Been trying to make an in person branch appointment online for last 24 hours @HSBC_UK. Nothing available at all for any day. Online help just tells me to do what I've been doing. #PTSD now kicking in.

@HSBC_UK please allow your app to support the iOS16 Public Beta… you did it last year. But this year anyone that’s installed the beta is locked out. Even from logging in elsewhere because we can’t generate a code in the app! 🙃

@HSBC_UK It was eventually resolved by sitting for two hours while one of your staff rectified the matter. My complaint remains open after offering a measly sum for compensation for your terrible service. I am approaching the FCA.Have you heard the saying 'two many cooks spoil the broth'?
