    So @HSBC_UK sent me a letter about an account I believed was closed; Can't sort via Online Help as the bot is useless Can't do over the phone as I don't have the number the automated voice needs Can't do in branch* as both Chorley and Leyland are closed *nearest is Preston

    Love the biometrics on @HSBC_UK app - but when it randomly decides I have to log in again, how does it expect me to remember passwords etc from 3 years ago??? My fingerprint hasn't changed! That's the whole idea surely???

    @HSBC_UK @Dukevfr They have locked me out of my account after 40 years for authorising payments using their app from my account, they now refuse to accept i am me so its impossible to resolve into the fourth day, they are probably draining my account

    @HSBC_UK as a current customer, I am now considering closing all my accounts and switching banks. I will not be part of the atrocities committed by the XPCC; a pity you can’t say the same.

    @HSBC_UK this morning my 74 yr old friend has tried to deposit £800+ cash into a charity account at the bank. She received no help whatsoever and finished up having to leave the bank with two large shopping bags of cash and use the post office. We’ll done HSBC

    @HSBC_UK I’ve sent an email to the above address,thank you. I am not a business, just a friend who is outraged by such behaviour. I have to use a bank which is not my own but they have someone on the door to help you carry out whatever you need to do. Not everyone is tech savvy.

    @HSBC_UK I changed mobile. Tried to log in to HSBC. Requested app on new phone. Answered security question. Got code with email. Got a code sent to private address. Arrived Jan 5th. Expired Dec. 29. Requested new code... Will it arrive before expiration? How to log in? Unanswered

    @HSBC_UK Hi! I did answer via email, after this, it prompted a code was sent to my home address. I live abroad. Tried several times to reach out, but I end up stuck as I can't login and get help.
