    @HSBC_UK You guys realise this is probably because your app isn't working right? Like I said last night and got palmed off...? You guys need to listen when customers give you feedback like that and not just read off of a status tracker

    @HSBC_UK Called number. It's a joint account we need, not 3rd party mandate. Told I can't have form sent or link given. Must go to a branch - I don't have one nearby. My father can't pick one up. He's housebound with terminal cancer. Is it impossible to send a link that I can download?

    @HSBC_UK Thank you for quick resolution, further to this there was an amount £600 which bank claimed to be fraud transaction as advised by sender. I submitted all the evidences supporting the case but I was told that the amount was paid back to the senders. Please HELP!

    @HSBC_UK my card expired in May, and I've been chasing HSBC EVERYDAY ... why are you NOT issuing me a new card when requested?? You apparently LOST IT in the post ... I've never had this issue before. URGENT. Will you be fixing my credit for failed payments due? WAKE UP WAKE UP!!

    @HSBC_IN @HSBC_UK Funds transferred for charity use 16 days ago still not received. It is IMMORAL and unacceptable that bank holds funds urgently needed for medical supplies to villagers. Please place TODAY in recipient’s ICICI account to be used to help village people.

    @BigDogDrinks @HSBCUKBusiness I've generally been happy as a @HSBC_UK Business customer for 7 years... but this situation with being unable - after approaching 7 hours on the phone now - of reporting CARD FRAUD (FFS) is disturbing enough I'm going to look for alternatives.

    @HSBC_UK Could you please delete my number from your system. I have never banked with you and tired of getting text messages every time someone(who is not me) uses their bank card. I filed a complaint ref#1379936 and was told this was resolved..not. Impossible to get ahold CS
