@HSBC_UK Once again customer service at HSBC has become like pulling teeth. Can I speak to some one in branch NO have to do that by phone as we don’t have anyone in branch that can do this. Sit in branch for an hour waiting for someone to answer phone. Still no joy.

@HSBC_UK thanks for duplicating 2x balance transfers onto my new card, charging me transaction fees for the duplicates, leaving me with large negative amounts on my currents cards, then telling me it will take 10 working days to look at it and get back to me. Crap service!!!
