So @HSBC_UK sent me a letter about an account I believed was closed; Can't sort via Online Help as the bot is useless Can't do over the phone as I don't have the number the automated voice needs Can't do in branch* as both Chorley and Leyland are closed *nearest is Preston

@HSBC_UK Thanks it’s an old iPhone so 12.5.5 is the latest version. The workaround works but it’s not a good one of old iPhones ! We are now in a terrible design loop as it’s asking for a digital secure key that can only be created via the mobile app!!

@HSBC_UK I've raised one already, believe me. It would help if the team that produces statements worked over the weekend, now I'm waiting until Tuesday 14th. My completion date is Friday 17th. It should not take 8 days, 5 phone calls and 6 different agents to close a Help to Buy ISA.

@AmazonHelp Hi, got through to Amazon support this morning but as money is being taken from my @HSBC_UK account and not Amazon they suggested I called the bank. Not progressing too well with that just yet and getting quite frustrated with them.
