@HSBC_UK To get permission to transfer house purchase monies to my solicitor. Tried Colchester, Ipswich and Chelmsford. I live in Harwich so Colchester would be good. Travelling difficult with #MH issues.

Been trying to make an in person branch appointment online for last 24 hours @HSBC_UK. Nothing available at all for any day. Online help just tells me to do what I've been doing. #PTSD now kicking in.

@HSBC_UK can anyone give us an ETA for the Google Pixel 6 fix? Days? Weeks? Months? It's not good enough to just be told it's being worked on. It seems silly to switch bank over something so trivial but switching bank is actually easier than getting the alternative token.

@HSBC_UK HSBC is very happy with modifications done on the new debit card. One of them is a curve at opposite side of the chip. I wonder instead of curve goes into the card it would have been logical if it goes out of the card so the customer can push in and out much easier.

@HSBC_UK @EmiratesSupport Heathrow Emirates lounge t 3 declined lounge key one of hsbc premier customer benefit. Wish there were better communication when withdrawing such benefits needed at this time when we have to in airport 4 hours early. #poorcustomerservice

@yogs_arora @HSBC_UK 3 weeks without any solution. I had no access until I picked up a physical key pad today at the branch. This deactivates any mobile app, which will then need to be reactivated once/if the app is fixed. Very frustrating and poor use of time @HSBC_UK plz fix

Dear @HSBC_UK your android app biometric login seems to be broken, I keep re-enabling it but everytine I log in it's switched off again, likely to do with enabling doesn't ask you to confirm a fingerprint.
