Been trying to make an in person branch appointment online for last 24 hours @HSBC_UK. Nothing available at all for any day. Online help just tells me to do what I've been doing. #PTSD now kicking in.

@HSBC_UK To get permission to transfer house purchase monies to my solicitor. Tried Colchester, Ipswich and Chelmsford. I live in Harwich so Colchester would be good. Travelling difficult with #MH issues.

@HSBC_UK No it's a residential property. It doesn't have to be over Twitter but I can't find any other contact details and as I'm not a customer yet I can't use the webchat. Emailing Integrar is absolutely pointless.

@HSBC_UK the new app is really slow to respond to a button press. Old app was fine.

@HSBC_UK @WhichUK The worst service bank I have experienced. Am waiting in Spain with a competitor in the Vendee Global whose boat I am purchasing. HSBC can't get the payment to HK can't tell me where the money is. Keep telling us to wait.

@HSBC_UK so your call volumes are high and recommend going online, but your online chat function isn’t working, ‘system error’ showing… so how does one communicate with you?

@HSBC_UK Still unable to create new international payee and make a transfer. Why and how long will the service be unavailable? Why not put a note on your website? It’s been 3 days now. Your telephone service just keeps on hold. 👎🏻

Half an hour on hold for the chat service at @HSBC_UK wanting to dispute an unknown transaction. By the time out notifications, even their own website has had enough. #HSBC

Every time HSBC 'upgrades' its website, it gets progressively harder to set up a standing order (especially to an existing payee). Why @HSBC_UK???
