@HSBC_UK To get permission to transfer house purchase monies to my solicitor. Tried Colchester, Ipswich and Chelmsford. I live in Harwich so Colchester would be good. Travelling difficult with #MH issues.

Been trying to make an in person branch appointment online for last 24 hours @HSBC_UK. Nothing available at all for any day. Online help just tells me to do what I've been doing. #PTSD now kicking in.

Trying to open a bank account for Ukrainian refugee. Told that our local branch can’t upload information so go to next town. Website says book appointment. 20 minute phone call to @HSBC_UK and apparently no appointment available so just walk in. Very helpful.

@HSBC_UK I have a joint a/c with u and want to make my savings joint but we hv been told 2 go 2 a branch with identification to do so? @Yorkshire_BS allow me to open a joint a/c on line?? It’s easier to move my account than stay with you! Shocking service is now the norm from u!
