@HSBC_UK To get permission to transfer house purchase monies to my solicitor. Tried Colchester, Ipswich and Chelmsford. I live in Harwich so Colchester would be good. Travelling difficult with #MH issues.

The hsbc worker here in the Colchester branch is an absolute gentleman and he also is wildly frustrated, unbelievable that he can’t help me without outside help due to @HSBC_UK & how they operate

@HSBC_UK Business ~ but I just called business and got thru to personal somehow, who then transferred me to business but cut me off. Your phone service used to A1, not any more 😢

@andyflisher @HSBC_UK Honestly just change banks. I had this backward and forward locked out nonsense from them for 2 month because they kept spelling my name wrong. Changed banks and never had a problem, worst customer service and bank out there.
