    @TeddyLeppington @HSBC_UK Did they say it can take up to 70 days? I've been chasing my money for several weeks without success. It's with them I believe but not showing in my account. I hope the ISA transfer out team is more competent because once it's there I'm taking it out. Disgraceful service.

    @jckchn88 @HSBC_UK Hi, spent 50 mins on hold to be told every UK customer received this in error and there is no issue with your cards. The woman told me I was ok to unfreeze my card. Hope that helps #HSBC #ApplePay

    @HSBC_UK how do I speak to a person about accessing my online banking outside of the 8pm cut off (surely 24 hour support is available at a bank as big as HSBC)?
