@mouthwaite @HSBC_UK Years ago, banks prided themselves on great customer service, not any more. Now having customers at arms length is not enough and their focus is on their investors rather than the customer. I have been with NatWest since 1986 and have always felt valued.

@tg_tips @HSBC_UK Just go elsewhere mate- there are loads of better banks. If they are happy to let a customer leave with potentially a life time ahead account ahead of them… they couldn’t care less.

Fed up with my own company tonight so walked up to the Phoenix for a pint. Went down so well I thought I may stay for another. @HSBC_UK deemed this suspicious activity. Back in the house. If it wasn't bad enough being the only person on my own , I can't even have a quiet drink
