  @dawniedavidson @HSBC_UK We had that here at the bank I work in-changed software, causing customers to have to learn new online banking, statements, etc. It caused some chaos for sure, esp for our older friends, but a little good customer service does wonders. #proudofmybank

  @CleansedTweets @pchindle @HSBC_UK Both myself and my mother have uk bank accounts and they have our address in Spain,never an issue,it should be same situation for yourself, if you have a home address in uk again they shouldnt be closing your account,it’s not illegal to travel and be out of the country for years
