    So glad I don’t bank with @HSBC_UK Trying to help a friend transfer money and they are awkward to the point of being obstructive. Over 30 minutes on the phone and the person we spoke to doesn’t answer the questions.

    @HSBC_UK Have been a hsbc customer in uk & overseas for 46 years. Saddened to learn yesterday that there is no longer any across the counter facilities in Southend on sea. Nearest branch is in Rayleigh ! What’s going on. ??

    @ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK I was recommended to @AntiTrafico_DF they were able to successfully regain access back to my hacked account. They even work on banned, locked accounts. I recommend them✅

    @ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same just happened to me. This is obviously a widespread issue @HSBC_UK. Why is this happening and why have customers not been warned that the app update might mean they are locked out of their accounts?

    @HSBC_UK Yes, eventually. Started the chat at 19:09, ended at 21:38. Information given has turned out incorrect too. I was told my card had no issues, only to has one of your team just call to say my card had been used fraudulently! Poor show all round.

    @FernBrady @HSBC_UK They wrote to me to say there’s 1p in an account I asked them to close almost 8 years ago and it’s to be reclaimed by the tax man if I don’t claim it. Shall I get them to pay your bill?! Solves both our problems :)
