So @HSBC_UK sent me a letter about an account I believed was closed; Can't sort via Online Help as the bot is useless Can't do over the phone as I don't have the number the automated voice needs Can't do in branch* as both Chorley and Leyland are closed *nearest is Preston

@HSBC_UK Hi there. Picked up what we need from Canary Wharf however what is with the GSA System Error message so many customers are paralysed st the mercy of HSBC not tackling this issue.

@jonmutchell @HSBC_UK So freaking annoying!! Can’t even access normal online web browser as @HSBC_UK have changed it to Digital Key ONLY which you need the APP for… you know, that APP that keeps crashing 😡 Almost like they don’t want you to access your own account 😡

@FisherFilms82 @HSBC_UK Today I went into branch and they deleted my phone from my account and gave me a pin generator which allows me to log into the website, so try that. It’s still only a plaster though @HSBC_UK, you still need to fix this

@HSBC_UK absolute joke been trying since Friday to get back onto my online app I got locked out joke of a service 3 hours of calls nothing updating your website you want to get the right tools in place for your customers 😒
