@HSBC_UK Activated the app, didn't realise this meant physical secure key is disabled. Prefer physical key and PC so called to get this re-activated, told that will have to get a new one sent. Can't login on PC in meantime. A complete mess!

@HSBC_UK dreadful telephone banking this morning, definitely not the service I've been accustomed to these past 20 odd years as a customer. Waited 15mins to speak with someone, then I was placed on hold twice by a member of staff....I ended call at 46mins whilst still on hold 😡
