So @HSBC_UK sent me a letter about an account I believed was closed; Can't sort via Online Help as the bot is useless Can't do over the phone as I don't have the number the automated voice needs Can't do in branch* as both Chorley and Leyland are closed *nearest is Preston

@KirstlesYx @HSBC_UK This is hilarious. I'm having the same issue (same phone make) and HSBC just told me the app has no issues. On this post, they suggest turning off biometrics. Here's a thought, guys: talk to each other.

@MoneySavingExp @HSBC_UK I had a brief cashflow problem and asked if they could just honour my payments until it was resolved. They made me apply for an overdraft extension, which they immediately refused & told me I wasn't allowed to speak to someone.
