@firstdirecthelp moving to debit m/Card is a bad idea until you can offer the full service to pay cash in. You ever tried paying in cash at @HSBC_UK counter? You literally have to argue with staff who try and force you to pay in via the deposit machine as it is.

Hi @HSBC_UK Been on the phone for almost 1.5 hours trying to get through to customer services and been cut off every single time whilst being transferred. This is so frustrating when counter services are being closed and online/telephone banking remain the only options

@HSBC_UK you’ve upset my mother AGAIN. I have told you SO many times IN THE LAST 2 YEARS that my father has died, but you seem to STILL NOT BE TAKING NOTE. My mother is distraught all over again after a call with you . it’s all too painful EVERY time I speak to you. 😭 help.

@HSBC_UK I have sent a DM and I have raised a formal complaint as this is appalling. Your apps are also getting alot of negative reviews on the app store because of this issue, how can't this be a priority?

@HSBC_UK Hi. Any updates on this? Without the app I can’t login. Even with logging in on browser instead it needs a code from the app. This is infuriating!
