CS (@johnpreston2202) reported@HSBC_UK 30 minutes and still waiting and no reply from your customer care number...ridicoulous service #hsbc - all this to just order a debit card
-
Cyw (@Bachcyw) reported@BernieSpofforth A few years ago, @HSBC_UK installed chip and pin terminals at its counters, to allow staff to access customer accounts and dispense cash without I.D. or a cheque/withdrawal slip. But they have *never worked* and clearly never will now! The Sinister Agenda becomes ever clearer...

Alexa Wilson (@AlexaDWilson) reportedHaving closed our local branch @HSBC_UK now has plans to close all the others in our area including Cirencester, Chippenham and Stroud. Such disregard for customers who have no access to the internet is appalling - but not surprising.
-
Wilameana (@maverickladys) reported from Barrow-in-Furness District, England@HSBC_UK @emmaballltd I can never get it to work & end up taking it into the branch! If you are closing so many branches the saving should be spent on improving your service, ie online & waiting time for phones
-
CAPTAIN_B53 (@avtsuk) reported@HSBC_UK 33 minutes on hold to then be connected to someone who doesnt speak english! and after repeating my name nearly TEN F-ing times! they drop the call. fantastic service #crapservice
-
Nikhil Woodruff (@nikhil_woodruff) reported@agw1437 @bouldie @HSBC_UK It shouldn’t be the responsibility of private companies to handle this though. Government should give people with difficulties more money to access the extra help they need, just like any other disability

DubLdubya (@hugospops) reported7 working days now @HSBC_UK !

simon read (@simonnread) reported@RedCircleFP @HSBC_UK HSBC made profits of £2bn in the last quarter. It could easily afford to continue to provide the service it has offered for years, but has chosen not to.
-
simon read (@simonnread) reported@RedCircleFP @HSBC_UK I don't believe for a second that any branch that HSBC is closing only has only one customer a day. It's abandoning loyal customers just to protect tens of billions of pounds of profits. I don't respect the business mantra that profits come first. It stinks.

Conrad Black (@ConradB81089949) reportedAppalled to hear that @HSBC_UK are closing more branches including the two nearest to me. Been a customer since 1983 and although the online banking is excellent I do sometimes need to go to a branch. 25 mile and 45 minute round trip in thefuture 🤬
