    @missnaomifaith @lotte_du @HSBC_UK I had the same problem last night which HSBC said wasn’t an issue at their end. I was using iPad and iPhone with no success but managed to get on using my work laptop. It’s working now.

    @robinrimbaud @HSBC_UK @HSBC I escalated my complaint to the Financial Services Ombudsman after getting nowhere with my bank. It was amazing how quickly someone at the bank was assigned specifically to look into the issue and when resolved offered compensation.

    @HSBC_UK so you rolling out a new login system; log people OUT of the mobile app and then “our telephone banking” is closed. So no way to reset any details?!

    @HSBC_UK I have been trying to assist my husband in dealing with 2 unauthorised payments. Online Chat cut off twice. Phone call wait 35 minutes and I was cut off after giving only sort code and account number. Husband has hearing loss and other problems. Terrible service.

    @drchrisdooks @HSBC_UK @HSBC I have now telephoned HSBC over 55 times. I've spent 2 hours in a branch and resolved some issues, but still no response from the fraud team. Nothing, just a word.

    All I can say is @HSBC_UK @HSBC despite your claims of great security on customer accounts, your system is for phone banking is atrocious
