So @HSBC_UK sent me a letter about an account I believed was closed; Can't sort via Online Help as the bot is useless Can't do over the phone as I don't have the number the automated voice needs Can't do in branch* as both Chorley and Leyland are closed *nearest is Preston

@HSBC_UK Can you confirm that a customer cannot open a savings account in their local branch and it can only be done online or over the phone? Asking for an elderly relative who doesn't do online or phone banking. Thanks.

Hey @HSBC_UK maybe try removing the appalling ear piercing static to your already hideous hold music for a better customer service. I admire your dedication to try and introduce us plebs to this avant garde, experimental art but it gives customers sore ears and migraines.

@HSBC_UK why does it take you guys so long to transfer money after you received probate from our solicitor? Been 5 weeks+ so far. Every other bank did it within 10 working day. Told it could take another 4-8 weeks which is appalling.
