    The @HSBC_UK mortgage application process is the absolute worst. Terrible UX and application process is buggy as hell. Capital repayment, but asking how I’m going to pay off my interest only mortgage. Absolute bobbins.

    I’ve had it with @HSBC_UK lol. Spent a MONTH calling every working day trying to find out why a random middle agency has held onto my international transfer. Poor communication. Refusal to just CALL the agency bc I can’t do that. Literally spending up to 2 hours a day on this.

    @HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

    @HSBC_UK get through on the phone line. I don't have a secure key, don't have any passwords at all. I would just like some help to start from scratch. My health and mobility is failing so I would need to go to my phone to get balances or transfer money. Help.

    @HSBC_UK I've been trying since Dec20 to sort a problem out. After 7 hours on the phone finally did it only to be locked out of app just now. It's a joke. It'll be another 1.5hrs on the phone tomorrow. #pissedoff
