@HSBC_UK @iPoof “Next few weeks” are we joking?!? This is utterly ridiculous! iOS15 will be likely to be released very soon and “next few weeks” is not acceptable at all. You had 3 months to find a permanent fix for iOS15 and this is why the beta program is for.

@HSBC_UK Your solutions are “downgrade” which is quite disruptive or “use the physical access key” which will invalidate the app in the future, both not acceptable. It’s not a matter of accommodating, you are not doing us a favour, but it’s your own. 1/2

@HSBC_UK WHY, in 2021, do I have to call up your service center to set up a direct debit between my bank to pay my credit card, only for the automated response to tell me to fill in the form, on the website, WHICH ONLY WORKS FOR HSBC BANK ACCOUNTS?!

@HSBC_UK @mariusfanu I use both first direct and HSBC and both apps haven’t worked since I am on iOS 15 development beta. Now beta 4 launched today and still not working. This is getting close to launch and you guys need to get it sorted

Hi @HSBC_UK I need to speak asap to yr people who deal with LPAs (lasting power of attorney) for aged, ill & confused mother with HSBC bank account. Staff say the guidelines unclear so won't register! Pls help. It's now urgent to get LPA activated & put care package in place.

So @HSBC_UK held a transaction I made because it was flagged as fraud in their system. The transaction was an easy bank transfer from my HSBC account to MY OWN Monzo account. Get your **** together, HSBC.
