    So @HSBC_UK sent me a letter about an account I believed was closed; Can't sort via Online Help as the bot is useless Can't do over the phone as I don't have the number the automated voice needs Can't do in branch* as both Chorley and Leyland are closed *nearest is Preston

    If anyone is thinking of opening a business bank account stay well away from @HSBC_UK their customer service is beyond shocking. A quick scan of Twitter will show how long people have been on hold too their telephone banking. 2 years & they are still blaming covid! What a joke.

    @HSBC_UK I need someone to call me today. I have now spent 3 days in various phone queues only to be hung up on. If you can’t provide decent phone connections to your teams, they should not be working in the cLl centre. 45 min wait to be hung up on is unacceptable!

    Why can't @HSBC_UK provide a reasonable service? The business telephone banking "service" is a joke and the online banking platform does not work. And most of its branches have been shut ... In the meantime, @TheFCA does nothing for the customers who are let down

    @HSBC_UK Mauro. not looking to verify here, that's all sorted having already called the number due to the BS response i got from the app helpdesk (there are two tweets following the original), just expressing how unimpressed i was with that. online help.

    @HSBC_UK hi i had a complaint which was “resolved” last year in November 2021. I was reassured the issue wouldn’t occur again but it’s happened again?! I’m not understanding why hsbc cannot take a simple instruction & just abide by it?? How can I get my complained reopened?

    @HSBC_UK I still can’t log into online banking on my iPad how long will this go on for. I can’t be the only person with an iPad who can’t log in ? I DM Steve last week but hadn’t realised it would continue . Any ideas .
