  @HSBC_UK Hi, this as not helped at all, HSBC just need to see what the issue is with the app. I have found many friends and family are having same or similar issues HSBC need to just sort it asap.

  @HSBC_UK any chance of praise going to a HSBC cashier in the Gainsborough Lincs branch called Sam and the way she dealt with a very difficult customer earlier? She did it with style and respect despite the customer being extremely rude & obnoxious.

  @HSBC_UK Sorry, not going to bother. Have spent 18months with your customer service trying to fix this, and you always just end up blaming Tesco, Amazon etc. funnily enough, no problems with American Express. I recommend them now.
