Rang both non-HSBC & existing HSBC numbers..pls enter sort code (how do you have a sort code if you're not a customer?). I'm about to go elsewhere..

But if you do a foreign transfer, it is not! That caused me to do a transfer twice (me one, my wife one). Now we are left with less monies in the account
