Been trying to make an in person branch appointment online for last 24 hours @HSBC_UK. Nothing available at all for any day. Online help just tells me to do what I've been doing. #PTSD now kicking in.

@HSBC_UK To get permission to transfer house purchase monies to my solicitor. Tried Colchester, Ipswich and Chelmsford. I live in Harwich so Colchester would be good. Travelling difficult with #MH issues.

@HSBC_UK the branch looks great I’ll give you that . But when staff are so incompetent I can’t open an account for a nine year old AND come away with my wife feeling insulted . Maybe spend less on the coffee machine and invest in some staff training. Bloody awful service.

@NormanBrennan to be fair , @HSBC_UK stopped my card from working on a sunday night last shop open , and i get on the phone to india to sort it out waste of time told to go in branch all because a £2 drink from asda was suspected fraud what a waste of energy that was
