    Been trying to make an in person branch appointment online for last 24 hours @HSBC_UK. Nothing available at all for any day. Online help just tells me to do what I've been doing. #PTSD now kicking in.

    @HSBC_UK To get permission to transfer house purchase monies to my solicitor. Tried Colchester, Ipswich and Chelmsford. I live in Harwich so Colchester would be good. Travelling difficult with #MH issues.

    @HSBC_UK please help!! HSBC have frozen my account as they wrongly believed there was fraud being committed on the account. I have spent hours on the phone to your customer services but am getting nowhere. My account is still blocked. I am at my wits end!!!! Please help...
