    @HSBC_UK @beaujolaisbeads I don’t think calling will help - clearly there are issues with the app. Please can you put an alert out to acknowledge it and let us know when it will be fixed.

    @HSBC_UK @QCCLondon I’ve tried to call and automated message says to call again between 8am-10pm !!! @HSBC_UK please let us know what is happening on here, there clearly is an issue with your system.
