Trying to open a joint bank account with @HSBC_UK while already a customer is a nightmare. Can’t do it online, and branches are moving to digital so they can’t do it either. So do I just… go to another bank while you guys digitalise?

Dear @HSBC_UK the upto 20 minute queue time I was advised at the start of my call is currently 1 hour 44 minutes. It is also a call I shouldn't have to be making as I'm trying to speak to someone about an error HSBC have made. What a waste of an afternoon 🙄

30 mins and waiting still...I’ve wasted 50 mins trying to speak to an agent when you’ve written to me asking to call you urgently about a fraudulent payment and have now clearly stopped my online banking access! @HSBC_UK any chance of a phone being picked up?
