    @HSBC_UK To get permission to transfer house purchase monies to my solicitor. Tried Colchester, Ipswich and Chelmsford. I live in Harwich so Colchester would be good. Travelling difficult with #MH issues.

    Been trying to make an in person branch appointment online for last 24 hours @HSBC_UK. Nothing available at all for any day. Online help just tells me to do what I've been doing. #PTSD now kicking in.

    @HSBC_UK Only problem is they can't me either. Sat in your branch for an hour whilst your colleague (who was great) tried to find out what the issue is. Was sent on my way none the wiser.

    @HSBC_UK I am having a terrible time. HSBC HK rejected a payment last week. Due to an information update. The money was sent bank last Friday but it is still not in my account. It is showing as there but why it has not been credited I do not know !! I need this returned today!!

    @PMcmuldrow @HSBC_UK Been hanging on for 32 minutes now and counting. Asked to be transferred to a manager who wasn't reading from a script. Wondering if I have just been put on hold and forgotten. Then of course there is the problem of not being able to understand the dialects of their staff!!! 🤬

    @HSBC_UK I need help :( I have a new mobile and am trying to get your app back up and running BUT it's still on my old one.. which sadly is smashed up & tempermental, so I'm unable to delete it from my old app. Is there anything I can do?

    @HSBC_UK the app loads but crashes when I try to make a payment. Help. I've deleted the app and reinstalled. It's an Android app on a Google Pixel 5 phone. Any ideas?

    @HSBC_UK I am escalating issue to a complaint! #HSBC is having a problem with my desired outcome! I am still hanging on, almost 90 minutes now. I am beginning to loose the will to live! 🙄
