    @HSBC_UK To get permission to transfer house purchase monies to my solicitor. Tried Colchester, Ipswich and Chelmsford. I live in Harwich so Colchester would be good. Travelling difficult with #MH issues.

    Been trying to make an in person branch appointment online for last 24 hours @HSBC_UK. Nothing available at all for any day. Online help just tells me to do what I've been doing. #PTSD now kicking in.

    @HSBC_UK your not thinking of your customers when you close down your town banks. Its a disgrace. Personel service is the way forward. @Lloydbanks wouldnt do this.

    @HSBC_UK my parents have spent three hours in queues this week in relation to a section75 claim. Nobody has answers the phone yet they had a survey today to ask them how they dealt with their query!! Please can you help sort a call back for them.

    @HSBC @HSBC_UK is just lovely. Can't log in online so called - no one available and through a zigzag of automated messages they hang up. Tried the online chat, it's a bot who offers no resolution. To speak to a person I must log in. Which I can't. Excellent customer service 🤬

    @chessterminated @BorisJohnson @HSBC_UK Why not the surveyors/valuers, after all they confirmed the properties were suitable securities. What about those without mortgages, should the lenders pay for them. This is 💯 down to the builders and planners

    @HSBC_UK your app/ online servicing is rubbish for trying to update your direct debit amount for credit card. Should be far simpler to change and would therefore help customers to pay more than their minimum payment

    Just tried to buy the dip for the first time in months, only to find out @HSBC_UK have banned me from spending my own money on crypto.. I guess I missed that announcement. Who ******** do they think they are, I’ll be moving banks this week I guess. Just shows how scared they are!

    @HSBC_UK Im so fed up with your wait times and lack of help when someone does eventually pick up.Ive been on hold for a combined total of 51 minutes, transferred 3 times and been offered yet another number to call! How are all other banks managing and you're not!
