    Hi @HSBC_UK just wanted to advise that your customer service agents are horrific. 3 hours of phone calls and 5 departments later still no solution. Last agent put down after talking absolute nonsense and hearing laughter and screaming in background.

    @HSBC_UK make it up that they see suspicious activity on your account, block ur App then after an average of 14 mins getting through to them them via 3 non English speaking script readers they disconnect you No coincidence on the 4th go

    Continuous and very unnecessary professional abuse from @HSBC_UK Even a Lawyer hasn't ever dealt with this amount of blatant disregard of a customer who also happens to be less abled. Abysmal.

    @HSBC_UK My business/wealth manager couldn’t sort out the problem and I know he wanted to as I was going to invest 250k but the bank said no so I’ve said no to the bank

    @HSBC_UK visited your bank in Bromley High street yesterday and I must say that your staff needs retraining in customer service! I am a Fist Direct customer and the last time I checked First Direct IS part of HSBC, the teller there was rude and wanted me to go to the PO?
