please can I advise everyone against using @HSBC_UK, the customer service is appalling, no-one knows what anyone else is doing and systems and processes are always down, that's assuming you don't get cut off of course

Absolutely disgusting how @HSBC_UK treats an 84 year old disabled customer saying it will take 10-15 days to reverse a payment made to an old account in his name. When you ring the number advised by support on the app it says it’s closed even though we are within opening hours

@tracyswoodward @HSBC_UK The issue of the accounts getting disabled or hacked is very frustrating, it’s a sad thing the support team is not doing anything about the complaints people are dropping. I will advise you to contact Zaheerhackers on Instagram to help you get back your account they are fast
