So @HSBC_UK sent me a letter about an account I believed was closed; Can't sort via Online Help as the bot is useless Can't do over the phone as I don't have the number the automated voice needs Can't do in branch* as both Chorley and Leyland are closed *nearest is Preston

Hey @HSBC_UK, Any update ok the app on ios15? I know it’s been an ongoing issue for days, but I really need to do some banking and I cannot log in on any device as my authenticator is in the app as well. Very frustrating

@HSBC_UK @aakash_khan Pixel 6 has been out for weeks now. Not being able to access your banking app for this entire time is pretty ridiculous really. Not something you expect from a bank the size of HSBC.

@HSBC_UK so my local branch closed, the next local branch no longer has a cashier so my children can no longer pay in their pocket money! And the telephone Customer Services do not speak sufficient English to assist with my issue. What sort of service are you providing?
