So @HSBC_UK sent me a letter about an account I believed was closed; Can't sort via Online Help as the bot is useless Can't do over the phone as I don't have the number the automated voice needs Can't do in branch* as both Chorley and Leyland are closed *nearest is Preston

@HSBC_UK Update your customers!!!! No one can access their accounts and your service page is showing all is normal when clearly it is not. Sort it out or at least let us know what is going on !!
