So @HSBC_UK sent me a letter about an account I believed was closed; Can't sort via Online Help as the bot is useless Can't do over the phone as I don't have the number the automated voice needs Can't do in branch* as both Chorley and Leyland are closed *nearest is Preston

@apowell01 @HSBC_UK Account under review. No warning & no communication from HSBC. We have £28k saved for our daughter’s University fees & all of a sudden you put a block & are refusing to have a dialogue. I went to the branch with all my proofs & manager refused to look at it! GIVE ME MY MONEY!

A case for clueless customer service. Called #HSBC_UK yesterday at 12:30 for breakdown assistance which is operated by #TheRAC_UK. More than a day later and after having chased regularly until the wee hours, the car is still in the same spot, poorly parked on a country lane.

@HSBC_UK as existing customers me and my husband tried to open 3 joint accounts in branch with you today. To be told you can't do that as it would be dangerous!! No online option either. Shocking service. HSBC group, not there for personal banking. Natwest went above & beyond.
