@HSBC_UK To get permission to transfer house purchase monies to my solicitor. Tried Colchester, Ipswich and Chelmsford. I live in Harwich so Colchester would be good. Travelling difficult with #MH issues.

Been trying to make an in person branch appointment online for last 24 hours @HSBC_UK. Nothing available at all for any day. Online help just tells me to do what I've been doing. #PTSD now kicking in.

The hsbc worker here in the Colchester branch is an absolute gentleman and he also is wildly frustrated, unbelievable that he can’t help me without outside help due to @HSBC_UK & how they operate

@HSBC_UK chat window getting disconnected quite frequently and need to logout and login inorder to get connected else it keep on showing connecting however it never.may be technical snug. It's really bad,especially when people r moving towards digital banking. Really disappointed

@HSBC_UK disappointed with your poor customer service and redundant systems. Requested a reset which should normally take 2 hours. Been 18 hrs and still no response. Called customer service and instead of sorting out my issue they have complicated it further by locking me out

@HSBC_UK why don’t HSBC ask for transaction confirmation via the app !! Rather than make us wait for hours on the phone to contact the fraud department? Also change the message to say over 3h waiting time. I really don’t know how you can operate a bank with such poor service.

@HSBC_UK Hi, It was personal team. Anyway it is sorted now but u should do something about customer service. I get like I spent almost a day in getting access to hsbc agent to sort my work which wasn’t possible through self serve.

@samiq @HSBC_UK They are awful! They do give you the option for a call back if you call earlier in the day though - I guess when they have long queues & get nearer to closing time they remove that option!

@HSBC_UK Hey, despite the app still crashing frequently for users with old iPhones, I have not been able to use mobile banking. Whenever I log on and am prompted to enter a new Digital Secure Key I receive the message 'service unavailable, your session has been invalidated' help
