@ChallaWenford @HSBC_UK Seems a known issue due to latest iPhone update (if you have an Apple phone). I took off battery saver mode and it worked. Good luck!

@HSBC_UK counter queues in your Manchester St Ann's Square branch are ridiculous. Just picking up some pre-ordered euros. Been queueing for half an hour and still nowhere near the front. Certainly won't be using your bureau de change service again.
