@HSBC_UK Your app, updated today, is no longer working (version 2.39.3). Up until the update it was working great and not it just crashes immediately on opening. Given it’s used for a digital secure key, this is a major problem. Please can you escalate. Thank you.

@HSBC_UK @stevegroves2004 OK, so you fix things for iOS12 users but you break things for iOS15beta users. It looks like you are not even testing your app and and you are publishing untested applications. I mean, don't even mention "secure" anymore in your replies!

Dear @HSBC_UK, yes iOS15 is in Beta (very close to release BTW) and your app worked perfectly on it until version 2.39.3 which now fails to load. you are the only bank (I have 3 others) whose app is broken on iOS15 beta (and crashes in other versions), any plans for a fix? 🙃
