Terrible service from @HSBC_UK unable to resolve an issue and calls cut off after being on hold. No response from online chat. Someone pleas recommend a new bank that actually looks after its customers please!!

@HSBC_UK horrendous customer service, was on hold for 1:30 mins and was cut off. Passed to 4 different departments that kept telling me that I was being passed to the fraud team as my credit card has been blocked. Now been on hold for a further 30 mins and no answer!

@HSBC_UK useless bank. Now been a month since they told me that my ex husband is the primary user on my floristry business account and I can’t access it. Despite changing all their details back in 2009! My only way forward is to complain in this way.
