So @HSBC_UK sent me a letter about an account I believed was closed; Can't sort via Online Help as the bot is useless Can't do over the phone as I don't have the number the automated voice needs Can't do in branch* as both Chorley and Leyland are closed *nearest is Preston

@HSBC_UK ANNOYED right now. Customer services told me I’d get a call back from a manager 5-15 mins this was 7pm and it’s now 9pm. I can’t access my account & been told it can take 5 days to resolve. Not acceptable that a manager doesn’t call back.

@LewisLudlam @HSBC_UK Wind you’re neck in.. just because your a ‘celeb’ you think putting on Twitter will get you faster service.. wait like us all.. they probably have staff shortages due to covid and the ones there all get pelters from knobs thinking they deserve better. They’re doing their best.

@BleuKhrystal @HSBC_UK This is a total disgrace, we need to support each other, but support doesn't change the banks stance. They are right!! We need legal support, I can't afford, and even after the FOS determination, pay up. still no acknowledgement from the bank. Can we have the oligarchs 💰 to help
