  @HSBC_UK To get permission to transfer house purchase monies to my solicitor. Tried Colchester, Ipswich and Chelmsford. I live in Harwich so Colchester would be good. Travelling difficult with #MH issues.

  @HSBC_UK HSBC asking me to click links sent to me by email is exactly why we are in this mess. I dont click links sent to me by email. If this is the official twitter account, why cant you afford to pay for a check mark?   @HSBC @HSBC_UK Applied for couple of positions through careers section on website. Got mail after 2 long months stating application declined that too without providing any reason. Can we call it unprofessionalism of highest standards ? #hsbc #Careers

  @HSBC_IN @HSBC @HSBC_UK Absolutely ridiculous service from HSBC. Despite informing well in advance, I’m told: “Due to unavailability, we will not be able to service.” What’s the point of paying for a premium travel card if promised benefits fail ? Pathetic customer experience.

  @HSBC_UK My question was how to log in without a qr code. How can I scan a qr code when using the device with the scanner to try and log on to the website. For clarity I only have one device.

  @HSBC_UK I am a long term customer that will be switching. Your customer service has gone off a cliff. Website, phone service and branch service are all inconsistent in multiple areas. Simply can't get some things done. Number of branches is awful. Can't get appt in branch.

  @simonhall1974 @HSBC_UK I had the same issue. A tweet remains unanswered and the promised call back within 5 working days is now 7 days and counting.
