    @HSBC_UK To get permission to transfer house purchase monies to my solicitor. Tried Colchester, Ipswich and Chelmsford. I live in Harwich so Colchester would be good. Travelling difficult with #MH issues.

    Been trying to make an in person branch appointment online for last 24 hours @HSBC_UK. Nothing available at all for any day. Online help just tells me to do what I've been doing. #PTSD now kicking in.

    @HSBC_UK It’s actually mad how slow this has been and your system is kinda broken cos you can’t bank on a browser without a code generated within the app. Massive amounts of improvements need to be made here. Useless

    @_willhand @HSBC_UK I was frustrated contacting support for all the time till I was referred by a friend to Multitask_support on Instagram they did an excellent job retrieve my stranded account.

    @_willhand @HSBC_UK My account wasn’t locked, Support was not doing anything over 30+ days since first reported.All access denied I couldn’t access it, I was so confused not until someone referred me to Multitask_support on Instagram who help me to reactivate it so of course they can help

    @eddieclarke96 @HSBC_UK @bat1150gs Was told last week there would be a fix this week. It had been working fine up until you updated the app last week. The final release of iOS 15 could be next week. You need to update the app this week please!!

    @JamesFlanderss @HSBC_UK @MoneySavingExp Finally some acknowledgement of their failed processes! We went with NatWest and are up and running. Our experience with HSBC has definitely put me off ever banking with them again. Just the stress of trying to get a sensible resolution through their "support" was enough for me!
