If this is the official twitter account, why cant you afford to pay for a check mark?     @jckchn88 @HSBC_UK Hi, spent 50 mins on hold to be told every UK customer received this in error and there is no issue with your cards. The woman told me I was ok to unfreeze my card. Hope that helps #HSBC #ApplePay

    @TeddyLeppington @HSBC_UK Did they say it can take up to 70 days? I've been chasing my money for several weeks without success. It's with them I believe but not showing in my account. I hope the ISA transfer out team is more competent because once it's there I'm taking it out. Disgraceful service.
