    @HSBC_UK The worst service of any business I know. You closed accounts, blocked app, regularly stop transactions, incredibly hard to contact and staff unhelpful. 35+ yrs I’m leaving. No acc, cc, mortgage ever. Don’t know if other banks are better but can’t be worse!!!!!!!

    @HSBC_UK daughter been locked out of account for a while and has some cheques to pay in which normally does via the app. Locked out the app don’t have a secure key we no longer have a local branch it shut down we don’t have any passcodes etc please help

    @HSBC_UK when will you stop using the excuse of the pandemic for slow call times. It unacceptable to use this reason when other companies are not. Clearly you have left to0 many people go and are now pushing that on your customers. help is not always possible online
