@HSBC_UK are you aware it is impossible to set up a standing order to Monzo joint accounts? This is a payee I've paid many times before so certainly my details are correct. Error ref H2U on the app after confirming standing order. Doesn't work on the website either.

@HSBC_UK Just sorted a new mortgage with you, and trying to register for online banking but it’s asking for a telephone security code we haven’t setup or received. Instructions in the letter don’t mention it so any help appreciated!

@HSBC_UK My account has been blocked. Called phone banking. Identified myself with voice so I'm obviously the account holder. Answered all questions. Now they want to speak to my wife (she's in another country/timezone). No way block can be removed. What fresh hell is this?
