  @dawniedavidson @HSBC_UK We had that here at the bank I work in-changed software, causing customers to have to learn new online banking, statements, etc. It caused some chaos for sure, esp for our older friends, but a little good customer service does wonders. #proudofmybank

  Hey @HSBC_UK , can you imagine if someone needs to get a 6 months up to date bank statement for his account he needs to chat or call customer service, they raise a request and ask you to wait for 2 days, it’s been 5 days I asked for the statement and still waiting. It should a simple date filter in the app to get the statement, don’t you think so? I recon, I am bit frustrated now with this amazing service.

  .@HSBC_UK has to be the worst UK back for customer experience. You can't apply for a fixed rate ISA using a web browser like you can with every other bank, they want you to install their mobile banking app to open the ISA. Ridiculous.

  @HSBC_UK how do I speak to a person about accessing my online banking outside of the 8pm cut off (surely 24 hour support is available at a bank as big as HSBC)?

  @johnsw @HSBC_UK On any other platform I can automate chasing payments, onboarding, contract cancellations and a bunch of other stuff based on when payments arrive. Instead I start every day doing things I could have automated for about 20 years. They're like the Shoe Bomber. They never killed anyone but they've taken multiple lifetimes with the minutes they waste for every customer every day. I ought to be able to get it out of Xero but their API won't let me at data I can look at and export from the GUI either.
