    @HSBC_UK @HSBC_UK I did tried as I have been advised before last saturday and today by phone, & also by you. I did clear all cache, cookies and history on browsers and I use severals (chrome, edge, explorer, firefox, also tried from phone). Nothing is working always going on GSA errors

    @HSBC_UK Thank you for replying. iPhone on iOS 14.8. I updated software yesterday to see if that would help, but no… so whatever version it was on before was no better.

    @HSBC_UK @futurerust_ Hi, this just happened to me now with your ATM on the Kings Road at 20:20 pm tonight. Can I please have a customer service agent give me the authorisation code which will allow my bank to revert the transaction manually, otherwise I’ll have to wait for up to 7 days!

    Any1 looking for a secure bank account give @HSBC_UK a go, just on the phone for over an hour and they still can’t work out why I can’t access my accounts. If they can’t no way anyone can…#securebanking #absoluterubbish
