So @HSBC_UK sent me a letter about an account I believed was closed; Can't sort via Online Help as the bot is useless Can't do over the phone as I don't have the number the automated voice needs Can't do in branch* as both Chorley and Leyland are closed *nearest is Preston

@HSBC_UK why my has the est. interest on my credit card gone from £23 to £40 and now up to £60. I make more than the min payment each month, haven’t spent anything on the card & the balance has been going down. At this rate, the estimated interest will be more than my min payment

@HSBC_UK trying to cancel a direct debit but can't do it on app (even when I follow exactly the instructions on website) and on PC it says click 'manage' but the drop down options go behind the statement transactions and not visible. (Using up to date chrome) please help!

Just calculated all the service charges for having a Basic Bank account with @scotiabank. 162 CAD for the last 2.5 years. Basically I've paid them for their business and gotten nothing other than **** service and issues with my Amex. @HSBC_UK charged me 0 and earned me interest.

@HSBC_UK Today is 39th day post submission of my application and I am waiting for my account to be opened. Cust care doing fake promises everytime I called them that I would receive my welcome kit. Nothing happened yet. Raised complaint but that too didn't help. Pls pls pls help.

@HSBC_UK My local branch, with counter service was walking distance, now it's over 7 miles away thanks. And apparently the nearest coin deposit machine is a mere 30 miles away. So how do you suggest I get these coins paid into my account please? Will you pay for my petrol/parking?
