I’m an @HSBC_UK advance customer for 14 years. HSBC did not write any statement about the issue yesterday. I have tried to Install again my app and as the app was not working I was not able to log in they suspended my mobile account.

@mrsgaius @enndemic @HSBC_UK I was on hold for 1.5 hours yesterday before giving up. This was during the day before this debacle. No one replied on the app support twice then when they did gave no useful information. I’d formally complained earlier……ironically about poor customer service

@HSBC_UK The mental trauma for those already suffering with MH issues could be really impactive thinking that somehow all their money had gone. Not everyone has access to social media. Why couldn’t you have sent a text out to all your customers to let them know of the issue?

@HSBC_UK I had to enter my details again and reset, then got text saying HSBC would not send text and to call them, waiting 20 minutes on phone still not answer. How can we keep our money safe if there is no one to support the customer
