@HSBC_UK I have a disputed payment and every time I call I am told something different - last call the Ladd couldn’t help as she wasn’t trained. Chat line said they can’t help as they have limited information on their system - nobody can help absolutely appalling service - HELP

@HSBC_UK getting in touch without keep getting told to contact another number after trying to do what you say is the quickest who say they have not got enough staff to answer a question is not good service when you are also closing more branches.

I said to @HSBC_UK in a direct message that I'd do that, and that I'd try again tomorrow if that failed - and then ring them again if necessary. This is doubly annoying given this is the hotel for Wakefield - the same destination I had booking problems for last time.

@HSBC_UK hi there, I opened an advance account earlier this month(9th) but am yet to receive any details (no cards/account details/ telephone banking details etc) despite your promise that they will arrive within 7 working days. Been on hold on the phone for 25 minutes now.
