@HSBC_UK I do not see how you can help. You have no branch open in central Bristol until March 23. It’s a poor show., I am afraid. I want to pay some cash in. So I have run an overdraft for four days until I get to the bank which is several miles away.

@HSBC_UK After 30 minutes, and still no appointment booked, I gave up having given the same account information 3 times. Frankly, this is not acceptable level of customer service! I will now have to attend branch twice meaning a 50 mile round trip x 2. Very unhappy!

After 6 days I can now re-access my money. @HSBC_UK's contact process is terrible, the app is useless, but reaching HSBC on Twitter is effective. They're all good people, obliging and kind, but completely helpless in a bad system. In the digital space, no one can hear you scream.
