@HSBC_UK To get permission to transfer house purchase monies to my solicitor. Tried Colchester, Ipswich and Chelmsford. I live in Harwich so Colchester would be good. Travelling difficult with #MH issues.

Been trying to make an in person branch appointment online for last 24 hours @HSBC_UK. Nothing available at all for any day. Online help just tells me to do what I've been doing. #PTSD now kicking in.

@HSBC_UK folks, I am being charged on an account that has been dormant for several years. I have written and tried to close 4 times and you continue to charge me fees. I have paid twice in order to close but I will not anymore. Can someone please respond to this annoying issue.

@HSBC_UK It would be good if your branches were open to have a quiet hour. Twice this week I have driven more than 8 miles only to find each 'temporarily closed' despite being listed as open on the branch locator website.
