So @HSBC_UK sent me a letter about an account I believed was closed; Can't sort via Online Help as the bot is useless Can't do over the phone as I don't have the number the automated voice needs Can't do in branch* as both Chorley and Leyland are closed *nearest is Preston

@HSBC_UK Hi, I get that but what if the device is lost/stolen/damaged & not on another device how does one get into online banking without the DSK? Why is there no other login option like pwd+OTP or something?

Hello @HSBC_UK I've had to call you multiple times in the last three days to get a block lifted on my card. Each time you tell me it's done, but I still can't use my card online. I'm getting pretty cross.

What an awful service from @HSBC_UK went to the branch in December with my daughter to open a bank account for her….Spent an hour signing all forms for them to tell me now that they can’t find the paperwork!!!

@HSBC_UK I was served today in branch by a very competent member of the team so don’t need any further help. My complaint was that you are closing a branch that is very well used and no further branch for a 9 mile radius. Many of the customers are older and struggle to use online banking.

@HSBC_UK Morning, please can someone contact me regarding my account. I’ve received 6 phone calls now, usually 8am on the morning regarding a direct debit issue, it’s the worst customer services/bank I’ve ever dealt with!
