So @HSBC_UK sent me a letter about an account I believed was closed; Can't sort via Online Help as the bot is useless Can't do over the phone as I don't have the number the automated voice needs Can't do in branch* as both Chorley and Leyland are closed *nearest is Preston

@HSBC_UK Wow, so an hour long phone call last week never resolved a simple issue as getting my phone number correct on your system. I don't have the time to go through all of that process again so I will switch my credit card provider. Thank you anyway.

@HSBC_UK The worlds worst bank. Useless customer support. Failed app. International banking is a joke. Its like thrown ng your money into air and expecting to arrive at destination. In my fortunately case flew back in my face with no clue why.

7 days without internet banking, multiple calls with each waiting time of at least an hour. Ticket raised with IT three days ago by your representative and. Still no luck. Not sure how long will it take to resolve a simple issue @HSBC_UK

@HSBC_UK is there any eta on your iOS 16 compatibility? Both the business and personal banking apps crash on launch. They are the only apps on my phone that are not working.

@HSBC_UK If this is correct, it follows of course that you lied when you said your developers are "working hard to try and find a fix", because the fix is not technical : it is to simply reverse this wrong headed decision. The worst is that you apparently did the same thing last year !

@HSBC_UK I didn’t receive a replacement for my expired cards. I’m based abroad. Called and waited on the line for 15 minutes and no ones answered. Chat service is only automated and doesn’t answer my query. There is no way to email or order cards online. What a mess!

@leocarr78 @HSBC_UK I haven’t installed as the time hsbc we’re really slow, I want to install to be able to help sort any bugs before main launch, point is that all other banks have added iOS-16 to there apps and hsbc is being really poor on support, it also means there is more chance of hsbc-
