    Been trying to make an in person branch appointment online for last 24 hours @HSBC_UK. Nothing available at all for any day. Online help just tells me to do what I've been doing. #PTSD now kicking in.

    @HSBC_UK can you please let us know what is happening with your app?? it's Friday night and when i needed the all the most, its throwing API 103 error! I'll switch bank tomorrow after this mess

    @HSBC_UK your website says everything is running normally, but both the app is not working and I could not complete a card transaction in a shop. Just thought it was worth saying. Might be worth your IT team updating the website.

    @HSBC_UK utter joke over 25 years with you app and online not working no access to any of my accounts bot useless and no phones working what’s happening…do I need to switch!!
