@HSBC_UK Why is your customer service so poor. I’ve spent 4 days hanging on the phone and have not had a solution to my problem. You have closed our local branch which means I have to do a 30 miles round trip to visit my nearest branch which is only open between 10.00 & 2.00

@HSBC_UK so you’ve seriously turned down my son’s account application because the proof of address had his title as Master instead of Mr or no title? How ridiculous. Everything else was identical.
