    @HSBC_UK To get permission to transfer house purchase monies to my solicitor. Tried Colchester, Ipswich and Chelmsford. I live in Harwich so Colchester would be good. Travelling difficult with #MH issues.

    The hsbc worker here in the Colchester branch is an absolute gentleman and he also is wildly frustrated, unbelievable that he can’t help me without outside help due to @HSBC_UK & how they operate

    Been trying to make an in person branch appointment online for last 24 hours @HSBC_UK. Nothing available at all for any day. Online help just tells me to do what I've been doing. #PTSD now kicking in.

    @HSBC_UK Business ~ but I just called business and got thru to personal somehow, who then transferred me to business but cut me off. Your phone service used to A1, not any more 😢

    Last night someone in Turkey attempted to fraudulently use my credit card. I only used it for the hotel and flights for the Fenerbahçe away game. I didn’t use it in Istanbul at all 🤔 Unbelievably @HSBC_UK didn’t want me to cancel my credit card - i had to demand it. WTF? 😳

    Just experienced the insanity of @HSBC_UK customer service, whereby the only way for me to register for *mobile or online banking* appears to be to visit a branch. There are none near my home.

    @HSBC_UK 2hrs of phones calls, 1 of which waiting to speak to someone. 20 mins of online chat. And still, no one is able to explain why my business debit card is blocked or has unblocked it. Why should anyone have a business account with you with such shoddy service?

    @HSBC_UK frustrated I fulfilled my IVA nearly 4 years ago and you are still showing me as a defaulted open account but no one will talk to me as it’s no longer my account ????? Way to help a girl move on

    So.... @HSBC_UK, the sign on the doors say you are open today... But you're not... Which, after turning off this #disabled customer's card B4 the new one arrived, gives me no end of major problems ... #HappyEaster everyone
