@HSBC_UK To get permission to transfer house purchase monies to my solicitor. Tried Colchester, Ipswich and Chelmsford. I live in Harwich so Colchester would be good. Travelling difficult with #MH issues.

Been trying to make an in person branch appointment online for last 24 hours @HSBC_UK. Nothing available at all for any day. Online help just tells me to do what I've been doing. #PTSD now kicking in.

So @HSBC_UK have let someone set up and account fraudulently in my name and now I must que half an hour in the cold to go into a branch because no one on the phone would help…

@HSBC_UK It's all sorted now as I set up a separate savings account instead, but feel that branch staff should be better trained to help in such emotional circumstances. Talking to someone over the phone is not always what you need at that time.

@HSBC_UK why is your new app so bad? Most days it just crashes when I log in. Today, the log-in screen is constantly frozen when I try to access it. I rarely complain, but honestly, this app is terrible. Please sort it out. Cheers

@HSBC_UK I expect to receive money not send them. I made 6 phone calls today try to solve this simple problem. But your agents are unfortunately not professional enough. I was put on hold for 1h30min for a reconnect to another agent. I just wish I can solve this problem ASAP

@NatWest_Help My 80 year old Dad was scammed out of £1200 and you’ve offered him no help. Last year a 34 year old friend was done the same way, @HSBC_UK supported her straight away. Simply terrible treatment of a customer who has kept his money in your bank for much of his life
