    @HSBC_UK Your mobile banking app is terrible Changes have been all bad Fast Balance (crucially without log on) has gone from the app The app itself is painfully slow It takes an unacceptable amount of time for the accounts page to load There was nothing wrong with the old app

    @HSBC_UK Thanks for the feedback, I can't call international on my mobile. Is there a way to sort this online, via chat. I noticed you need a login to chat on your site, but I don't have a current one any longer as my account is over 15yrs old

    @HSBC_UK Inhave already wtitten several letters in the HSBC website and write another letter to the team last week and still they keep msging and calling. I have outlined everything and listed what would benefit me so its now up to them now

    @HSBC_UK on hold for 2 hours today and still no answer. Been hung up on once already. My 9th call in 4 weeks trying to resolve a complaint that no one seems to be able to help with. Can this be escalated and a manager call me back? @financialombuds I'll escalate to you if no help

    @HSBC_UK love the new app update which completely crashes the app, locked me out to the point even customer services cannot help rn while I'm ill and cannot leave the house. Time to switch. 🙏

    @HSBC_UK I phoned you today. Got answered pretty quickly and my query answered so 10/10 for that. Just got an email basically trying to discourage me from calling again. And I’m a Premier customer. Get some staff, ok?!!

    @HSBC_UK Message sent as this is getting beyond a joke now. I’m being messed about to the point it is costing me money and causing me untold stress. Completely inadequate service at all levels. This issue has been running for over 3 weeks and not resolved
