    Been trying to make an in person branch appointment online for last 24 hours @HSBC_UK. Nothing available at all for any day. Online help just tells me to do what I've been doing. #PTSD now kicking in.

    Looks like a bad @HSBC_UK outage. Can't use card in checkout or get account details in app. Not ideal.
