Been trying to make an in person branch appointment online for last 24 hours @HSBC_UK. Nothing available at all for any day. Online help just tells me to do what I've been doing. #PTSD now kicking in.

@HSBC_UK To get permission to transfer house purchase monies to my solicitor. Tried Colchester, Ipswich and Chelmsford. I live in Harwich so Colchester would be good. Travelling difficult with #MH issues.

@HSBC_UK awful customer service at your Pinner Branch. So bad that I decided my daughter would be better to have her first account with @AskNationwide @nationwide whose customer service was on another level. #nationwide #CustomerService

@HSBC_UK I love these positive messages on your tweet! You support homeless. Are they going to face your useless customer service just like we do? It is impossible to resolve issues having a phone, how will they do without? Yet another cheap publicity shot!

@HSBC_UK hey, I have been hanging to sort out a problem created by the bank, spoken to two people in two hours and now cut off. Shocking service and hiding behind the pandemic which is untrue as the service was bad before. Can someone help?

@HSBC_UK Jay gave me the direct number in case they didn't call me back. I left it for three days in case they were busy, so rang last Monday. That's when the apparent technical issue occurred. I then rang your complaints department who told me I'd hear from HSBC by Monday (yesterday).

@HSBC_UK @Stonewallhousin Imagine actually focusing on 24% of only young homeless people (so much lower in reality) just to meet your diversity quota instead of actually trying to help

@HSBC_UK @Shelter Let’s hope you don’t have the problems I’ve had with my account that you can’t seem to sort out in the last 2 MONTHS!
