@HSBC_UK been locked out of my mum's account which I have LPOA for because I didn't know if she had an overdraft or not. She has advanced dementia and is from the generation that would never dream of discussing this with their children. Totally unreasonable questions. Please help

@HSBC_UK Well your customer service advisor shouldn’t tell someone the information is on the internet you can use a computer or phone. More then once, I know it is there but sometimes it’s easier and nice and convenient for the customer to talk to a customer advisor.

Just spent nearly an hour (mainly on hold) on the phone to @HSBC_UK , cut off 3 times, transferred 4 times, to reactivate my card after it was frozen in error, I get transferred to "someone who can help", to be cut off with an automated message that the office is now closed 🤬😡

@HSBC_UK Not really a HSBC question, but why can rent be a few hundred more than what a mortgage would be But its pretty much impossible get a mortgage Whole system just makes rich people richer by renting out their houses, while anyone looking at buying a house a living hell
