  So @HSBC_UK sent me a letter about an account I believed was closed; Can't sort via Online Help as the bot is useless Can't do over the phone as I don't have the number the automated voice needs Can't do in branch* as both Chorley and Leyland are closed *nearest is Preston

  @PennyBritish @HSBC_UK @kraken Monzo bank have been good so far. Obviously things can change. But no problems as of yet.

  @HSBC_UK currently on holiday and unable to logged in my accounts and unable to access I called the helpline and been advised as I transferred several months ago from Mark's and Spencer bank I been told I have to call a special number which turned out incorrect 😡😡 pointless

  @PennyBritish @HSBC_UK @kraken World wide banks are clamping down on cash deposits to exchanges. Two of my local banks started doing so, despite nil legislation to say it's illegal to buy or sel crypto. Things are unfolding infront of our eyes methinks.

  Don't often complain on social media, but making an exception from customer service so poor it was subterranean by @HSBC_UK. They make a series of errors all of their own making that messes up my banking, and then gaslight me into suggesting that it was *my* fault.

  @PennyBritish @HSBC_UK @kraken I tried to withdraw some Strong node rewards in GBP from Binance to my Santander account and Santander blocked it! I immediately switched banks and opened an account with Lloyds who don't seem to have any issues sending or receiving to crypto exchanges.

  Online banking is free, but we cannot have it. Switching to another bank in Covid times is very difficult. Have been into local branch. They can't help. Poor job @HSBC_UK . Charitable support - I think not. I am so cross. #HSBC #Poorcustomerservice

  @PennyBritish @HSBC_UK @kraken But they would quite happily let you transfer it all to a gambling site so you can bet your life away and then offer you loans to give you more money to gamble with. Absolute parasites.

  @southlondonsabs @HSBC_UK Sounds like the sort of horror where developers put nets on trees to stop birds being able to nest. The aim being they can then cut down the trees for further development. The profit motive so often leads to cruelty.
