@HSBC_UK Still ignoring phone calls, letters, emails so I have had to resort to the Financial Ombudsman. Any time now the automated response will tell me to email again. Truly shameful service.

@HSBC_UK No, do not recall receiving anything. The only emails I recall were about how balances were displayed and your website. I ended up having to phone and wait in a queue for 25 minutes to reset security but at least have access to the app again now.

@HSBC_UK Yes but didn’t work, tho details correct. Eventually got call back. Took an hour to work through process, with problems on the system which your helpful agent had no explanation for. But in the end, I’m registered & card activated. Still can’t get online until get code in post!

@HSBC_UK what an absolute farce it's become banking with HSBC. Your Customer Service is a joke, telephones not answered, chat takes 20 minutes each line of response, I've now been waiting 25 minutes for an auto call back. Pitiful!

@HSBC_UK had some fraudulent transactions on my joint account. could only get hold of the online help last night, who said i had to wait til the pending transaction had processed, then 60-90 days before the money was returned *if* it was proven that the transaction was fraudulent

@HSBC_UK Thanks but my point was having been part of your customer studio panel testing the new app prior to general release that for you to end the beta with no support on reverting back to the release version is incredibly frustrating!
