@HSBC_UK having issues with Amazon payments 3 times in a month. Messaged customer service, 6 hours until you replied. Amazon tries to charge again, you decline again. Not even debit card is going through. Had to use another credit card. Means, cancelling with HSBC. What a joke!

@HSBC_UK I’m abroad, locked out of my banking app so can’t use that. Can’t log on to online backing because I can’t generate a code from my app. Can’t access my money, how am I ment to explain this at a business meeting Thursday?
