  @HSBC_UK That’s what I called yesterday. As I’m not a HSBC customer and it wasn’t my card I cannot get past the automated security.

  @HSBC_UK I have visited the HSBC bank branch at st Ann’s square, market street Manchester. Customer representative named zainab, is not able to tell answer why bank is not opening despite I uploaded all documents and visited branch in person since month of December She is rude

  I've been a @HSBC @HSBC_UK customer since I got my first Bank Account at 16... If they aren't willing to move with the times and see the value in Cryptocurrencies I will willingly move to a different bank. 👀

  @HSBC_UK interested to know whether anyone at HSBC uk has asked for feedback from older customers on your telephony service. I have used it this week as an attorney for my 94 year old mother and can now understand why she has constantly complained about it.
