    Pretty ridiculous that @HSBC_UK no longer issues letters confirming that a business is a valid account-holder (of 20 years!) I have a client refusing to pay unless I furnish such a letter “because of security risks”, yet HSBC refuses to send one… “because of security risks”

    @LucyHartley15 @HSBC_UK same here. Today I got cut off several times and had to go and listen to that, by now very annoying, holding tune for half an hour each time, getting through to someone on a very bad line and impossible to hear what they were saying. All agents are still busy.... Total rubbish.

    @HSBC_UK You have locked me out of my account on mobile banking. Impossible to unlock as abroad and your telephone numbers are extremely busy - on hold for over one hour with no response. Please DM or advise as this is becoming urgent.

    @HSBC_UK I have “gone into your DMs”. Why is it impossible to speak to a real person about a real person who his a highly vulnerable HSBC customer? The robot on the DMs is not good enough.

    @HSBC_UK You guys really seem determined to put me out of business. Once again an inexplicable issue on an international transfer. If you're unable to handle international transfers please let me know and I'll take my account elsewhere.

    @HSBC_UK Then I called again for the 6th time to get told that their documents weren’t uploaded for one of the applications but the other did! This is unacceptable service and treatment from you guys! There isn’t even any helpful way to do this!
