    @AppleSupport @HSBC_UK are breaking your terms of Apple Messages for Business, by not providing comparable support via Messages (even where they’re able to do so, for example general queries). Please rectify this with them.

    @HSBC_UK my wife applied for a CC with you, got accepted, got a limit at the same time. Have never received the card. Called and asked a customer service and they have been useless. Hard search now on file. Can someone sort it please? @MartinSLewis @paullewismoney what can we do?

    @HSBC_UK your Kinect’s business banking app update doesn’t fix the iOS 16 crash issue. All my other hsbc apps now work since you fixed them, kinetics was the last app to be updated yet still does not work.

    @HSBC_UK your customer service is truly terrible. Trying to report fraud of over £3k on my partner’s account and your agent just keep dropping her into another queue. We’re on attempt 5 now!
