    @HSBC_UK absolutely fuming!! 40 min wait to speak to an advisor then the call gets disconnected 😡😡😡😡 I have an issue that needs resolving and your live chat is useless.... I WILL be calling again and whoever picks up will be getting an earful....you have been warned. 😡😡😡

    @HSBC_UK - No chat service today and no way to delete a standing order. What do I do? I can't afford to hang on an international phone number for over an hour while you answer. In a cost of living crisis you're not allowing customers to manage there standing orders???

    Hi @HSBC_UK, there is quite a major problem with your customer recruitment strategy because both the "New customer" phone numbers on your website take you to a menu which can't be passed without your account number and online chat seems also only available to existing customers

    @HSBC_UK my daughter is trying to book an in person branch appointment. She has been holding for over an hour. The recorded message says book on website the website says book by phone. The branch is Plymouth. Your helpline is useless

    @chrissiemanby @HSBC_UK Being on hold is, I find, a perfect way to do all my admin. My fave was being on hold to internet provider when the service was down and being told by 'hold voice' that many answers to common questions could be found online.

    @HSBC_UK I have been on your automated customer service number for 40 minutes and no one has answered. Is anyone even working? It seems that no one is available and you’re only open until 8pm? This is time I cannot get back. Shouldn’t be on hold for this long #shocking #appalling

    @LouiseMesma @HSBC_UK It's 2022. This kind of service is unacceptable and unfathomable. But it's a big org and therefore we're expected to accept it. Another example of a monolithic organisation unprepared to move with the times. Here's hoping the banking revolution continues without them.
