@paullewismoney @HSBC_UK Surprisingly little coverage in the UK of what’s going on at this site. Extended protests before the site was cleared, protesters persistently breaking in and heavy police response. It’s been headline news in Germany for days.

@HSBC_UK There’s a surprise…🤔 I’ve written a letter, and will be dropping an email next week… there wasn’t anyone who could help when we actually did our application. Took a complaint to fix that. Shouldn’t be this hard in 2023… clearly it is.

@HSBC_UK just discovered when we ported our mortgage rates (when we moved house in 2020) you charged us over £3000 in early repayment fees. Fuming! Letter on its way, I’m guessing you’ll blame COVID, your service at that time was appalling…
