Been trying to make an in person branch appointment online for last 24 hours @HSBC_UK. Nothing available at all for any day. Online help just tells me to do what I've been doing. #PTSD now kicking in.

@HSBC_UK To get permission to transfer house purchase monies to my solicitor. Tried Colchester, Ipswich and Chelmsford. I live in Harwich so Colchester would be good. Travelling difficult with #MH issues.

@HSBC_UK Been trying to open a new joint account with my wife for over a year now without any success. We are both existing customers. Each time, phone or branch tells us something different. looking at closing all accounts due to this extremely poor service.

@HSBC_UK No authorised a payment of my money to another organisation using your app and my fingerprint as you do suggest using biometrics on your website. For the sin or trying to move my money with your security to another company you have suspended my accounts and denied me access

@HSBC @HSBC_UK Long shot, but Marie on the customer support team is an absolute credit to HSBC. My account via app was blocked due to an app upgrade, she was calm, professional and friendly in guiding me what to do on the phone. Thanks again Marie 🙌 #happycustomer
