Hey, @HSBC_UK. The online banking app was fine as it was, why did you make me change the simple (and secure) fingerprint scan to log in to a pointless new 6 digit key? Now I can't log on despite making one because "the service is currently unavailable".

@HSBC_UK 10 days ago you blocked my account due to Dec CC statement which I didn’t request being returned to you in March! Despite hrs on the phone from UK and USA, still not resolved. Bills unpaid, £100 of phone calls, yet all I get from your “customer service” is lies.

@HSBC_UK @Stonewallhousin A very elderly friend is having problems making telephone contact with HSBC - she changed her password to a digital one and now cannot recall the digital code and is locked out of her account. She has tried to ring the telephone number for assistance but it cuts out 1/2

On Sky News they just showed a @HSBC_UK branch to illustrate a banking story and I thought to myself, "Holy **** that must have taken days for the research & camera crew to find a actual HSBC bank open branch that exsits in the UK!"

@HSBC_UK log into the app for it to ask me to create a new pin code to then get service unavailable. If you're going to make changes at least make sure it works.
