So @HSBC_UK sent me a letter about an account I believed was closed; Can't sort via Online Help as the bot is useless Can't do over the phone as I don't have the number the automated voice needs Can't do in branch* as both Chorley and Leyland are closed *nearest is Preston

@HSBC_UK During this cost of living crisis I’ve been told to reduce my o/draft by £1800 by you. For no good reason. I’ve been with you for 40 years, salary gone in like clockwork every month and never over my overdraft limit. Why would you do that? How does that help me? Sod your survey.

@HSBC_UK I’ve been trying to close my business account for 3 months - can’t access the on line forms & incurring monthly fees for nothing - you’ve even taken away our overdraft facility without consultation - dreadful service.
