So @HSBC_UK sent me a letter about an account I believed was closed; Can't sort via Online Help as the bot is useless Can't do over the phone as I don't have the number the automated voice needs Can't do in branch* as both Chorley and Leyland are closed *nearest is Preston

@HSBC_UK your no fixed address service is fantastic. But can I ask, if your partner charity is based Coventry but the nearest HSBC no fixed address service is 40 miles away. Can you not just use a local HSBC branch in Coventry to complete the paperwork?

I have never worked with such an incompetent bank before in my life! Almost 2 hours on hold just to be told to go away and refusing to help! @HSBC_UK this is totally unacceptable. The lack of help or assistance is disgusting!

@HSBC_UK It's not something you need to investigate. It's something your bank needs to stop doing. Why are you asking your corporate customers to verify their ID every 6 months and sending out threatening letters saying you'll shut down our account?

@HSBC_UK hi my wife is currently on the telephone to your bank with a fairly straightforward banking query but is being passed back and forth between departments. How on earth are we supposed to get an answer with this shoddy service

@HSBC_UK oh and also once spoken to the fraud team to confirm all payments, they then suspend my account resulting being on the phone to the fraud team for a further 45 mins for the 2nd time on the same day .. I salute you HSBC for the worst customer service ever !!

@HSBC_UK u hv stopped a payment to my @RevolutApp ac in my own name, u say ring yr Fraud team but u r CLOSED. I cant log on as it keeps showing system error Yr service is awful. I use Revolut because they offer better rates on their cards, I clearly need to move my bank a/c also
