  And the rest. Opened a @HSBC_UK Fixed Rate Cash ISA 1 Apr for funds to transfer in at maturity on 1 May. 2 mths in & 1mth lost interest: zilch. Call centre ill informed help. Yet their Wealth ppl want me to move a £1m pension fund to them?? Not if they can’t get the basics right!

  @HSBC_UK can I raise a complaint about your gdpr team? They have sent emails asking for confidential information without providing proof of who they are. The email also has grammar errors and despite providing details to match me to my account 100% they say they can't.

  @HSBC_UK I’ve been trying to pay a cheque in using the App. It is giving me an error message saying try again later. How long do you expect this problem to last.
