@HSBC_UK To get permission to transfer house purchase monies to my solicitor. Tried Colchester, Ipswich and Chelmsford. I live in Harwich so Colchester would be good. Travelling difficult with #MH issues.

Been trying to make an in person branch appointment online for last 24 hours @HSBC_UK. Nothing available at all for any day. Online help just tells me to do what I've been doing. #PTSD now kicking in.

@kyri_ @HSBC_UK The customer service department is really only capable of handling very very very basic requests, the decision makers don't talk to their customers unless you got serious money.
