@HSBC_UK To get permission to transfer house purchase monies to my solicitor. Tried Colchester, Ipswich and Chelmsford. I live in Harwich so Colchester would be good. Travelling difficult with #MH issues.

Hey @HSBC_UK - I would like to log a formal complaint with your system. I have a new phone today and I am unable to log in to the mobile banking app as you have apparently lost my mobile number off your system. I also cannot log in on your website because I need the app to log in

@martinboon @HSBC_UK Leave them! Last year they closed our account without warning at the end of the month because we hadn’t done a ‘know your customer’ form they didn’t tell us about. I had to go to the media before they listened. We wouldn’t have been able to pay the team
