    So @HSBC_UK sent me a letter about an account I believed was closed; Can't sort via Online Help as the bot is useless Can't do over the phone as I don't have the number the automated voice needs Can't do in branch* as both Chorley and Leyland are closed *nearest is Preston

    @HSBC_UK HSBC has locked my account. Their customer services will not put me through to an agent. Their chat is incapable of helping with the problem. It means I have no access to my account, either online or by app. This can only be fraud. You cannot report fraud because the customer services number will not put you through to an agent. This is disgraceful.

    @HSBC_UK how do I speak to a person about accessing my online banking outside of the 8pm cut off (surely 24 hour support is available at a bank as big as HSBC)?

    Hey @HSBC_UK Three hours of a Friday evening wasted trying to get a coherent answer to a single question about a credit card balance transfer… Been a customer for 30 years, mortgage with you for 20 and I’m now considering leaving over a single question.

    3. Most concerningly, we are currently unable to process staff salaries. Our employees should not have to suffer because access to our company’s funds has been restricted without a clear reason or a timely resolution. @HSBC_UK

    @HSBC_UK You don't know what my repeated bad experiences are so how can you apologise for them? The same problem happened in April, May & today. I was told in May the problem has been resolved but it hasn't. Repeatedly denying me access to my own money because of your errors is disgusting
