Hello @HSBC_UK — I’m a business customer. Tried your chat. They told me to call your number. 22 mins on hold and counting. This is inconvenient and you’ve made some of my money disappear into a black hole since the 3rd and won’t do anything until the 17th. Unacceptable.

@hsbc_uk my fingerprint stopped working on the app now my digital securr key is blocked but my security answers keep saying wrong when they're not. Now it's blocked the app and online banking and neither them or phone calls will fix problems. I need to log in somehow
