So @HSBC_UK sent me a letter about an account I believed was closed; Can't sort via Online Help as the bot is useless Can't do over the phone as I don't have the number the automated voice needs Can't do in branch* as both Chorley and Leyland are closed *nearest is Preston

@giridharan78 @HSBC_UK Today, 14 Sept, at 21.40, I managed to access my accounts on the iPhone app. HSBC haven't advised me that the problems have been solved(?) or apologised for the MASSIVE inconvenience or even bothered to advise that I might like to try the app again. Not good.

@EckCharlie @HSBC_UK I downloaded it 5 days ago and it hasn’t worked since. I have had to order a Digital Secure Key to access my account on a laptop. I have to wait between 5-10 days.

@HSBC_UK apparently 10 working days to return £150k that has already been sat with your bank for 3 weeks. Some of us need the money that is in our accounts. @HSBC_UK does not care about real working people @MoneySavingExp

@HSBC_UK I can’t log in to the hsbc app, it keeps crashing! When trying to log in on the website, it requires a code from the app, so that’s no use either! Please sort it out HSBC!!
