So @HSBC_UK sent me a letter about an account I believed was closed; Can't sort via Online Help as the bot is useless Can't do over the phone as I don't have the number the automated voice needs Can't do in branch* as both Chorley and Leyland are closed *nearest is Preston

@HSBC_UK has the worst customer care. This is our third call waiting for more than an hour each time and no agent ever responds. You cannot blame covid for company failures! I think they are replacing people workers by machines and it doesn't work. Very unhappy customers.

@HSBC_UK struggling to get your app to open on my phone. Started being a problem a few days ago when it was intermittent, now fails every time. Have you done a recent update? Iphone 6 running 12.5.5 (the latest).

@HSBC_UK are you paying for our telephone bill? We have called your 0345 number several times with one hour wait or more evwy time and we are still waiting for the next available agent! Terrible #customerservice!
