@HSBC_UK do care about their loyal customers. My 78 year old mum has not been able to access her main account for months, the one her pension goes into. She has spent more than 3hrs on the phone & went into store yesterday. A total of 8 HSBC staff have not fixed her problem.

@HSBC_UK There is nothing in this tool about phone compability issues and staff on your phone line are not adequately trained to handle these issues, they just put you on hold to pass on to next person and next and next. I was literally bullied into this

Trying to report a security concern on my bank account; no published numbers work; a number of circular processes that ask me to call the number I've called; turns out the bank is closed till Monday (even though it claims 24/7 service). How seriously are they taking it? #hsbc_uk

@rbh1978 @HSBC_UK @Cambridge_Uni Funny, nobody cared about poor white kids until black people helped disadvantaged black kids. If you have the grades all support should be applauded regardless of ethnicity. How about rich whites helping poor white kids? Or would that upset the status quo?
