So @HSBC_UK sent me a letter about an account I believed was closed; Can't sort via Online Help as the bot is useless Can't do over the phone as I don't have the number the automated voice needs Can't do in branch* as both Chorley and Leyland are closed *nearest is Preston

@HSBC_UK I've always had problems getting on to the mobile app but with persistence I could get on, or at the least get a login code to login with the desktop. Now i can't get any access at all after the lastest android update. Has anyone else commented on this issue?

@HSBC_UK App not working 'Service unavailable'. Can't make payments etc! HSBC has closed so many branches. The least it can do is have an app that works.

Wow @HSBC_UK have you ever tried your ‘customer experience’. You block the ability to open simple savings accounts online, require disclosure of full PII on open phone calls and demand visiting a branch to reset a phone ID. Amazing.

Super interesting ‘economic outlook’ from @HSBC_UK - expect input prices to remain high. @lesley4wrexham in #NFUCymru22 opening remarks mentioned lobbying the UK to reduce vat on fertiliser - that could be a short term fix but the question for me is….
