@HSBC_UK To get permission to transfer house purchase monies to my solicitor. Tried Colchester, Ipswich and Chelmsford. I live in Harwich so Colchester would be good. Travelling difficult with #MH issues.

The hsbc worker here in the Colchester branch is an absolute gentleman and he also is wildly frustrated, unbelievable that he can’t help me without outside help due to @HSBC_UK & how they operate

Been trying to make an in person branch appointment online for last 24 hours @HSBC_UK. Nothing available at all for any day. Online help just tells me to do what I've been doing. #PTSD now kicking in.

@HSBC_UK I have called 03457404404, 4 times today, the line is picked up but no one answers. I have spoken to a person in chat and they have been unhelpful. I need to cancel a pending payment. No one is helping me, this has been an issue for 3 weeks.

Does anybody else have issues with technical difficulties using HSBC and the quality of their staff when you are trying to resolve these issues? The level of English is poor and they talk like robots with no feeling. I am an ex IT professional at HSBC. @HSBC_UK

Imagine being a bank that in your infinite wisdom decide to log out your customers randomly. Then your customer gets asked for a pin and if they mess up one input then they get most of their access locked. Well done @HSBC_UK, still not understanding how only @monzo got it lmao

So tired to complain to @HSBC_UK today about their appalling service. Turns out you can't email them I can complain online, but then they have suspended my online account. I could call their unintelligible customer service phone line, but life's too short! #crapcustomerservice
