  @22SCAIFE @HSBC_UK I have sent another letter saying resolve in seven working days or I will escalate the matter to the financial services ombudsman. We mean nothing to banks anymore.

  @HSBC_UK I have been trying for an hour and a half this morning to make a payment on behalf of my mother, for whom I have power-of-attorney, and your operator has now hung up on me. This is terrible service, it can’t be this hard to make a pyt.

  @HSBC_UK @rosieerooo22 Same with us, a/c upgrade on joint account, did 5 Hard searches each on our credit file because you upgraded to wrong account, and to fix it you did more, complaints team a joke, now with FOS to sort as in one go you have destroyed a perfect credit rating.
