    @KJOx @HSBC_UK Been with HSBC 32 years. Used to pride itself on really good customer service and really good services. Feels like HSBC have given up on the U.K. (like they have in America) to concentrate on Asia. Really disappointing. Still awaiting an issue to be resolved from 2 weeks ago

    @HSBC_UK ive tried raising a dispute in the app three times now and got an error message so trying phone banking. Been in hold for 45 mins now and constantly being reminded that i could use the app. If it worked i would!! #crapservice

    @HSBC_UK I am unable to access the list of standing orders and future payments. The message says "Unable to load domestic accounts" . When will this be fixed?

    @HSBC_UK It’s been 2 weeks since I sent of my postal application to switch my child trust fund to HSBC. I am an existing customer. Have had no communication from you regarding this as of yet. Nothing in online banking or in the post. What should I do?

    @HSBC_UK Having spent over an hour to speak with one of your advisors, to be spoken to with totally incompetence, I have to say your customer service has got to be one of the worst I have ever encountered. Shocking behaviour and attitude. How do I place a complaint please

    @HSBC_UK So can you define the issues? A little transparency would be appreciated. E.g. is the root of this issue now resolved or is this going to be an ongoing issue for weeks or months to come?
