  @HSBC_UK I know where the local one is and it’s miles away and my mum and elderly people can’t access easily! It’s a shame a bank like hsbc doesn’t get involved in these banking hubs when everyone else seems to be able to ….

  The only way to do it is to twig that this is the bug, and then enter the date BACKWARDS, starting with the year. @HSBC_UK either fix it or hire me to fix it. I'm not even a JS developer and I could do better than this.

  @dawniedavidson @HSBC_UK We had that here at the bank I work in-changed software, causing customers to have to learn new online banking, statements, etc. It caused some chaos for sure, esp for our older friends, but a little good customer service does wonders. #proudofmybank

  @HSBC_UK how do I speak to a person about accessing my online banking outside of the 8pm cut off (surely 24 hour support is available at a bank as big as HSBC)?

  After a long run. Today I will be closing my @HSBC_UK account and savings account. The service has massively declined, the customer service agents don’t know how to action requests which has ultimately cost me a vast amount of money over the last few months.
