So @HSBC_UK sent me a letter about an account I believed was closed; Can't sort via Online Help as the bot is useless Can't do over the phone as I don't have the number the automated voice needs Can't do in branch* as both Chorley and Leyland are closed *nearest is Preston

Tonight I’d like to thank @Morrisons and @HSBC_UK for ruining my evening! Issues with paying at petrol pump led to my card being declined. Then I had to hang around the forecourt for an hour to get through HSBC customer services to unblock my card. Rant done! 🤬

@HSBC_UK 1/2 appalling service AGAIN, you suspend our account for fraud check, we call up. after 90 minutes we are told BY YOUR OWN TEAM there is no fraud check and the account is not suspended. but clearly IS showing as suspended on our screens.

@HSBC_UK hoping you can help locate £200 that left my current account via standing order to my ISA on 21st but never made it there. Both online chat and telephone banking mind-numbingly incompetent. Finally told it would be in my account my close today and still has not appeared.
