So @HSBC_UK sent me a letter about an account I believed was closed; Can't sort via Online Help as the bot is useless Can't do over the phone as I don't have the number the automated voice needs Can't do in branch* as both Chorley and Leyland are closed *nearest is Preston

@HSBC_UK setting up online app and telephone banking shouldn’t be this difficult. I have been asked multiple times for numbers I don’t have. I forgot one security question and have to reset the whole lot, but when I phone, all I get is an automated service that doesn’t help! 🙄

@HSBC_UK why are your online banking, app & phone support so difficult to use? I need to reset, and it is asking me for information I don’t have: if I had it; the reset may not be necessary/ please, have a care for your customers, or you will find they will vote with their feet.

@LuanaElisabetta @HSBC_UK @AskNationwide That's so frustrating I hope you have more luck with a new account my husband had problems with his natwest card not working and they refused to send a new one so he switched aswell and no problems since, I hate any issues with money always stresses me right out!

@HSBC_UK That's a real shame. Clapham is a long way from Croydon; particularly for people without a fixed address, or money to spend on travel. Where can we find a current list of branches who do provide this service? We'd like to let people know! @Shelter can you help?

@Pollysymondson @HSBC_UK Had the same with Barclays (Business) last week. A high street bank with excellent customer service would be quids in. It's like the crystal maze at times trying to get to the right person you need to speak to.

@HSBC_UK I’ve had fraudulent transactions on my credit card. I’ve phone 4 times and been promised call backs … system issues etc etc still nothing ! What in earth is going on ?
