@HSBC_UK To get permission to transfer house purchase monies to my solicitor. Tried Colchester, Ipswich and Chelmsford. I live in Harwich so Colchester would be good. Travelling difficult with #MH issues.

Been trying to make an in person branch appointment online for last 24 hours @HSBC_UK. Nothing available at all for any day. Online help just tells me to do what I've been doing. #PTSD now kicking in.

@HSBC_UK struggling to get your app to open on my phone. Started being a problem a few days ago when it was intermittent, now fails every time. Have you done a recent update? Iphone 6 running 12.5.5 (the latest).

Oh my life @HSBC_UK please sort out your customer services. Waited three hours for a call back and now told I've got through the wrong people- having been given the online team- and now been told it will be 24-48 hours til they can be in touch. Best you can do? Really?

@HSBC_UK still awaiting a call back from a so called manager. Been 4 days since I can access my bank account. Can’t even withdraw cash. Advice given.. borrow some money from friends.. unbelievable!!

Over an hour and a half waiting for a callback from @HSBC_UK if it wasn't so complex to move our charity account, I would. Terrible levels of customer service.
