So, @HSBC_UK closed down a business account (over £80K) without as much as a call due to them misselling yrs ago. Takes about 10 days to move funds (not their own!) to another HSBC account, meanwhile profiteering from the interest. @TheFCA, do you think this is okay behaviour?

@HSBC_UK why have you discontinued the 'Future Saver' for under-7's? Loyal customer who already has one for his 3 year old but now can't open one for his 4 month old?! No explanation in branch as to why. Seems stupid!

@HSBC_UK Hi, I requested to open a new bank account recently. And I received a letter with Sole Mandates customer signature record from HSBC. But I cannot find any return address in the letter. Would you please advise? Thanks.
