    .@HSBC_UK Not a great process switching to you. My account switched today but I don’t have a telephone banking pin so can’t login via the app. I just tried to phone the number and the office is closed.

    @HSBC_UK you need to start testing your app in before a official iOS release. Why do you think Apple issue beta versions of the OS? Telling your customers to go back to iOS 15 so they can use your app is not a solution and it defeats the purpose of the beta #hsbc #iOS16 #Apple

    @MrMattArmstrong @HSBC_UK 'bumping your gums' sounds like a complaint to me that I have my own ideas and choose to tweet about them. I obviously misunderstood your intent. What did you intend? if it wasn't to criticise my thoughts on the issue of values and customer retention?

    @HSBC_UK Thank you, the matter has now been resolved. Perhaps you should have more of your excellent people answering the phones and solving problems instead of the hopelessly inadequate automation you have 'invested' in!

    @HSBC_UK any reason why I keep being thrown out the app? Need to input username, password and receive activation code etc. All the subsequent texts and emails welcome me to "banking by app". Is it a periodic security check or an annoying error? Thanks.

    @HSBC_UK Trying to apply for a personal loan but got this message (twice) "Something went wrong We're aware of this issue and are looking into it. Please try again in a few minutes." Is ages in the phone queue now my only option? If so why?

    @HSBC_UK @CooHarriet No you’re not. I have trans family and gay friends. None of us support bullying. FYI you are going to lose a lot of support and your board members will feel the pinch at some point. Abusers control the money. Think you’re not an abuser? You are.

    @HSBC_UK Trying to log onto app. Says "we've made some important changes" and to "enter a security code from your other mobile device. "What other mobile device? Clicking ? doesn't help. Shambles
