    @thraxar @HSBC_UK Their message will say “we’re experiencing unusually high call volumes currently” when what they mean is “we don’t employ enough people.” Try not closing your branches. Appalling customer service from HSBC.

    @HSBC_UK Most banks only help those who don't really need the help in my experience. Leaving the people who really need low cost borrowing having to get into more debt with loan sharks and poor credit interest rates. Plus it's all down to algorithms not people.
