So @HSBC_UK sent me a letter about an account I believed was closed; Can't sort via Online Help as the bot is useless Can't do over the phone as I don't have the number the automated voice needs Can't do in branch* as both Chorley and Leyland are closed *nearest is Preston

If someone thinking of joining @HSBC @HSBC_UK, DON'T! You'll get paid around 35LKR basic and the **** you have to go through because of some managers are not worth the salary. Getting personally attacked on WhatsApp group which is named "jobless people" and it's the official (1)

We don't praise lenders enough, especially under these testing times. A huge thanks to Purav Abbi of @HSBC_UK for his help with a Mortgage Application. When everyone else said "sorry computer says no", he took a common sense approach and got it sorted.

So 7 weeks ago @HSBC_UK suspended our business account. This is having a huge detrimental effect on our ability to run our business. We have no access to any funds and all of our direct debits have been cancelled. We’ve provided everything to @HSBC_UK that they’ve asked for.

@HSBC_UK what’s the point of your paying in machines? Every month I have problems with them. First one took forever to accept £1425, then spat it all back out. The second machine crashed while counting it. Bring back counter service!!

@HSBC_UK It’s not about our account it’s your website. The screen is blank just by clicking the link from Google. It the does the same thing on every page after login but the problem is there before logging in
