Why is customer service now so rubbish @HSBC_UK ? 45 minutes hanging on the phone before it clicks off. You're closing dozens of local branches. There is no one to talk to. Why would anyone keep their account with you any more? I've had mine 50 years wonder why.

@HSBC_UK why is it when I get through via the overseas number you don't call back overseas. You ask customers to accept a call back only by providing a UK number . This bank needs some serious looking into on the customer care side!

@HSBC_UK As a premier account holder I'd expect a better service. I've not received my credit card, 2nd one sent out and still nothing!! You can't even give me a tracking number but can give me the courier service you sent with @dxsecure they have no record of you sending it!!

@HSBC_UK I have tried that. Please see the rest of my initial thread. I spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to get through to the dept. The person I spoke to on the solicitor line COULD NOT get me through.... This is clearly an issue. Please advise.
