@HSBC_UK Hi Jack, I have responded to your DM. that official complaint resolution can wait . It is about process improvements , about notifying clients and such changes can take time at your bank . But main problem is that HABC has blocked my thousands of pounds . PLEASE RELEASE MY FUNDS!
