@HSBC_UK app doesn't display any button to generate security code, changed relevant settings,turned on permissions no avail.Nobody in CS seem to be aware any app issues(!).I was coarsed to using the app, noone knows how to send my activation code 4 secure key either. Help

@PhyllisPhil @HSBC_UK I agreed with your comment but unfortunately there isn't a bank in the Western World, that takes working class people's interest on board. Their sole interest is to make profits. They are part of the established system which works against the working class.

@HSBC_UK I have tried to open MyAccount/MySavings access for my 12 & 10yr olds, but you say the ID I uploaded wasn't OK, but not why. I uploaded photos of their passports??
