Been trying to make an in person branch appointment online for last 24 hours @HSBC_UK. Nothing available at all for any day. Online help just tells me to do what I've been doing. #PTSD now kicking in.

@HSBC_UK after being assured twice that a bank transfer had been made by two HSBC call staff it appears that my account was frozen and payment reversed 3hrs later with no contact. Unacceptable service delivery.

The @HSBC_UK banking app crashed on startup with “server error” — so had to delete and reinstall and then re-auth with security device and all fine

Good afternoon @HSBC_UK I rang customer service with a query about inclusive breakdown cover. I took 19 minutes to get an answer, I was told I was being transferred and then got cut off. Please try harder
