    So disappointing. @HSBC_UK customer for 20 years and tried to open a new joint account today. Waited 3 hours only to be told my partner and I don't meet the criteria, even though we both have sole accounts! No explanation given. Time for a new bank with better customer service?!

    @Bounce_BackLoan @RishiSunak ..also been told that I can only apply for the options to delay payment on line but they wont give me any access to on line facilities to do this. Heard nothing since I told them I have cancelled my direct debit @HSBC_UK

    @HSBC_UK 2/2 large company to at least support its client base, considering all other major banking firms are able to support the transition and have ensured that banking apps work regardless of the platform. HSBC could at least be considerate towards this?

    @HSBC_UK @Stonewallhousin There is no reason for basic ******* or gay to be more vulnerable however when you move further along the scale you move into the realms of abnormality and people become unemployable and outcasts needing medical help.

    Hey @HSBC_UK - trying to call on the non-HSBC customer number that’s advertised on your website - automated voice asks for my sort code, card number or customer identification number, which I don’t have as I’m not a customer (but would like to be!)
