Retail banking customer service is so poor, so bureaucratic, so patronising, their systems are so painful to deal with, that a world in which crypto becomes the principal means of exchange is starting to look more appealing to me at least. @HSBC_UK is particularly awful.

@HSBC_UK It was eventually resolved by sitting for two hours while one of your staff rectified the matter. My complaint remains open after offering a measly sum for compensation for your terrible service. I am approaching the FCA.Have you heard the saying 'two many cooks spoil the broth'?

@HSBC_UK absolutely appalled with the level of service I am receiving today. Current account switch has been a disaster. I am on the phone to your call centre and being refused a transfer to a complaints department. @firstdirect so sorry I left you - can I come back please?

@HSBC_UK i made an international transfer 3 months ago and the money was never received. It went through an intermediary bank and all I get is we have to wait until we get response from the bank! Really poor costumer service! Please help to solve this issue
