    Been trying to make an in person branch appointment online for last 24 hours @HSBC_UK. Nothing available at all for any day. Online help just tells me to do what I've been doing. #PTSD now kicking in.

    @HSBC_UK To get permission to transfer house purchase monies to my solicitor. Tried Colchester, Ipswich and Chelmsford. I live in Harwich so Colchester would be good. Travelling difficult with #MH issues.

    @HSBC_UK 3weeks to reissue a cancelled credit card, in interim u cancel my DD to pay credit card without telling me. Whacked me with overdue payment charge as a result, advised credit agencies &tell me it will take 8 weeks to get YOUR error reversed. Lucky im a premium customer!

    @HSBC_UK I sent a money transfer and not showing left then 1.5hr later tried again - then saw on the news the account money transfer to was nationwide and they are down- so will ask the transferee to return the 2nd lot

    So over £2Grand has been debited including a DD not paid to Premium Finance Ltd for a Month's Insurance Premium which I have had to pay by credit card, I am locked out yet @HSBC_UK have the cheek to charge me for a Month's Account Service fee as an additional two fingered salute.

    @HSBC_UK My security details for the app are all locked however I’m trying to follow all the suggestions but I’m locked out straight after I try to type my username. I need help with this asap. I’ve tried everything.

    I did, and they dealt with the issue straight away. 👏👏👏 Bad management: @HSBC_UK. Today I tweeted about a situation in which the bank has effectively seized control of the monetary assets of a small business *for no good or given reason*. Result: the customary silence.
