@HSBC_UK To get permission to transfer house purchase monies to my solicitor. Tried Colchester, Ipswich and Chelmsford. I live in Harwich so Colchester would be good. Travelling difficult with #MH issues.

Been with @HSBC_UK for 16 years. I requested a new credit card b/c it expired. The person ended up closing my entire account. I have no way of accessing my past records for HMRC filing. Been on hold for hours because whenever I’m on a call and they realise the error, they hang up

@HSBC_UK your branches have to service the community and not work within 9-3.30pm. Trying to simply collect a card or gather advice at a time when most people are free from work is virtually impossible. Please look to change your physical opening times.

@HSBC_UK I’ve been on hold on the phone for over 30 minutes with no answers now, all of this just to understand if one of your branches is open on Saturday mornings or not! On your website is scheduled as open but it wasn’t last week! This isn’t a great service!
