    @TOrynski @HSBC_UK Sorry you had to go through this so that you could highlight such problems for the benefit of others. HSBC are not alone in providing poor services and customer service to isn't a pensioner living in Worthing.

    @HSBC_UK hello! what's the point to have customer chat in your app, when its completely useless for the customers? You can't fix simple things there, you just basically give your customer services number and then you need to wait 1 hour to speak to someone?! this is joke!

    @HSBC_UK There were three members of staff and the one I spoke to told me I couldn’t pay in at the branch due to the machine not working and told me to go to the post office! Post office told me HSBC staff have been directing their customers them for about a month

    @HSBC_UK @HSBC Your CS says there are no time scales for investigations,this is wrong. When customers place their money in your care, it is done in trust. Trust that I should be able to access my money when I need it
