    @HSBC_UK To get permission to transfer house purchase monies to my solicitor. Tried Colchester, Ipswich and Chelmsford. I live in Harwich so Colchester would be good. Travelling difficult with #MH issues.

    Been trying to make an in person branch appointment online for last 24 hours @HSBC_UK. Nothing available at all for any day. Online help just tells me to do what I've been doing. #PTSD now kicking in.

    @HSBC_UK any progress fixing the fraud on my account was promised it would be fast tracked . Several days without update doesn't seem very fast or that it's being dealt with urgently. Seriously bad customer care

    @HSBC_UK In my scenario you are controlling my finances. Non fault fraud on my card, now without new card for up to 6 working days + I’m on hold for the 3rd time after you transfer me to wrong dept or cut me off, or through to call centre with little English! New year>new bank!

    3 months after stopping my payment to #1c4Cuba @firstdirect @HSBC_UK have processed the transaction today. Further evidence for the @financialombuds that the initial block was wrong and against my rights. 🇨🇺✊

    @HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

    @ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK First Direct seem to get consistently good feedback (see @MartinSLewis website). I've been thinking of switching to them as well. And they pay about £150 if you do. Good luck!
