    @HSBC_UK Have sent. Still on hold. Chat live I tried and he did I'll be with you in 2 min with a direct number....its been nearly 10. Great customer service here.

    @HSBC_UK trying to resolve an issue while abroad. Apparently only a phone call will do. Held in a queue - this costs me money. I’m told my card’s blocked. No reason why that should be.

    @HSBC_UK two mortgage offers received in the last month riddled with errors including the wrong interest rate and monthly repayment calculation. Now waiting for a further corrected offer letter to arrive through our broker. PLEASE sort yourselves out.

    @HSBC_UK setting up a standing order for online banking is just horrible! According to your site, under date is an option to select "Standing order". That doesn't exist on my profile. I've spent 30 minutes trying to set this up so far! 😡
