So @HSBC_UK sent me a letter about an account I believed was closed; Can't sort via Online Help as the bot is useless Can't do over the phone as I don't have the number the automated voice needs Can't do in branch* as both Chorley and Leyland are closed *nearest is Preston

Surprised to get an email from @HSBC_UK saying that @WeArePayUK are closing down their PayM service. The UK's equivalent of @Venmo or a very bad Mpesa What options does that leave for people in the UK to transfer money quickly between different banks

@HSBC_UK Thanks, however the mobile chat and phone line support were both frustratingly slow to respond and neither were able to help. Your customers need responsive methods of getting the help they need, including being able to talk to an actual human and in a reasonable timescale.

@HSBC_UK - Appalling customer service from Kenilworth Branch Manager. Will not offer a face-to-face appointment for my 90YO MIL. She will have to go into the Branch and ‘hope’ that someone is available … at 90 years old! #WakeUp
