So @HSBC_UK sent me a letter about an account I believed was closed; Can't sort via Online Help as the bot is useless Can't do over the phone as I don't have the number the automated voice needs Can't do in branch* as both Chorley and Leyland are closed *nearest is Preston

@HSBC_UK Thanks for your reply, as unhelpful as it is. I spent over an hour on the phone today, with the last 20 minutes on hold. No-one cam back to help me, so my problem still exists. What's the point in making a formal complaint? Will that resolve my problem? Current on hold again...

@eddieclarke96 @HSBC_UK @firstdirecthelp I would imagine that some bank don’t have the logic active to detect what version of iOS you’re running and blocking launch with it detects a beta version. The point I am trying to make is HSBC have decided to not support pre-release and as a beta tester that’s the risk you take.
