    Trying to make an appointment with my bank. Website said to phone. Automatic phone service said to use the website. Thanks, @HSBC_UK, that's really helpful. 🙄 (Eventually managed to speak to someone and she was very nice, BTW.)

    @HSBC_UK I have a current account and a regular saver, if I do a bank switch on my current account to another provider does this mean I lose access to the benefits of the reg saver?

    @HSBC_UK @gravelwalks It’s simply a nightmare. The app haven’t seen an update for 2 months. Now we have dev beta 3 and still not working. It’s fine with ALL other apps. Fix it asap.

    @HSBC_UK Phoned in yesterday and spoke to somebody about an issue, completely useless and dismissive. Spoke to somebody today regarding same issue, absolutely wonderful and helpful. Its a shame you dont have a rating systems at the end of calls for feedback.

    @HSBC_UK Hi there! I ve been trying to solve a problem in my accout, I called more than 15 times , expend money and time, they asked me for some papers by mail, I sent them , they already received it, but I am still wainting to apdate my address, is it so difficullt? please!!

    We’re working with HSBC to obtain bank accounts for people who don’t have ID or a permanent address. Without one it can be a battle to receive wages, access benefits or obtain financial support. Thanks so much @HSBC_UK for providing solutions to help break the #viscouscircle!
