So @HSBC_UK sent me a letter about an account I believed was closed; Can't sort via Online Help as the bot is useless Can't do over the phone as I don't have the number the automated voice needs Can't do in branch* as both Chorley and Leyland are closed *nearest is Preston

@HSBC_UK I want to have a compensation after wasting an 1 hour 5 minutes and 15 seconds on the phone to get my login details fixed and half an hour prior to that when I was trying to fix it thinking something was wrong on my side. No notification what so ever!! Contact me personally.

@HSBC_UK You've told several people (you didn't even bother answering me) that the banking app has 'been sorted'. It hasn't. I've made 2 phonecalls, and completely changed all my security details, and still, cannot log on to mobile banking. I need access to my account!

@HSBC_UK I have already raised 3 formal complaints, 1 response just told me to wait and other 2 got ignored. I will be asking @financialombuds for help and will also forward it to the HSBC Board of directors directly to deal with that.

@HSBC_UK Thank you. Unfortunately I couldn’t get through on the phone at 6pm after 30 mins and now I’m completely locked out of my online banking so no access to my accounts 😓 I’ll try again tomorrow but regretting moving to Advance now it’s been stressful
