@HSBC_UK To get permission to transfer house purchase monies to my solicitor. Tried Colchester, Ipswich and Chelmsford. I live in Harwich so Colchester would be good. Travelling difficult with #MH issues.

@HSBC_UK Yes, I will, but this has been offered so many times over the last month and promises were made last week that it is being returned to my account, but still nothing. Surely by looking up my name, HSBC staff can locate and resolve the problem???

@HSBC_UK you app is not working on IOS 15. When is gonna fix ? Because me and for sure more people can’t use your bank right now. Even for try to log in in the web you need generate a code in the app. But the app is not working. Any solution ?

@HSBC_UK after 2 phone calls and 40 minutes of getting nowhere being cut off twice I am absolutely disgusted with your services. My mum has been in hospital for several months and now can not access her account. Absolutely disgusting!!!!
