    @HSBC_UK 2 hours 23 minutes on hold to Business Banking (issue remains unresolved). i pay £60 per year for this “service. “Cos Covid” isn’t flying anymore…..

    @HSBC_UK You're ******* useless, it takes you over two weeks to (try to) sort out a simple thing such as online banking access, and evertime you just make it worse. Shittiest bank ever.
