  @HSBC_UK @yAwSaRkoholic This is a poor response and poor customer support. FYI, the @StarlingBank app works perfectly fine on IOS 15 - shame yours doesn't. This tells me that I should close my HSBC accounts as you're unable or unwilling to support customer who beta test IOS.

  Switch main/joint accounts to @monzo has always been tempting. @HSBC_UK @firstdirect lack of early support & general take on #ios15 pushing me there. I get response to dev beta but in public beta 3 now. Zero app access for the next 2 months because ‘reasons’ is not a good look…

  @TheFCA Well a scammer at @HSBC_UK is enjoying all my money that @HSBC was kind enough to credit "incorrectly" to their account and not send it back to me even after reporting it. And you guys seem to have no issues with it.
