Been trying to make an in person branch appointment online for last 24 hours @HSBC_UK. Nothing available at all for any day. Online help just tells me to do what I've been doing. #PTSD now kicking in.

@HSBC_UK To get permission to transfer house purchase monies to my solicitor. Tried Colchester, Ipswich and Chelmsford. I live in Harwich so Colchester would be good. Travelling difficult with #MH issues.

In the ongoing saga of @HSBC_UK authentication… They've just sent me a "secure email", the first of reading it is to… setup a new password. I now have 10, yes ten, different "secrets" that are required at different points to access HSBC banking.

@HSBC_UK safeguarding. I failed to complete interrogation on time. Account Frozen to debits but credits still accepted and to be closed. Since 19th November I've had no access to MY money to pay VAT, Rent, Wages, Suppliers, Accountancy fees, Web hosting, Insurers, drawings. . .
