So @HSBC_UK sent me a letter about an account I believed was closed; Can't sort via Online Help as the bot is useless Can't do over the phone as I don't have the number the automated voice needs Can't do in branch* as both Chorley and Leyland are closed *nearest is Preston

@HSBC_UK When did banks care before about such issues? If your not straight and that’s for shorthand? Then understand they didn’t and don’t give a flying - - - - about your everyday concerns. Your being bought and sold for publicity. But your canny enough to know this right.

@HSBC_UK No thanks. Unless you can sort your app crashing on all my Apple devices then you’ll be wasting all our time. I’m just moving to a bank who can create a consistently working app so I can access my money.

@HSBC_UK your customer service is terrible , passed from one department to another and then told offices are shut till 8 in morning, not good when my card has been blocked and need a taxi to work at 6 and no cash , absolutely hopeless service
