  Been changed $5 to use @HSBC_AUS with a @HSBC_UK debit card in an ATM. I thought as a Premier customer that transactions were free. I accept the % charge. Women in bank said I could claim it back or it might get automatically refunded. What’s the deal?

  @HSBC_UK Thank you. I've managed to get a workaround, but the root problem is an insecure website so you should definitely resolve it soon and look into why it wasn't renewed before expiring!

  @HSBC_UK @johnlewishelp Hi, while I wait for an update on my partnership card security issue, can you confirm if this is a true fraud squad number 08007838422. Said they are from HSBC fraud for JL Partnership Card. I gave no details to them. Comes up as HSBC. Thanks in advance.

  @HSBC_UK After a day my wife is still locked out of her account. HSBC website says go to mobile app & reset details. Mobile app doesn’t have a reset button & mentions go to website. This is very frustrating. HSBC won’t arrange a call back. Is any if this tested?

  @HSBC_UK @bmunckton If you don’t have the knowledge or resources to put these minir things right the YOU SHOULD hire someone who can fix these and NOT telling customers to go back to old version of IOS.. pathetic…
