I was very disappointed today with @HSBC_UK for keeping me on the phone for 4 hours and continually asking me same security question which I had already answered. I regret opening a business account @HSBC_UK . Today was a horrible experience. 4 hours of my working time wasted!!!

@HSBC_UK Thanks but we are done with @HSBC - we will be getting our account access back up and running so we can pay people and give us time find a bank that actually has a relationship with their customers. We will also be closing the KSCS Community Account….

@HSBC_UK Truly awful and inefficient business banking processes. You are costing me, and no doubt countless others, wasted hours trying to get through just so we can access our accounts. We are in 2021, not 1921!
