@HSBC_UK I'm not sure as it was a business account, it wouldn't even let me add them as a payee and I got a different error message every time. All ok now though thankfully

@HSBC_UK the customer service satisfaction on which is 57% is it a direct correlation to the low wages you pay staff? 20k a year for gcb8 is awful. Poor staff

Honestly @HSBC_UK, I don't know how much more painful you could make paying a new payee. There are two forces at tension here; 1. you're paying a large amount of money and want to check the deets, and 2. your JWTs expire in about a nanosecond and make it the user's problem

@HSBC_UK LoungeKey not allowing me to add my HSBC credit card to the app. Slightly pointless if it’s basic functionality isn’t working.

@sambakey @HSBC_UK I can't even log in to the app. "Something went wrong" is all it says, though the pin code generation works fine.

@HSBC_UK how long do you keep my secure key locked if I entered wrong answers? As your stupid circular messages to unlock just link to website and back to app in a pointless circle

@HSBC_UK If you're sticking a JWT expiry constant in front of people and asking people to quote that in a reply to a support desk after making them go through your "enter the last four digits of the sort code and the amount including pence to get an OTP" dance you need better UXers.

@HSBC_UK I’m trying to get support from your chat to us feature on my banking app. 25 minutes ago it said a human would be with me in 15 minutes. Any comment?

@HSBC_UK @EmmaRaducanu I have such atrocious experiences with HSBC. I feel I must warn others that I have found it's service absolutely abysmal. Please consider other financial services.
