So @HSBC_UK sent me a letter about an account I believed was closed; Can't sort via Online Help as the bot is useless Can't do over the phone as I don't have the number the automated voice needs Can't do in branch* as both Chorley and Leyland are closed *nearest is Preston

When you apply for a @HSBC_UK account with £150 cash back, having no debt, savings to put in the bank but get turned down for the account offering cash back but excepted for another account with no benefits.. helpline couldn’t give me an answer why.. #absolutejoke @MartinSLewis

@HSBC_UK Is there anyway I can get in touch with someone who can genuinely help or do I need to into branch for this... endless security questions, then getting cut off when your advisors randomly think they've "resolved" something <--- they haven't by the way. H2B Isa closure.

@HSBC_UK Sorry don't know how to private message. I rang simply to get a mortgage interest figure on commercial mortgage and no one can help apart from relationship manager who not contactable. I also gad to wait Ihr 30mins for somone to pick phone. I am currently on hold now for 57mins.
