@HSBC_UK Have a HSBC account, but just found an old £20 note! Am I still able to go in and swap it for one of the new ones? I heard that some banks have a cut-off date. Would be at the Croydon, North End - Full Service Branch (CR0 1TN) if it makes a difference.

@MikeGore2 @HSBC_UK My mom had over £3k taken through no fault of her own, her details got taken, etc, etc. That was 4yrs ago and when she last rang a few weeks ago, it was still being investigated!! Sorry I wish I could help, but hope you find an answer.

@EdMRound @HSBC_UK There is still one on Kilburn High Road, but they can't help business customers there either. Or tell me which branch can. Their website is useless for that information too. I'm giving up and moving.
