    @HSBC_UK To get permission to transfer house purchase monies to my solicitor. Tried Colchester, Ipswich and Chelmsford. I live in Harwich so Colchester would be good. Travelling difficult with #MH issues.

    @ComplainingCow Banks, such as @HSBC_UK purport to have a special department to deal with vulnerable customers but if you ask to speak with the department HSBC will not connect you or provide a telephone number or email. Appears to be a deliberate pretence to support without any actual help.

    @HSBC_UK this is the final time I will give you my time in trying open an account with you. I cannot believe how impossible it is to move my account to your bank. If I don’t get anywhere today I will be joining first direct.

    @HSBC_UK is there actually any one to answer the phone in customer services? On hold for 30 minutes so far and counting. Maby less profits and more staff is the way forward

    @HSBC_UK I have never known any Bank that does you a favour. They charge you huge fees when borrowing and low a.p.r when saving. To get a smarmy email saying they they care and want to help is like a pig going to the butcher for help with their trotters. Also I ain't Black

    @HSBC_UK I have applied for a current account switch over 1 month ago. Completed id and since then radio silence. Impossible to contact anyone. What is going on?

    @HSBC_UK Message sent at 13:46, 13 December 2022. Since this on the surface appears to be a consumer platform problem, I'll expect this isn't the first time you've heard of it. I am unwilling to entertain a slow solution as a result. @financialombuds Have a nice day.
