@HSBC_UK To get permission to transfer house purchase monies to my solicitor. Tried Colchester, Ipswich and Chelmsford. I live in Harwich so Colchester would be good. Travelling difficult with #MH issues.

@HSBC_UK Mine was working fine until yesterday. I updated my phone to Android 11 and now when I click on the HSBC app, a white screen comes up and the app crashes. That was the only way I could get a code for online banking. I'm not phoning and getting more stress, waiting for a fix.

Well switched to @HSBC_UK in 3rd April (our 50th wedding anniversary) my husband has no access whatsoever as his security number still not arrived. Customer services lied on several occasions, it's now 27th.... Avoid @HSBC_UK it's a nightmare. #Banking

@HSBC_UK @UdokaEbenezer @HSBC_UK Why haven't you refunded me the fraudulent payment that you told me not to worry about and let it transfer as you have signed a protection agreement for your customers? But then, you don't refund? Why are customer service lying? Why can't you protect your customers?
