@HSBC_UK To get permission to transfer house purchase monies to my solicitor. Tried Colchester, Ipswich and Chelmsford. I live in Harwich so Colchester would be good. Travelling difficult with #MH issues.

Been trying to make an in person branch appointment online for last 24 hours @HSBC_UK. Nothing available at all for any day. Online help just tells me to do what I've been doing. #PTSD now kicking in.

@Wazzoshi @HSBC_UK They do seem to be easier on old accounts. I've never had problems trading crypto through HSBC until very recently even though they were listed as crypto unfriendly for years. Looks like from what @0xMisterWolf said all banks are cracking down on harder on crypto now even Monzo.

@HSBC_UK My mobile banking app just spontaneously reset, leaving me unable to access my account remotely, and the call centre staff - who didn't speak English well at all - locked my account despite my getting the answers wrong. How can I check someone isn't into my account?

Walked the length of Oxford Street, without success, to find an @HSBC_UK branch which would accept my cash. I'm a @firstdirect customer but my debit card is incompatible with @HSBC_UK auto paying in terminals.

@HSBC_UK Yesterday, I called up to ask if I can raise a complaint for the poor service/response. I was told I definitely can and was forwarded again to an endless hold music. So, where does that leave a customer? Has the service level really dropped so low or is it across board?

@HSBC_UK So you have blocked our account with no access to money and no real update as to why. Complete lack of empathy, proactivity and ZERO warning! I have never known such poor and disgraceful customer service. Even after all evidence has been submitted as requested!
