So @HSBC_UK sent me a letter about an account I believed was closed; Can't sort via Online Help as the bot is useless Can't do over the phone as I don't have the number the automated voice needs Can't do in branch* as both Chorley and Leyland are closed *nearest is Preston

@HSBC_UK how long are we going to suffer with staffing issues at your Bury branch? The bank is already 1 of the few that doesn’t open Saturdays, has been converted to a “digital branch” making it difficult for 2-to-sign account holders to access cash & now regularly closes 2:30pm

@HSBC_UK The dreadful level of service you are giving us shows how little you care about social enterprises that support underrepresented groups. Do let us know if adequate support from HSBC is reserved only for wealthy corporations so we can end this frustrating experience.

@HSBC_UK Could you please fix your secure 3d verification system? I can not make online payments or add my card to PayPal or Google pay and your support is saying that nothing is wrong at your side and it's a merchant problem. Your service is frustrating and I had to make a complaint

@HSBC_UK @Michaelrossi81 Same BS response as always. Have been waiting over a week for acknowledgment of emailing said email address. My RLS application is now over 2 months without acknowledgment. Absolute joke. @NatWestBusiness whilst you can’t help with an RLS my revenue is moving to you.

All deliveries companies must remove them self from @ParcelCompare platform, the reviews are bad and I regret not having checked it before. I want my full refund and I have contacted @HSBC_UK to support in requesting my full money refund.
