@HSBC_UK called the number recommended on here to change address, after 35 minutes, a rude agent told me to ring the number in the back of my card, wouldn’t help me in the slightest. Found card, it’s the same number!!! On hold again for another 15 minutes then am disconnected 🤬

@claireedith @HSBC_UK I waited for 20 minutes on the phone and when they transfered me they drop the call... Don't know if it's worth it opening an account with this customer service.

@HSBC_UK Absolutely hopeless opening hours. Never open when you want them! The pandemic is no longer an excuse. I don’t know why this bank doesn’t close its branches altogether and we’ll all migrate to a bank which provides real customer service.

@HSBC_UK can you help pleaseI have received a HongKong dollar cheque for a Dividend . I do not have an account with HSBC and on the confirmation slip it says change options available through Investor Centre which I registered with but when I logged in it was blocked
