@HSBC @HSBC_UK @MoneySavingExp Spent over 2.5 hours on hold today to discuss a Section75 claim. I had to give up in the end. Awful customer service. Plus.. I had to listen to the same 30 second music clip on loop for the entire time.

@HSBC_UK @HSBC @HSBC_UK - just given up trying to get through to your Mortgage Service Centre on 0800 085 2482 after 3 attempts and over 3 hours on the phone today. Shocking customer service! Will try again tomorrow and hopefully someone will actually answer the phone
