    I have been sitting on a call to @HSBC_UK for 30 minutes, my call is 'important to them' absolute rubbish - HSBC I need a response urgently!!!!!! I have been trying to get hold of them since November last year to resolve and issue - still not resolved!!!!!!!

    @HSBC_UK once again just awful service. Just trying to transfer our money to my accounts with other banks and locked out of the app. Have called you as asked, now on hold for 40 minutes. Do you have any idea how long of people’s lives your understaffed bank is wasting?

    @HSBC_UK Your apologies are worthless. You inconvenience customers and don't even have the decency to call us back after your incompetent staff can't resolve a simple issue. You can't call us back because of what, exactly, you're hurting for money? Pass this over to someone in the UK.

    I was told to call another number by your customer representative and been on hold for just under an hour. I can just speak to someone and why cannot @HSBC_UK simply pass a internal message to the correct department when you are at fault here!!

    @HSBC_UK waiting 5 months for refund of airfare you said you would sort. Phoned 3 times. all info provided but zero communication - what complete rubbish customer service!!! It’s too long seriously!

    @HSBC_UK I have leukaemia. HSBC needlessly stopped an online payment I made. They called me 3 hours later to check & I was not home so deadline missed. I’ve lost £2,000 as a result, but HSBC say I’m responsible for the loss. Disgraceful Bank.#complaint#customer#injustice
