So @HSBC_UK sent me a letter about an account I believed was closed; Can't sort via Online Help as the bot is useless Can't do over the phone as I don't have the number the automated voice needs Can't do in branch* as both Chorley and Leyland are closed *nearest is Preston

@Kernow_King @HSBC_UK Customer services in this country have gone to ****. Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping. They have answer sheets they don’t deviate from & companies r affronted when we get pissed off 😡

@HSBC_UK My local branch is closing and the odd time that I must pay in a cheque at the post office I need a paying in slip. I can't order them online, I can't print one off and the only way to get one is to get in the queue for the chat line but, wait, the chat line is broken.

@HSBC_UK I ran out money to call this joke of a bank , all my money is locked in my account and there is NO BRANCH in my country. can’t access my own money but this bank is the same bank holding money for the cartels , absolute HYPOCRISY
