@HSBC_UK disgusted with the service I’ve received over the last week. So much conflicting advice. No one seems to know what they are doing. Just been on hold (again) for 15 minutes to be cut off by your staff. How do I speak to someone who actually knows what they are doing?

@___c_h_r_i_s__ @HSBC_UK Join the club mate. No mobile or net access since January. Contacted them many times. It's now a raised case and still 15 working days before they will deal with it!!! Another 3 weeks to wait. Really poor service. Don't hold your breath.

@HSBC_UK waited for over 30 minutes on the phone,and gave up. then got told by the 'Faster' chatbot its a 6 hour wait. Tried again on Chatbot and it said it would put me through to 'a human friend' and no answer. How do you get a problem sorted at HSBC these days?
