@HSBC_UK To get permission to transfer house purchase monies to my solicitor. Tried Colchester, Ipswich and Chelmsford. I live in Harwich so Colchester would be good. Travelling difficult with #MH issues.

@robinrimbaud @HSBC_UK @HSBC I escalated my complaint to the Financial Services Ombudsman after getting nowhere with my bank. It was amazing how quickly someone at the bank was assigned specifically to look into the issue and when resolved offered compensation.

@HSBC_UK That's an odd and completely unecessary request....I don't see why I should accept your privacy notice (again), just so that you can communicate with an existing customer and service my account..!!! If you don't want to talk to me, I'll simply start looking for a bank that does.

@drchrisdooks @HSBC_UK @HSBC I have now telephoned HSBC over 55 times. I've spent 2 hours in a branch and resolved some issues, but still no response from the fraud team. Nothing, just a word.
