So @HSBC_UK sent me a letter about an account I believed was closed; Can't sort via Online Help as the bot is useless Can't do over the phone as I don't have the number the automated voice needs Can't do in branch* as both Chorley and Leyland are closed *nearest is Preston

@DrHoenderkamp @HSBC_UK When it comes to UK banks, whether it's a business banking or personal banking, there's not much to choose from. One is as bad as the other. Try Santander Bank. I've had my personal account with them for years and never had any problems with them.

@MessedUpMusic @DrHoenderkamp @HSBC_UK NOOOOO! This is why we are ditching Santander, they are a dollop in this regard and have caused us no end of hassle by constantly blocking our cards and turning down payments. You get better conversations with a brick wall. Avoid at all costs!
