    @HSBC_UK I want to open an Advance account using the account switching service but at no point during the application process do you request my old bank details. Not sure therefore how you’re going to manage to switch it! Please can you explain how to do this?

    @HSBC_UK why does your customer have the right to open a chargeback claim without airing any grievance, and never requesting a refund directly with the supplier? They have had the services and kept the goods.. with proof they are still using them. #fraud @spidersandmilk

    @ViktoriaQuinn @HSBC_UK @StarlingBank I don’t think publicly. I was refused a business account with them. My finances are in good shape so no reason for it other than my industry I assume. Monzo also closed my business account. So I’d avoid them too. I’ve never had issues with high street banks so far

    @HSBC_UK is really the worst bank experience I ever have… They are blocking your account for NO reasons and force you to go in person for a full ID check. Absolutely awful service. I will change bank, I can’t endure their garbage services. All my issues is their fault.

    @HSBC_UK no disability awareness from this bank. Third party access in place for my disabled daughter’s account & a painful 50 min telephone call with dreadful service this morning.

    So the money that I had stolen from my account has gone out anyway even after raising an issue last week. Now I'm £500 down for up to 90 days while it's investigated! @HSBC_UK how can you think this is acceptable? Citizens Advice state that it should be sorted the next day!

    Atrocious UX on the @HSBC_UK app. When you log on, you need to enter your DOB. The date widget has 3 spinners, for D/M/Y. BUT! It's set to disallow dates in the future, with each spinner restricted. So, today, 9/4/26, it's impossible to start entering a date like 31/12/80. 🧵1/n

    @HSBC_UK extraordinarily poor service and process today and yesterday, wasting over 2 hours of my time to do a simple transaction for which I have to pay a fee. Only redeeming feature: staff member Ben was helpful and thorough. Time for a re-think of my account of 50+ years.
