branch employee at Gloucester Road is also awful. How do you expect us customers to bank with you?
