Mark (@MorganMF9867) reported@HSBC_UK, do all your customer service staff tell fibs? Spoke to them on 30.3 and told I'd receive a call back in 5 working days. Today is working day 7, and obviously, no call has happened.

My finances are in good shape so no reason for it other than my industry I assume. Monzo also closed my business account. So I’d avoid them too. I’ve never had issues with high street banks so far

I can't believe how inefficient they are and what bloody awful hold music they have. If you are going to put someone on hold for half an hour at least play something decent.
