    @HSBC_UK HSBC mobile app at its worst. Made some changes recently, Yesterday morning tried to login mobile app.. it says update software.. Update button click says device is not compatible..I am totally stuck. cant login online banking because need code from app

    @bowyerp @HSBC_UK My children have HSBC accounts but found it impossible to get online (with all the stages checks etc etc) and given up so move to @LloydsBank so maybe HSBC don't what Reading customers at all online or in branch.

    @HSBC_UK I wouldn't mind using a phone app as a 3rd factor for 3FA, but replacing an air-gapped physical token (w/ challenge-response support no less!) w/ a mobile app based 2nd factor for 2FA is in fact a downgrade from a pure security standpoint & I find being told otherwise patronising

    @HSBC_UK what's the point of having people working in your fraud department, if all they can do is work through a scripted list without being able to apply any human judgement or common sense?! 40 minutes wasted to release a transfer between my own accounts that I use weekly!!

    @HSBC_UK Hi so we have spoken to someone who help reset everything with us. My partner has now logged on through is same username but with new security questions and all his payees have gone !? Is that because we have had to reset passwords etc ?

    @HSBC_UK Hi Saffron, I’ve just completed my call. 1hr and 15 minutes. As mentioned in my replies, I’m certain the agent was texting during my call. Which is a huge concern as he had access to my personal information at the time.

    @HSBC_UK Really you people have the fourth grade services in India and your employees working in your bank are educated fools and mannerless idiots who don't know to to deal customers. Initially your Barakhamba Road branch, Delhi refused me open the basic savings account
