@HSBC_UK To get permission to transfer house purchase monies to my solicitor. Tried Colchester, Ipswich and Chelmsford. I live in Harwich so Colchester would be good. Travelling difficult with #MH issues.

Been trying to make an in person branch appointment online for last 24 hours @HSBC_UK. Nothing available at all for any day. Online help just tells me to do what I've been doing. #PTSD now kicking in.

Hey @HSBC_UK what’s happened to your customer service. Tried to call Wednesday PM no reply after 35 minute wait. Tries to call today AM no only after 25 minute wait (despite a message saying calls will be answered after 7 minutes). And i can’t resolve the problem online.

@HSBC_UK You need to employ more people to meet your customer’s needs! It’s pretty simple really. If you put profits before customer service, customers are going to be unhappy. I’ve lodged a formal complaint, but your bank’s ‘service’ continues to decline.

@HSBC_UK I just want straight forward banking, requested a payment to be made today and it wasn't. Now listening to a tirade of marketing segments while waiting on your appalling phone service. Was asked to reply to a message and they tell me that is just to log it. No offer of help. !

@HSBC_UK @bev_baynham We are having the same problems. In 10 years of banking with @HSBC_UK we’ve never had this problem. They are sending out a stock response, saying it is a delay and not an error. Volume of payments always high on last day of month, so why is it a problem now?

@HSBC_UK I made staff salary payments yesterday from Business banking A/C set to be paid on the 30th. They’ve not been credited to staff bank accounts. Is there an issue? Surely they should of been paid by now?
