@HSBC_UK @Naran2107 @HSBC_UK You made $1.6bn profit last year but can't help your customer get back 2 months rent taken via fraud when i followed your safety rules?

@HSBC_UK Hi, help me understand how marketing mailshots are addressed only to one male person in a joint account & not both. If your software can’t include both, it throws up doubts about your financial services. My wife & I are pretty disappointed to say the least.

  • KatyWardHull Katy Ward (@KatyWardHull) reported

@HSBC_UK Thanks for the reply. My phone is up to date and clearing my browser didn't help.😕

  • ConsciousCass Cassandra A Campbell (@ConsciousCass) reported

@HSBC_UK you keep people on hold for over an hour, online chat can't help me but you won't call me due to security reasons...bet if I owed you money you'd call me in a heartbeat. Ridiculous!

  • goingwalkabout2 Paolo Savini Nicci (@goingwalkabout2) reported

@HSBC_UK have spent 2.5hs today trying to fix a problem you have created and have not managed to fix in a month. what does a premier client need to do?

  • KatyWardHull Katy Ward (@KatyWardHull) reported

@HSBC_UK Thanks. The issue isn't really that I need help with reactivation, though. The problem is that I can't even open the app as it crashes every time I try.

  • jowonham jowonham (@jowonham) reported

@HSBC_UK Live chat hasn’t been working for weeks and weeks and now available balance has been down for 2 days? I use the app every day and this just isn’t acceptable!

  • BassaFlorence Florence Bassa (@BassaFlorence) reported

@HSBC_UK @UdokaEbenezer @HSBC_UK Why haven't you refunded me the fraudulent payment that you told me not to worry about and let it transfer as you have signed a protection agreement for your customers? But then, you don't refund? Why are customer service lying? Why can't you protect your customers?
