    @HSBC_UK Still not getting any answers. Your customer advisors in India dont seem aware of the services you offer and the ones based in England offer you services then suddenly they apparantly don't exist! Very annoying to your customers #terriblebank#terriblecustomerservice

    @HSBC_UK …..the major worldwide bank with no bank accounts for under 7 year olds. Awful, considering all the ‘encouragement’ for children to realise the value of money, save, etc etc.

    @HSBC_UK How do we get in contact with a real human, not a chatbot or unhelpful 'help' pages? Online access to an account has been revoked and we have a large Nursing Home bill due tomorrow! no amount of 'reset' is working.... HELP
