  @HSBC_UK Business ~ but I just called business and got thru to personal somehow, who then transferred me to business but cut me off. Your phone service used to A1, not any more 😢

  @HSBC_UK To get permission to transfer house purchase monies to my solicitor. Tried Colchester, Ipswich and Chelmsford. I live in Harwich so Colchester would be good. Travelling difficult with #MH issues.

  The hsbc worker here in the Colchester branch is an absolute gentleman and he also is wildly frustrated, unbelievable that he can’t help me without outside help due to @HSBC_UK & how they operate

  @HSBC_UK 2hrs of phones calls, 1 of which waiting to speak to someone. 20 mins of online chat. And still, no one is able to explain why my business debit card is blocked or has unblocked it. Why should anyone have a business account with you with such shoddy service?

  @HSBC_UK hi are HSBC lending without EWS1 where remediation plan is agreed by developer? Gov website says you are…. My broker says you’re not following through with this….🙄

  @HSBC_UK, do all your customer service staff tell fibs? Spoke to them on 30.3 and told I'd receive a call back in 5 working days. Today is working day 7, and obviously, no call has happened.

  @HSBC_UK stole my money. Thank you for your patience, upon checking on your account, I can see the indemnity claim has been initiated. However, the will contact you regarding the request with in 5 working days. Due to bank holiday from 7th April, you have not receive the call,

  @HSBC_UK Been a customer over 50 years got scammed byca rouge trader police I evolved Trading standards gitca crime number Phoned my bank up to stop one of the payments They said no and told me why didn't research the trader Not happy very poor service

  @HSBC_UK I've just spent the most frustrating and degrading 90 minutes trying to help reset my 91 year old father's telephone banking security number. You should be ashamed to treat a customer who has banked with Midland / HSBC for 50 years in such a manner.

  @Rantsofus1 @HSBC_UK @PostOffice I tried Nationwide and they offered to swap or deposit into an account for me, just a bit confused as to why HSBC or the Post Office couldn’t also provide this service?

  @HSBC_UK error message trying to get global account before I travelled, now loads of fees. Still won’t let me sign up. Why advertise it, when application won’t work?!
