@HSBC_UK Sent. I'm on the brink of just moving to another bank to be honest. I don't have the vocabulary to describe how awful your #CustomerService actually is. You're closing banks frequently and have clearly given up on your none corporate customers. I'm at my wits end.

@HSBC_UK I’ve followed these steps and reset my password but still cannot log onto the mobile banking app. It does let me generate security codes, so it isn’t the password that’s the problem. Why is the app not working?
