    @HSBC_UK This raises a bigger issue which is about the quality of your app. If you cannot maintain compatibility for 2 iOS versions, then you have a big problem of code maintainability. And this is going to bite you in the future, again. 2/2 (I have a third message as well)

    @HSBC_UK @Jennaxgriffin The exact timescale is now. There is a new update on the App Store (2.39.4) which fixes the iOS 15 access.

    I can't imagine how inefficient it was. I was waiting for 10 (they told 5-7) days to set up an account only to find out that they cannot locate my documents. Too much of a hassle @HSBC_UK Such a bad customer service.

    @HSBC_UK Your solutions are “downgrade” which is quite disruptive or “use the physical access key” which will invalidate the app in the future, both not acceptable. It’s not a matter of accommodating, you are not doing us a favour, but it’s your own. 1/2

    @HSBC_UK There are many solutions to tackle this and you are taking none. A beta channel for the app using TestFlight, feature toggle on the code base, 2 different apps (not ideal), etc… You chose to break iOS support. As customer I’m actually worried, as i feel my money are not so safe.

    @HSBC_UK @iPoof “Next few weeks” are we joking?!? This is utterly ridiculous! iOS15 will be likely to be released very soon and “next few weeks” is not acceptable at all. You had 3 months to find a permanent fix for iOS15 and this is why the beta program is for.

    Appalling service from @HSBC_UK @HSBC Trying to report a lost card. Spent 20 minutes on the phone, redirected to 4 different agents all who assured me I was now being transferred to business lost card dept. Then got cut off!! #hsbcbusinessbanking

    @HSBC_UK my mum is bed bound at home with a broken back. She doesnt have online banking and failed a security check with phone banking. She cannot now access her savings for personal care. The only way you say she can get get her money is in branch. Please tell me how?

    @HSBC_UK I’ve now taken my case to the financial ombudsman because of the lack of customer service I’ve received plus the ridiculous amount of time it’s taken @HSBC_UK to do anything, absolutely awful customer service!!

    @HSBC_UK is really the worst bank experience I ever have… They are blocking your account for NO reasons and force you to go in person for a full ID check. Absolutely awful service. I will change bank, I can’t endure their garbage services. All my issues is their fault.

    @HSBC_UK nearly 3 wks since my sons loan application- numerous phone calls - spent nearly 7 hours on hold trying to follow up - took 4 calls to get to the real issue - then more calls after that - 4 days post the agreement still no loan papers for him to sign . Appalling
