  @HSBC_UK your online banking is not working. I can log in but when I try to do anything, even view my DDs it loads a system error page which says my details aren’t recognised. When will this be fixed?

  Such inefficiency from @HSBC_UK Sent a letter saying my card needed an associated mobile number. Did not say which card. Hung on for 60 mins to find it was already registered and letter was sent in error. Disgrace.
