Honestly @HSBC_UK this just feels personal now. Why bother having an online support chat line when they say, you'll just have to phone. I tried to phone but was put on hold by an agent, who then didn't come back to me. So disappointed again.

@HSBC_UK I still have not been contacted or had an explanation as to why, despite your website stating, a National insurance letter, a letter from UK immigration and an NHS GP letter, is not acceptable proof of residence?

@HSBC_UK tried to reset my online password, answered security questions, then was hung up on. Called back to be told online account locked and that I need to go into branch and no record of first call. Meant to be going abroad tomorrow - can you help me?

@HSBC_UK Thank you for making it almost impossible to open a child’s savings account. Weeks waiting for verification email which never came. Phone call to you and told taking his passport to branch is fine. Get to branch to be told we need to have child with us too.

@HSBC_UK well thanks for the lack of service over the last 18 years my account now closed due to the total lack of customer service i have received in the actual bank in rugby rude and not helpful. Tried to explain i wanted to consolidate loans etc didnt care .
