Jumping on the @StarlingBank hype, gotta say what and easy process! Will be closing down my @HSBC_UK account after 20 years! Always difficult to speak about your account, and massively messed up my name change which was really embarrassing for me and upsetting as going transition

@HSBC_UK Hi, I usually receive a credit card statement on the first of the month or whatever the first working day of the month is. This hasn’t happened this month, thought possible delay with the BH on Monday but still nothing. Do I need to make enquiries with my bank? Thanks.

@HSBC_UK @Shelter Umtil you recognise that HSBC help push people into poverty by their bank charges & practiced. This advert is a joke. Prevent homelessness in the first place if you're serious. Not create adverts to attract hpmeless customers to yoyr corrupt business. It's risible and a farce.
