    @gjzuckerman @HSBC_UK @firstdirecthelp The point I’m making is that the public beta was supported last year by HSBC and other banks. No problems. So why not this year. Doesn’t make any sense does it

    What is the point of @HSBC_UK digital branches? I have to travel just to access MY money. A city the size of Sunderland should have a proper facilities. Looks like I will be moving on.

For example, if HSBC was to support the beta and the beta had a security vulnerability that allowed a malicious actor to take control of your account, you’d be happy with that? No you’d blame HSBC. Accept the risk that not all software is supported or use RTMs only 2/2

    @HSBC_UK Thanks for clarifying why it was impossible to login this time. To be honest it's always a trauma. And I resolved the issue by making a payment from an entirely different account.
