Been trying to make an in person branch appointment online for last 24 hours @HSBC_UK. Nothing available at all for any day. Online help just tells me to do what I've been doing. #PTSD now kicking in.

@HSBC_UK To get permission to transfer house purchase monies to my solicitor. Tried Colchester, Ipswich and Chelmsford. I live in Harwich so Colchester would be good. Travelling difficult with #MH issues.

@HSBC @HSBC_UK new app doesn't work, cant make payments. Your agent told me to login to Internet Banking, oh I need a code from the app, can you guess the next bit?!?!?! DUH, how about proper testing guys!!!

@Russell46739210 @HSBC_UK Yep, I can't even log in. It tells me I'm using an "incorrect code" when I'm using my fingerprint. I can't use the website to fix it because that requires you to use the app to log on. Their advise seems to be to arrange to have a physical key delivered which is laughable
