  @HSBC_UK can I raise a complaint about your gdpr team? They have sent emails asking for confidential information without providing proof of who they are. The email also has grammar errors and despite providing details to match me to my account 100% they say they can't.

  @aptherazor @HSBC_UK I had the same issue with Lloyd's many many years ago. Had to take someone I knew personally to sort it out.

  @HSBC_UK This is one of the worst banks I have dealt with, no customer care at all, avoid opening an account with them especially Business account
