If this is the official twitter account, why cant you afford to pay for a check mark?   @HSBC_UK when you send out credit cards and explain how to register do anyone working at HSBC try the instructions to see that it doesn’t work? I can’t understand how in 2026 something like this is so bad and frustrating. I’ve tried online and the mobile app

  Hi @HSBC_UK Ive had letter from you claiming that you owe me a refund due to historic credit card charges and to reply with my bank acc details on a pre paid form. Not sure if a scam and yr helpline cant confirm. No HSBC branches near me. Help!

  @HSBC_UK Hi myself my wife and kids are all on the correct version on different devices, and it shows the licence error for all of us when trying to to play in a cheque.

  @HSBC_UK Not sure why I'm a customer. Bring back the days of The Midland. Up to 70 days for an ISA transfer in? Nationwide. Mum's done in a day. Money sitting in my last bank's holding account. I'm earning NOTHING! Branch sent a complaint in April. 1 email. We haven't sorted it
