@HSBC_UK your app has been crashing on opening for a week now, i reinstall the app to try to get it working and now it won’t let me log in because it’s saying my details are incorrect when they aren’t. i haven’t been able to access my banking for a week now this is ridiculous

@HSBC_UK It still isn’t working for me, tried deleting & redownloading, restarting my phone, nothing has worked it just crashes and closes once I go on the app. Waiting for my physical secure key so that I can access my bank but that could be another weeks so idk what you expect us to do

@DreyfusJames @HSBC_UK HSBC are a nightmare! My husband needed statements for his business account, you can’t order on the app, they won’t do it over the phone you have to go into a branch! Also wallet stolen over weekend & unable to order new cards as “system down”🙄🤯

@HSBC_UK iPhone 12 with 14.8 update on. It won’t even let me login anymore and is now saying it doesn’t recognise my credentials. Business app is the same too.
