@HSBC_UK what’s the point of having one branch closed in weybridge (nearest one to chertsey) and you drive all the way to Woking and the HSBC there is closed as well due to amend times. Waste off a trip and fuel! It’s not great customer service

@HSBC_UK do you EVER answer your telephone calls? Awful company. Staff no idea what they are talking about, transfer you to another section, then get shoved back to the front of the queue again without so much as a sorry. Now been waiting 40 mins. Given up.

I keep reading that there's no demand for High Street bank branches. A visit to @HSBC_UK at Aylesbury shows that there clearly is. Four staff there were busy helping people, and were able to give me the advice I needed more quickly & clearly than a call centre or web site could.

@HSBC_UK I’m struggling to speak to customer services regarding a password reset on my online account. It’s taking forever. What is going on?!! It shouldn’t have to take this long to wait for an agent in order to reset a bloody password. Puts people off changing it, doesn’t it.

@HSBC_UK Has withheld my money from me for nearly a month, under pretenses that I've proven false. I spent what physical money I had left to fix this. And still I can't get my money. How is this OK? They will lock up your account on a whim and then let you burn?
