  I'm just going to use my @monzo for future transactions because @HSBC_UK has let me down. This 120 days to raise a dispute for an event that was cancelled outside of the 120 days is ridiculous. So no refund for something that was out of my control....

  @HSBC_UK Why do you have a 'Chat' window with noone to chat to? Why does creating a savings acc. say I'm not a UK tax resident when I clearly am? Why do I have 2 accounts that I cannot access but with no indication of why? Your online banking website is an absolute shambles!!

  @HSBC_UK @TROYmagician Hi. I have been HSBC customer years now, and all well until now! Unhelpful customer service cannot track my visa card renewal and I have waited now 28 working days! My card ends in few days and I'm abroad! How complicated is it to just email my card?

  @HSBC_UK hi, I want to set up online banking, but I don’t know my telephone banking number as it was my wife who set up our joint account, as she is a long standing HSBC customer. How do I go about finding out what my telephone banking number is? Or do I use her number?
