@HSBC_UK You need to employ more people to meet your customer’s needs! It’s pretty simple really. If you put profits before customer service, customers are going to be unhappy. I’ve lodged a formal complaint, but your bank’s ‘service’ continues to decline.

  • tommc79 Tom (@tommc79) reported

@HSBC_UK No, loans are just another debit to pay and no, you really don't want to help or your profits would be less.

  • myjamstyling Edele Smith (@myjamstyling) reported

@HSBC_UK having people working from home in the Philippines as customer service is clearly not working! 40 mins to get answer to then receive crackling, banging and the line going dead! M&S premium card holders deserve better! Only other way - snail mail! 😡

  • drewB13780024 Andy (@drewB13780024) reported

@HSBC_UK How much interest are you charging to help

  • goalman2000 Jon (@goalman2000) reported

@HSBC_UK Rit you genuinely don’t get it. HSBC make a poll asking if people would ask their bank for help. Your customers point out that HSBC has had zero interest in helping in the past. I get the processes as I’ve worked in financial service for 20 years and my credit rating is 999.

  • shewasmyfriend Tara (@shewasmyfriend) reported

@HSBC_UK I asked HSBC for help during MY last cost of living crisis and they were so helpful they reduced my credit limit (despite me showing them an offer letter for a new job paying more money). I'm gradually withdrawing my business as a result.

@HSBC_UK Banks lend up an umbrella when the sun is shining and take it back when is pisses down.

  • ColinSkinner17 The Skinster (@ColinSkinner17) reported

@HSBC_UK Why isn't 'yes, and they didn't help' an option? If your going to litter my timeline, please make it worth while.

  • apwillcox Alex Willcox (@apwillcox) reported

@HSBC_UK Where's the option for "Yes, but they couldn't help"?

  • RuleBrexitannia RB - Long live the King! (@RuleBrexitannia) reported

@HSBC_UK What is it they say? Owe the bank a million quid it is your problem. Owe the bank a 100 million quid and it is the banks problem. Send us some money please.
