    @HSBC_UK I click the banking app on my IPhone and it says "Unable to Download Item". I try to logon online through my laptop and it says I need to get a Code from the App - which I can't access. How long will this problem go on for?

    @HSBC_UK Didn't find that. Didn't get my issue resolved so I ended up emailing the CEOs office. Someone called Stuart something. Hopefully my issue can be sorted through that avenue.

    @HSBC_UK Truly awful and inefficient business banking processes. You are costing me, and no doubt countless others, wasted hours trying to get through just so we can access our accounts. We are in 2021, not 1921!

    @HSBC_UK Well not really no it doesn’t help. When will the app be updated? I can’t understand why hsbc are behind on this when it’s so important for customers day to day running of their businesses.

    @HSBC_UK Hi there, I am trying to login to my mobile banking app since I have a new phone and have been logged out. I have tried sending 4 or 5 activation codes to my mobile number and have not received any text messages with a code? Please help.

    Hey @HSBC_UK my app has been crashing at login for weeks now. It worked once or twice but doesn’t seem to work at all now. My secure key runs from this device (iOS 14) so I can’t use it anywhere. I need it. I’ve seen it’s happening a lot. Can you pull your finger out!

    @HSBC_UK Very disappointed with the call back option on your business customer services line - the call back came, but I then got readmitted to the queue!!! I give up!!
