@HSBC_UK To get permission to transfer house purchase monies to my solicitor. Tried Colchester, Ipswich and Chelmsford. I live in Harwich so Colchester would be good. Travelling difficult with #MH issues.

Been trying to make an in person branch appointment online for last 24 hours @HSBC_UK. Nothing available at all for any day. Online help just tells me to do what I've been doing. #PTSD now kicking in.

@LayahHeilpern The bad part is @HSBC_UK I had no issues with card payments or bank transfers to @FTX_Official All other exchanges I had issues. Luckily I only bought and then withdrew.

@MartinSLewis I’m trying to switch bank accounts using the switch scheme. I’ve chosen @HSBC_UK due to the £200 switch promise…it’s been more than 2 weeks and no idea what’s going on?-anyone else having problems?i have a card and pin- no access and no telephone banking no??

seems impossible to get through to @HSBC_UK hold times are in excess of one hour and if you do get through they put you on another indefinite hold or simply hang up

@ashortsentence1 @HSBC_UK I’m disgusted at their actions Karl. People with MH issues or established MI need advocacy within the banking sector not unilaterally shutting people down. @HSBC_UK you need to urgently review your customer services in light of this.
