    @DrHoenderkamp @HSBC_UK I feel your pain....had the same with British Gas the other day. When I finally got through, had to labouriously recite all my details to then be told I'd be put through to someone who could help...cue another 10 mins on hold.

    @HSBC_UK I used a switching service to a new HSBC Advance account which goes live today. Can’t access my account, so don’t know if my salary/mortgage is going through correctly. Call center are useless. Please help!

    Having an utter nightmare with @HSBC_UK this morning. Nobody even picks up the phone. What's the point of staying with this useless bank? No customer service at all.
