So @HSBC_UK sent me a letter about an account I believed was closed; Can't sort via Online Help as the bot is useless Can't do over the phone as I don't have the number the automated voice needs Can't do in branch* as both Chorley and Leyland are closed *nearest is Preston

@HSBC_UK it's now been another 24 hours with no response from the IT team in regards to the GSA System error I receive when trying to login to online banking. I first tweeted about this on Sept 1st. Please have someone contact me as I am locked out of online banking.

@HSBC_UK 42 minutes on hold waiting to get an answer as to when I was informed of a decision ref my mortgage that directly effects my credit profile without my consent. I’d imagine you have better service to the Mexican Drug Cartels

@HSBC_UK The service lines generally are useless. When I called it required me to key in account number or account manager which I have no idea as the bank account is in the process of creation. I can try again

@HSBC_UK Not sure what's going on but after being on hold daily for over an hour each time (over 2hrs one time) and being locked out of my business account for nearly 2 weeks am thinking I may just go somewhere else. Terrible customer service.

@HSBC_UK A very poor show with iOS 15 Beta and your app fiasco. I was without access to my accounts for a number of days and you can’t even access online without the app! Made me jump ship after 30 odd years of banking with HSBC and switching to @StarlingBank, who are awesome!!

@HSBC_UK Been waiting on the phone for 40mins for mortgage help. I have paid off the mortgage but final bill was raised to the solicitor before a further two payments came out, I believe these two payments need to be refunded. Can someone please help
