    @HSBC_UK I have money 'in limbo' and the payee doesn't know what's going on. I don't think you fully appreciate the impact this is having. No acknowledgement of the issues people faced using their cards or online payments, and now there's money in the 'ether' which is where?

    @HSBC_UK I have spent nearly THREE weeks speaking to FOUR people on your online banking line and NONE of them can fix my problem. WTF do I have to do to get this fixed. They acknowledge it is YOUR problem, not mine.

    .@HSBC_UK my husband also requested new card same day. His arrived 1 working day later. Your chatbot told me they can't be responsible for royal mail. I will be moving banks once card turns up. You also need more staff on your helplines.
