So @HSBC_UK sent me a letter about an account I believed was closed; Can't sort via Online Help as the bot is useless Can't do over the phone as I don't have the number the automated voice needs Can't do in branch* as both Chorley and Leyland are closed *nearest is Preston

@HSBC_UK I have been on the phone for over two hours yesterday and over an hour today and no one is answering. I still cannot access my accounts and no one is helping! The links you send don’t even help! I need to speak to someone immediately! This is ridiculous!!

@HSBC_UK HSBC internet banking is NOT working normally, unless "We're sorry, there has been an error. Please try again." is normal. Also, some account balances are not being shown.

@HSBC_UK I am sure you are not based in UK; cheap outsourced just lip service. Sitting somewhere else in world dealing with customers in UK is just a nightmare from customer perspective.I have spent 30 to 40 hours online with you guys;all waste of time. Very bad management at CEO Level.

@HSBC_UK Is anyone actually answering your phones today? On hold for 1/2hr & counting, online chat facility doesn't work. Why can't I access agent via chat anymore? Really sick of how poorly your services run & the terrible customer service. Cut off at 8pm last night no warning!
