    Been trying to make an in person branch appointment online for last 24 hours @HSBC_UK. Nothing available at all for any day. Online help just tells me to do what I've been doing. #PTSD now kicking in.

    The hsbc worker here in the Colchester branch is an absolute gentleman and he also is wildly frustrated, unbelievable that he can’t help me without outside help due to @HSBC_UK & how they operate

    @HSBC_UK To get permission to transfer house purchase monies to my solicitor. Tried Colchester, Ipswich and Chelmsford. I live in Harwich so Colchester would be good. Travelling difficult with #MH issues.

    @HSBC_UK Honestly the team at inverness have been absolutely invaluable to me the last few years. You just see numbers and figures they see humans and customers. What about the elderly that can't use a computer or modern phone? Or partially sighted or disabled wtf are they to do ????

    @HSBC_UK @HSBC_UK no I did not. Still on hold. I implore you guys to please stop with the automated bot responses. You are providing a service so why should I have to do the work (scrolls through 27 unrelated FAQs) when I (and you) know what I’m hear for?

    @HSBC_UK twice your customer team assured me someone would call to discuss my premier banking application. No calls. Made the application on aug 24th and just keep getting told to wait. On the 24th I was told this would take up to 10 days. Why is it so hard to open an account??

    Dear @HSBC_UK, I’ve been trying to call your international/overseas hotline number but it keeps giving me “Error”. I’ve tried with different phones but they all give the same “Incorrect No” msg. I’ve been going in circles because your live chat agents are not helpful at all.

    @HSBC_UK currently been on hold for 25 mins. That’s after trying to close an account for 20 mins online. Receive a letter on 15/9 saying all will be automatic. In fact you have just frozen it & now I can’t speak to anyone. We don’t have a branch within 30 mins anymore. Help
