@HSBC_UK #hsbc_uk I am absolutely astounded, appalled, and disgraced at the level of customer service, professionalism and reassurance my parents have received after becoming victim to fraud. Cut their holiday short to due to fraud for £23k catalogue of failures isa sold for £37k disgrace

@BigDogDrinks @HSBCUKBusiness I've generally been happy as a @HSBC_UK Business customer for 7 years... but this situation with being unable - after approaching 7 hours on the phone now - of reporting CARD FRAUD (FFS) is disturbing enough I'm going to look for alternatives.
