So @HSBC_UK sent me a letter about an account I believed was closed; Can't sort via Online Help as the bot is useless Can't do over the phone as I don't have the number the automated voice needs Can't do in branch* as both Chorley and Leyland are closed *nearest is Preston

Hi @HSBC_UK @HSBCUKBusiness why is opening an account so difficult with your bank? It took 2 days to receive a link to upload docs and its been 3 days since I have done that. Yet, there is no communication on the application at all? Customer Service?

@HSBC_UK so disappointed with the service I'm receiving right now trying to set up a regular saver. Used to really rate HSBC now changing to somewhere who has good customer service might be on the cards. Nothing should be this difficult!

@biclarap @HSBC_UK It’s a very common issue - their app is totally useless Since they make you need a code for whatever you do in online banking, no app = no code = locked out of internet banking Absolutely unacceptable @HSBC_UK

@lornabrown1987 @HSBC_UK Same. Thought it was my phone, deleted the app, reinstalled it, can’t remember my details and now a wall of steps to go through to get access. Still can’t do that because the app won’t open and online platform wants a code from the app 😭 Trip to the bank on the cards again 😩
