So @HSBC_UK sent me a letter about an account I believed was closed; Can't sort via Online Help as the bot is useless Can't do over the phone as I don't have the number the automated voice needs Can't do in branch* as both Chorley and Leyland are closed *nearest is Preston

@HSBC_UK you've given me no warning and I have bills to pay on Monday. I can't even transfer the money out to other accounts as you've blocked access! The Ombudsman says you must give notice to do this. If you don't unlock my accounts by tomorrow morning, I will take legal action

@HSBC_UK Ok. I will call tomorrow. But do you know if it will be possible once I make telephone contact to gain access without the secure key? Otherwise I will have to ask my mum to go to the local branch and make a payment for me. Although I do not know how much I owe
