Been trying to make an in person branch appointment online for last 24 hours @HSBC_UK. Nothing available at all for any day. Online help just tells me to do what I've been doing. #PTSD now kicking in.

@HSBC_UK To get permission to transfer house purchase monies to my solicitor. Tried Colchester, Ipswich and Chelmsford. I live in Harwich so Colchester would be good. Travelling difficult with #MH issues.

@HSBC_UK The branch is a two hour round trip, you’ve shut all of my local ones so I can’t just “pop down there” to check. Your customer service chat bot isn’t fit for purpose and your telephone teams were less than useless. I don’t think I’ll be banking with you anymore.

@HSBC_UK I've provided feedback via the app and the internal survey questionnaire, so I hope action is taken. Designing a system this ineffective requires a failure up and down the management chain (i.e. it's not just the devs, QA, or ***!)

@HSBC_UK have you issued an app update that forces users to reset username / password etc? I have successfully done so but slight concern as to why this had to be done when it was all set and working on my phone, and received no notification I'd need to re-enter all details.

@HSBC_UK I tried, but your service is still a labyrinth. Automation after automation, bots after bots. There is definitely no respect for clients. I went to your branch, waited one hour and even though I’m still not able to access my home-banking.

@HSBC_UK HSBC Uk is currently abuse their clients, they just close their accounts , even for over 20 years. They use remotely cheap country’s services handle important customer services, removed local in person services. It creates more risks to answer phone . Do not use hsbc !
