Been trying to make an in person branch appointment online for last 24 hours @HSBC_UK. Nothing available at all for any day. Online help just tells me to do what I've been doing. #PTSD now kicking in.

@HSBC_UK To get permission to transfer house purchase monies to my solicitor. Tried Colchester, Ipswich and Chelmsford. I live in Harwich so Colchester would be good. Travelling difficult with #MH issues.

@AP I want to know what tax concessions the government gave @HSBC_UK to sweeten the deal. HSBC UK just took on all of the problems that existed in #SiliconValleyBank UK so the government must have stuck it to the taxpayers somehow. It's in their nature.

@HSBC_UK Hi, ive been through this before with another of your agents I was told I wouldn’t be receiving a telephone banking number as your systems had an error and I joined after a certain time. Instead I’d have to visit a branch, I’m disabled so can’t do that and it’s nearly 1hr away

@HSBC_UK Emergency cover phone line is not working.. nothing on your website I can see saying what the problem is, or when it will be fixed... I am paying for emergency cover, and I can't use it.

@HSBC_UK I need to contact them via HSBC so it goes through my emergency cover, I was just saying they have more information there than you have, which is nothing. When will your emergency line be back up? At the moment I'm paying for a service I can't access.

@HSBC_UK fraudulent card opened under my name cannot get anyone to deal with at HSBC. Keep telling me to go into a branch..i do not hold an acc with you!!! Please help as card is being used
