Excuse Me Captain Mark and Woodend Wanderer (@captaindexter) reported@CruisingTheCut @HSBC_UK Have used Firstdirect for years and always got to speak to a real person whenever we called 24/7. We spend a lot of time out of UK so having access to somebody real was a priority for us. Never let us down in over 20 years.

The couple of times I had significant life problems (stuck in Venice with the Iceland ash cloud, and stolen bank cards) they were very helpful and things were sorted very quickly.
