    @HSBC_UK What is happening to your online banking system? The login process takes far too long and often results in timeouts. Plus I cannot see the transactions against my accounts at the moment.

    @HSBC_UK It is a personal account and I was using my laptop. The system is now working correctly, it wasn't my software that was at fault.

    @HSBC_UK You laid off too many people or they left during the pandemic and you never rehired. Been terrible for the last two years.

    @HSBC_UK so what did I learn today? That after 3 hours over 2 days waiting on hold to even speak to someone and 1.5 hours in branch, I still can’t access my online banking
