So @HSBC_UK sent me a letter about an account I believed was closed; Can't sort via Online Help as the bot is useless Can't do over the phone as I don't have the number the automated voice needs Can't do in branch* as both Chorley and Leyland are closed *nearest is Preston

@tracyswoodward @HSBC_UK The issue of the accounts getting disabled or hacked is very frustrating, it’s a sad thing the support team is not doing anything about the complaints people are dropping. @HSBC_UK I am still trying to get through - 1 hour and 50 mins later. I’m sorry but changing address is not that simple. It’s a massive data breach and I want to complain as this is awful and should not have happened. He’s received emails and post.

@HSBC_UK Your Customer Service is truly appalling. Holding on the phone for 3 hours and no response. Locked out of my account, still waiting for an email to confirm my details are reset, 3 hours and still waiting. Appreciate you are probably understaffed but not on!

@HSBC_Expat @HSBC_UK the HSBC Expat new account process is laughably but infuriatingly bad. Weeks of delays, no response, inability to contact the case manager by phone, etc. not sure why I’m still trying at this point - why would I want an account with service this awful?

@HSBC_UK Hi. How do I remove the hsbc app from my iPhone so I can re-install it on my new phone? I remember last time I did it, I did it wrong and had to call help desk to reset. I don’t want to do this again. There’s nothing obvious on the app. TIA.

@Ten4_ @SarahAnnKennedy @HSBC_UK Dear HSBC. Your complaints procedure, like your Customer Service, is at best lip service,more usually a waste of everyone's time, customer & HSBC's. You settled my complaint 3 years ago by paying £50 into my account, not telling me &closing the complaint without resolution.
