Been trying to make an in person branch appointment online for last 24 hours @HSBC_UK. Nothing available at all for any day. Online help just tells me to do what I've been doing. #PTSD now kicking in.

@HSBC_UK To get permission to transfer house purchase monies to my solicitor. Tried Colchester, Ipswich and Chelmsford. I live in Harwich so Colchester would be good. Travelling difficult with #MH issues.

@HSBC_UK The profanity wasn’t directed at HSBC but was used to describe the attitude of HSBC towards 1% of their customers who can’t access their accounts for 3 months a year. NatWest, Halifax and Monzo have no problem functioning during the summer so I will bank with them and not you 🫡

@HSBC_UK I don't seem to be able to make payments via your app, the app is telling that the feature is unavailable. The error message is 503. I've tried numerous times on different days. Could you let me know when this will be fixed please?

Eventually got through, but @HSBC_UK you appear to have connectivity issues. The line is awful on your side - the hold music and announcements are clear as a bell the moment you get through to someone it breaks up, making the call longer. at £1.20 a minute, that's not fun

@HSBC_UK How about helping all your customers?Had my card declined bcos one item of mail was returned for no gd reason.I’m a loyal customer who has had mail delivered ok for 20 yrs.Imagine if I had been a female alone at night trying to get home with her card declined? Review yr process!
