So @HSBC_UK sent me a letter about an account I believed was closed; Can't sort via Online Help as the bot is useless Can't do over the phone as I don't have the number the automated voice needs Can't do in branch* as both Chorley and Leyland are closed *nearest is Preston

Someone stole my card details and just went wild. Between 11.20pm and 12.44am yesterday this fraudulent prankster gave something like $300 in tips to a select group of women on Only Fans. I don’t know your name, but I know your type. Watch out blondes! Pls help @HSBC_UK
