    @HSBC_UK To get permission to transfer house purchase monies to my solicitor. Tried Colchester, Ipswich and Chelmsford. I live in Harwich so Colchester would be good. Travelling difficult with #MH issues.

    The hsbc worker here in the Colchester branch is an absolute gentleman and he also is wildly frustrated, unbelievable that he can’t help me without outside help due to @HSBC_UK & how they operate

    Been trying to make an in person branch appointment online for last 24 hours @HSBC_UK. Nothing available at all for any day. Online help just tells me to do what I've been doing. #PTSD now kicking in.

    @HSBC_UK Business ~ but I just called business and got thru to personal somehow, who then transferred me to business but cut me off. Your phone service used to A1, not any more 😢

    @HSBC_UK I've just bought the new Google 6 Pro and it doesn't support your HSBC UK app. What can I do? I need to access mobile banking and I can't use my laptop as I can't generate the code to get in either (of course)?

    @CKablooie @HSBC_UK Indeed. They are crap. Last three times I have rung Business customer services I have been waiting for 1.5 hrs each time. You'd think they could afford a few more staff with the $5.4 billion 2021 Q3 pre-tax profits.

    @Thin_As_Lizzy @HSBC_UK Having to compete on an unequal basis due to the management being mostly white. That’s why it is allowed under the equalities act. People like you who think there’s not a problem, ARE the problem. You’ve failed to acknowledge when your views are incorrect when shown credible data

    @HSBC_UK Thanks, I have just done this. I’m also waiting in queue to speak with Safeguard as we speak - it’s been 15 mins so far…… and I have a meeting in 10 mins so will have to cancel the call shortly, @HSBC_UK drastically needs to improve its customer support.

    @HSBC_UK over 25 years a customer and cant even access the new app as it crashes on launch yet your app tech team still have not updated the app as hundreds if not thousands customers cant access their accounts! 7 days waiting for a secure key and nothing
