So @HSBC_UK sent me a letter about an account I believed was closed; Can't sort via Online Help as the bot is useless Can't do over the phone as I don't have the number the automated voice needs Can't do in branch* as both Chorley and Leyland are closed *nearest is Preston

@HSBC_UK will you be posting an update on when your systems are back up. Currently experiencing problems & no one in the customer service team can help me. I can’t access my online banking or use my card which leaves me without cash or any form of payment & 2 children under 5!

why @HSBC_UK has failed to help with my calls today after waiting to be connected for 45min twice??? I was disconnected the first time by the guy who was transferring me to another dept and the second time the guy’a phone number was breaking so he disconnected me too!!!
