@HSBC_UK customer service what a joke can't speak to the complaints team as they have no phone, but the complaints team can call me back when they are ready using what a tin can and piece of string oh no they will call on the phone!!!!!

Its been nearly 3 weeks opening my new account. I still cant log in to my online banking because i ve not received phone banking number. I called last week and they cancelled old number and issued me a new one which is still not arrived. Absolutely shocking start with @HSBC_UK.
