    @HSBC_UK To get permission to transfer house purchase monies to my solicitor. Tried Colchester, Ipswich and Chelmsford. I live in Harwich so Colchester would be good. Travelling difficult with #MH issues.

    Been trying to make an in person branch appointment online for last 24 hours @HSBC_UK. Nothing available at all for any day. Online help just tells me to do what I've been doing. #PTSD now kicking in.

    @HSBC @HSBC_UK tried to cancel a credit card over the phone yesterday for an account I haven't used in well over 3 years - Credit Card team wouldn't even speak to me as I didn't have my expiry date or credit limit - shocking service and now stuck with a CC on my file I don't want

    @HSBC_UK I’ve checked the App Store tonight and nothing of an update. Have read the other complaints from your customers. Some haven’t had access since September. This is not what I expect from you. Been a customer for 49 years!!

    I'm not a massive fan of how the big banks deal with the general public but @HSBC_UK take the biscuit! Appalling customer service over months of trying to resolve an issue with our charity community account. Numerous waits on the phone, unhelpful staff and utterly stupid policies

    @HSBC_UK @HSBC Trying to get help for business account online as it's failed and I can't make Christmas bonus payments. Phone system says 20min wait likely, I waited over 90min at a cost of over £45 no answer, no call back system. If callers are waiting 90min you need to say.

    @HSBC_UK That isn’t what I asked; if someone without a fixed address doesn’t have internet access or access to a phone could they present at one of your branches and be assisted in making contact with one of your charity partners?

    @HSBC_UK Hi, I got a text message you have agreed an unarranged overdraft to cover payments. I don't know what this means? I pay my credit card on time and have money in my account to cover my payments. Could you please be clear and help me on these? Thanks.
