For a bank that loves to claim it’s global, I’m looking at recent @HSBC_UK bank charges for transactions in France, Austria, Italy & Slovenia & it couldn’t be less global or customer focused if it tried, just stakeholder greedy & focused on covering legacy costs. Time for change

@HSBC_UK PLEASE, is there a way I can speak to someone in the UK?! I’ve been on to 3 different people over 45mins-they don’t understand my problem & there is such a delay on the call, it is impossible. I couldn’t hear one woman because of a bloody COCKEREL in the background!
