So @HSBC_UK sent me a letter about an account I believed was closed; Can't sort via Online Help as the bot is useless Can't do over the phone as I don't have the number the automated voice needs Can't do in branch* as both Chorley and Leyland are closed *nearest is Preston

@HSBC_UK Hello, I’ve recently opened a Premier account with @HSBC_US and they informed me I could upgrade my UK account too. However I’m being told that no upgrades are happening at the moment? Is this correct? As it means I cant access premier UK services?!

Hi @HSBC_UK Been on the phone for almost 1.5 hours trying to get through to customer services and been cut off every single time whilst being transferred. This is so frustrating when counter services are being closed and online/telephone banking remain the only options

@HSBC_UK Hi Andy. Unable to access the app at the moment due to a software upgrade. Was also a little puzzled that the phone number on your website for non-HSBC customers asks for a sort code, account number or customer ID 🤨

@HSBC_UK I’ve currently been on hold for 45 minutes waiting for a supervisor to sort my mothers online banking issue, which you would need to have a degree to work out. Poor poor poor customer service @HSBC that my mother had to ask me to help her deal with you.
