Lam (@Kaishou) reported@HSBC_UK So I wasted money getting to my closest hsbc. It also doesn't help that before this I was told by your live chat that I can go through your online verification which I've done but your customer service has no acknowledgement of such a thing being done.
-
Polly1954 (@Polly004f) reported@HSBC_UK My question was how to log in without a qr code. How can I scan a qr code when using the device with the scanner to try and log on to the website. For clarity I only have one device.
-
Brogan (@Brogan_P) reported@HSBC_UK You have to be the worst bank I've ever used. Despite the amount of money I have invested, the service you provide is dreadful. Now you've suspended mobile banking for no reason. I am done with your substandard insulting service.
-
Joachim (@joachimnicolas) reportedThe only way to do it is to twig that this is the bug, and then enter the date BACKWARDS, starting with the year. @HSBC_UK either fix it or hire me to fix it. I'm not even a JS developer and I could do better than this.
-
Sebastian Tombs (@Sebast1antombs) reportedThe kids working in the last branch of @HSBC_UK in my town must want a redundancy check, when someone comes in & say I'd like to open another account as the one I've got already is tied to my mother's estate, can you do it on line as we're short staffed is the wrong answer
-
Keving 🇬🇧🏴 (@kevinjg) reported@HSBC_UK Is it deemed acceptable for a cashier to be tinkering on their mobile phone whilst waiting for a customer to serve?
-
Richard Vernalls (@rvernallsPA) reported@JaneRockHouse @Apple @HSBC_UK Sorry to hear this Jane, sounds awful, and soul-destroying when companies are failing to protect consumers. I’m not sure if it would have assisted, in this case, but I would advise use of the SIM PIN (“Settings” -> ”MobileData” -> “SIM PIN”) as an extra layer of security.
-
Anthony Skorczewski (@antskor) reported@HSBC_UK absolute joke to speak to customer service. Money has been taken from my account and for me to get the money back I need to agree with you to share my personal information with the people who have taken it. So much for looking after customers
-
Mark (@MorganMF9867) reported@simonhall1974 @HSBC_UK I had the same issue. A tweet remains unanswered and the promised call back within 5 working days is now 7 days and counting.
