  @HSBC_UK You've made it impossible to apply via mobile for a loyalty cash ISA:- "A new way to log in" requests:- "Open your mobile banking app"... HINT: The app is already open 'cos I'm trying to apply for a loyalty cash ISA!! Gave up after 3 attempts. "A new way to log in" isn't perchance preparatory to government's scorned DIgitalID...?

  @HSBC_UK I would like you to get in touch with the branch and find out why these barriers exist This person needs access to a bank account and with the time scale Nov 26 that aint good enough
