    @mouthwaite @HSBC_UK Years ago, banks prided themselves on great customer service, not any more. Now having customers at arms length is not enough and their focus is on their investors rather than the customer. I have been with NatWest since 1986 and have always felt valued.

    @HSBC_UK I closed my Help 2 Buy ISA on May 5th. I still haven't received my closure letter or statements despite the "within 5 days" promise. I've contact support multiple times and they don't care, "just wait". This incompetence is going to cost me my first house.

    @HSBC_UK There are clearly problems in your systems if you don’t have any issues reported at the moment. I have experience issues - and reported them through different channels: speaking to someone this morning, via the chat system (although frankly that is useless) and to you.

    @HSBC_UK I've talked to your bereavement support team, and their support and your procedures are outdated. I get different instructions and even after talking to people I'm still doubtfull if I understand what needs to be done. I'd really appreciate just the smallest of support

    @HSBC_UK I don't have any other documents that are listed on the site. Can't speak a person that knows what they are doing. Everything is vague and unclear.Opening an account with hsbc uk is an exhausting and complicated process.

    @HSBC_UK No problem with regular updates, but this one is not compatible with a version of Android that was compatible with the previous version so we can’t update from Play Store. Either the regression testing or change management was poorly executed and needs rolling back

    @HSBC_UK what on earth is going on with the app?! Just had 20-odd attempts at taking a pic of the back of a cheque, finally got one (that was the same as all the others 🤔) and then apparently there's a problem with depositing and I've got to try again later? So frustrating!

    @HSBC_UK I am stuck in an endless loop of trying to log in... My phone is broken so I am trying to log in on a computer but to get in it's asking me to reset the security code on my phone, which I don't have. Banging my head against a wall here. Help please
