@HSBC_UK To get permission to transfer house purchase monies to my solicitor. Tried Colchester, Ipswich and Chelmsford. I live in Harwich so Colchester would be good. Travelling difficult with #MH issues.

Been trying to make an in person branch appointment online for last 24 hours @HSBC_UK. Nothing available at all for any day. Online help just tells me to do what I've been doing. #PTSD now kicking in.

@HSBC_UK I am a Premier customer and was in your Richmond branch today. Was told you can’t exchange notes into coins because your branch “didn’t handle cash.” When did banks change and not become banks anymore….?! Just a bit ridiculous!

@HSBC_UK hoping you can help locate £200 that left my current account via standing order to my ISA on 21st but never made it there. Both online chat and telephone banking mind-numbingly incompetent. Finally told it would be in my account my close today and still has not appeared.

@HSBC_UK Done all that twice, no one replies, no one answers when I call.... It is impossible and unsatisfactory. If this was my main business account I would leave immediately. No access to my account for over a week.

@HSBC_UK The changes HSBC has made to its online banking interface are truly awful, and a massive backward step. Less information at a glance, poor use of available space, poor contrast, lack of intuitive structure and navigation. If it ain't broke, don't 'fix' it.
