@HSBC_UK To get permission to transfer house purchase monies to my solicitor. Tried Colchester, Ipswich and Chelmsford. I live in Harwich so Colchester would be good. Travelling difficult with #MH issues.

Been trying to make an in person branch appointment online for last 24 hours @HSBC_UK. Nothing available at all for any day. Online help just tells me to do what I've been doing. #PTSD now kicking in.

Fed up with my own company tonight so walked up to the Phoenix for a pint. Went down so well I thought I may stay for another. @HSBC_UK deemed this suspicious activity. Back in the house. If it wasn't bad enough being the only person on my own , I can't even have a quiet drink
