We need legal support, I can't afford, and even after the FOS determination, pay up. still no acknowledgement from the bank. Can we have the oligarchs 💰 to help

I've been on hold to @HSBC_UK for 54 minutes so far. They do offer a 'press 1 for a call back' option but the 2 times I've tried that so far, the call drops on the callback. I just want access to my business account.
