@HSBC_UK To get permission to transfer house purchase monies to my solicitor. Tried Colchester, Ipswich and Chelmsford. I live in Harwich so Colchester would be good. Travelling difficult with #MH issues.

Been trying to make an in person branch appointment online for last 24 hours @HSBC_UK. Nothing available at all for any day. Online help just tells me to do what I've been doing. #PTSD now kicking in.

@HSBC_UK No I’ll be leaving @HSBC_UK @HSBC after having banked since the 1990s. I’ve been asked to call back but I can’t get through for hours. When I do the Indian call centre drops my call or they say they can’t help. I’m done with your online help as well. Totally useless

@1707_unsubsribe For now everything went smoothly for her and all the plagues fall on me: my van broke down earlier, my car is in the garage for almost two weeks now, @HSBC_UK blocked my card in the most crucial moment and now I am sick :-)

@HSBC_UK after being assured twice that a bank transfer had been made by two HSBC call staff it appears that my account was frozen and payment reversed 3hrs later with no contact. Unacceptable service delivery.

The @HSBC_UK banking app crashed on startup with “server error” — so had to delete and reinstall and then re-auth with security device and all fine
