Got a scam call that I nearly fell for and now I feel really stupid lol. If you’re @HSBC_UK account holder don’t accept calls from 0345 740 4405, the real customer service number ends in 4404.

@HSBC_UK took away access to my banking accounts, it’s been 9 months now. I had £780,000 with them that I haven’t been able to access since. After calling many times for an update and being hung up on after hours of waiting, I still don’t actually have any answers to anything?

Digital banks are a saviour. Completely contrasting experience of opening a bank account with a neobank and HSBC. Took me 2 hours with HSBC customer care with no resolution to the erroneous online process. @HSBC_UK very disappointing service
