@HSBC_UK Dad tried to login to his account on Monday. He messed this up, because their online security is too complex for him to navigate, and has been locked out of his account. Again. He wanted me to drive back to London again this weekend to fix it for him.

So I've now have ~£90 stolen from me using my card via deliveroo. @HSBC_UK says its deliveroo I need to speak to and @Deliveroo says its HSBC. All I know it's I'm down money on a cost of living crisis and can't call cos I'm on a night shift in A&E

@HeadWarriorTWM @HSBC_UK I see lots of problems for @HSBC_UK for example... - they will now open themselves up to be sued by detransitioners - sued by those without a GD diganoses in Scotland where it will soon not be required Do they not have lawyers specialised in Equality Laws to advise them?

@DommiFox @HSBC_UK Finally got through. Dude can’t find a reason why it was closed but said open a new one and email for previous statements. I’m on the phone to them so can’t they email them. Why would I open a new card, gut my credit score and rely on a service that has failed me? On hold again.

@HSBC_UK Thank you, but it just needs fixing at your end. Everything else loads, I’ve tried two different browsers. I need to alter the amounts on my standing orders but I can’t do that in the app. Please stop telling people to clear their caches to fix this. It doesn’t work.
