So @HSBC_UK sent me a letter about an account I believed was closed; Can't sort via Online Help as the bot is useless Can't do over the phone as I don't have the number the automated voice needs Can't do in branch* as both Chorley and Leyland are closed *nearest is Preston

@HSBC_UK My local branch is now digital services whatever that means. It means an even crapper service than before.Cant pay in coins Now have to travel miles for a counter service. Don't say Ican use the Post Office. HSBC is supposed to be my bank!
