@HSBC_UK I’ve just been speaking with the ombudsman regarding complaint ref 12012229. All I need is to speak with a tech team regarding my issue. I’ve been without the app and online banking for nearly a month, and you have closed my branch. It takes an hour to get through.

Customer service in your bank is a joke, little to no ability to do anything. Even at management level. It is always someone else’s job. @HSBC_UK #customerservice @TheFCA @financialombuds
