So @HSBC_UK sent me a letter about an account I believed was closed; Can't sort via Online Help as the bot is useless Can't do over the phone as I don't have the number the automated voice needs Can't do in branch* as both Chorley and Leyland are closed *nearest is Preston

@HSBC_UK unbelievable security on the app, now my wife can’t get to our savings! Because your call centre reads from a script because she couldn’t identify a transaction from 3 days ago for 6.72. Then the operator just kept trying to book and appointment! Useless awful!

@HSBC_UK - why are your app push notifications so slow / delayed? Notifications from @StarlingBank business app are almost instant. I've just had to wait close to 45 minutes for one to appear in your app 🧐

@HSBC_UK Spend 20 minutes on hold, then put through to the wrong department, then on hold for another 20 minutes; annoying to not be able to speak to customer services because their work from home telephone line has such a bad echo on it I have to hang up and start ALL OVER AGAIN

@HSBC_UK I have rung that number 4 times. I have been told it is being escalated twice. I was promised a call from a supervisor which never came. You have basically stolen my money at this point. 40 years as a customer clearly matter very little to you.

Is it just me, or is hold music too distracting? So I have to wait an hour for @HSBC_UK to answer. Fine. But have an option to not have the hold music and get 'help on-line' verbiage... at least that way I can get something done without having the sonar-drivel stopping me work.
