@HSBC_UK To get permission to transfer house purchase monies to my solicitor. Tried Colchester, Ipswich and Chelmsford. I live in Harwich so Colchester would be good. Travelling difficult with #MH issues.

@HSBC_UK I don’t believe its gonna chance. 2 years ago same mistake, 6 months ago again… today I spoke with 9 different agents just for getting a replacement card lol. I ll close my account at the end of this year. And will report issues until I do so

@HSBC_UK Me to HSBC yes I authorised that payment into my wife's account. HSBC did anyone coerce you into making this payment. How rude, I know my wife can be forceful but realy HSBC? Does anyone review your scripts from a customer viewpoint, I hope not if this is the result.

The hsbc worker here in the Colchester branch is an absolute gentleman and he also is wildly frustrated, unbelievable that he can’t help me without outside help due to @HSBC_UK & how they operate

@HSBC_UK Hi, please can I my new bank card be like my old one with numbers on the front not small on back. New one, like my Mum's new one, does not have working contactless function. Got the icon but doesn't work & in a pandemic I don't want to press buttons on card machine.Tar👍

@HSBC_UK literally every single time I head into town to deposit money the machines are always out of order and we no longer have counter service at my branch. How are we suppose to make deposits? I can’t do it though my local post office either.
