@HSBC_UK I click the banking app on my IPhone and it says "Unable to Download Item". I try to logon online through my laptop and it says I need to get a Code from the App - which I can't access. How long will this problem go on for?

@HSBC_UK Didn't find that. Didn't get my issue resolved so I ended up emailing the CEOs office. Someone called Stuart something. Hopefully my issue can be sorted through that avenue.

@HSBC_UK Truly awful and inefficient business banking processes. You are costing me, and no doubt countless others, wasted hours trying to get through just so we can access our accounts. We are in 2021, not 1921!

Hey @HSBC_UK my app has been crashing at login for weeks now. It worked once or twice but doesn’t seem to work at all now. My secure key runs from this device (iOS 14) so I can’t use it anywhere. I need it. I’ve seen it’s happening a lot. Can you pull your finger out!
