Sitting in @HSBC_UK branch with my mother-in-law who has been a customer of this branch for over 70 years. On hold to their own fraud centre for 40 minutes trying to get her card unlocked.

Hi @HSBC_UK you’ve locked me out of my online banking, yet when I try and reset it you say I can’t.. do you have a phone number to call- the website/ chat bot is not helpful and just sends me round in circles. Thanks.
