So @HSBC_UK sent me a letter about an account I believed was closed; Can't sort via Online Help as the bot is useless Can't do over the phone as I don't have the number the automated voice needs Can't do in branch* as both Chorley and Leyland are closed *nearest is Preston

@HSBC_UK where exactly do pending payments to @Argos_Online go? I've had this issue (double payments, twice) and I've seen it happens a hell of a lot with them, never their fault of course. Money doesn't just disappear!

dear @HSBC_UK, I'm going through your security reset process. Have to, because your security setup with mobile is in ruins, if I change phone. End up with "service not available" after 10step process 4 times. Routed to agent-> no availability. You are basically stealing my money!

@HSBC_UK please can you explain why customers cannot have non contactless debt card? Told today you only give new customers contactless debt cards with No option to have a normal card. I take it you will stand all losses if the customer loses their card if it's used fraudulently

So @HSBC_UK have locked my account, because some mail to me got sent back to them. My address is my current address and I never leave the house (Lockdown remember). And they wont reactivate it till tomorrow. Why don't they have a 24hour service for unlocking accounts?
