@HSBC_UK To get permission to transfer house purchase monies to my solicitor. Tried Colchester, Ipswich and Chelmsford. I live in Harwich so Colchester would be good. Travelling difficult with #MH issues.

Been trying to make an in person branch appointment online for last 24 hours @HSBC_UK. Nothing available at all for any day. Online help just tells me to do what I've been doing. #PTSD now kicking in.

@HSBC_UK it has just taken me 30 minutes to get an international transaction to work because your website was blocking me at every possible turn. Firstly your address form doesn't accept characters such as "ö" used in Swedish. Next your form has poor input validation (1/?)

@HSBC_UK The problem is. 15 years ago I had to go to my mobile provider and get my number changed. At the time I’d been made redundant was mentally unwell, I’d also had a history of receiving abusive phone calls. All of which you knew about. Yet when I called to say I needed 1/2
