    Been trying to make an in person branch appointment online for last 24 hours @HSBC_UK. Nothing available at all for any day. Online help just tells me to do what I've been doing. #PTSD now kicking in.

    @HSBC_UK To get permission to transfer house purchase monies to my solicitor. Tried Colchester, Ipswich and Chelmsford. I live in Harwich so Colchester would be good. Travelling difficult with #MH issues.

    @HSBC_UK not a massive problem compared to what’s going on in the world right now but I have had a badge notification on my HSBC app now for over 6months , I spoke to you earlier in the year and you said it would be resolved in next update.

    @HSBC_UK, so can you help me speak to a person who can help me? I can't use the HSBC app as I do not have a UK mobile phone, only an NZ one. I have an address in the UK but am not there often, and won't be there for several months, so I can't just visit a branch.

    @HSBC_UK have charitable account want to get online banking but don't have the telephone security code, how can I access this please to set up new online account.

    @HSBC_UK, I've also tried complaining. After I did speak to that agent, I got an automated email asking about my experience. I explained my problems. And nothing happened.

    @HSBC_UK Hi, intl customer & I've to say the ph CSRs could do to up their comms style. I just wasted an hr because the 1st rep didn't clearly state "Yeah that's done", the 2nd just ended the call. Then in between there's the auto ph hell that'd frustrate christ! It's 4:00am 😪

    @HSBC_UK I'm complaining about how hard it is to contact you. I'm trying to upgrade my UK accounts to Premier but I currently live in New Zealand. I have Premier status in NZ but to get upgraded in the UK I have to ring HSBC's phone service. I've had several problems, to follow.

    @HSBC_UK have been on hold for an hour to you and an hour at lunchtime no answer -after getting a text message to call urgently with ref no. what’s going on? Online banking is just a bot that tells me to call customer services..

    @HSBC_UK I have applied for the new bank account some 10days ago and when I mailed the respective branch they told it will take 7 more days to get the account opened. **On calling customer care I was on-hold 30mins and haven't transfer to anyone. You guy's are **** 😡😡
