So @HSBC_UK sent me a letter about an account I believed was closed; Can't sort via Online Help as the bot is useless Can't do over the phone as I don't have the number the automated voice needs Can't do in branch* as both Chorley and Leyland are closed *nearest is Preston

@HSBC_UK where exactly do pending payments to @Argos_Online go? I've had this issue (double payments, twice) and I've seen it happens a hell of a lot with them, never their fault of course. Money doesn't just disappear!

@HSBC_UK took away access to my banking accounts, it’s been 9 months now. I had £780,000 with them that I haven’t been able to access since. After calling many times for an update and being hung up on after hours of waiting, I still don’t actually have any answers to anything?

Digital banks are a saviour. Completely contrasting experience of opening a bank account with a neobank and HSBC. Took me 2 hours with HSBC customer care with no resolution to the erroneous online process. @HSBC_UK very disappointing service
