Yo @Hyperoptic why is your customer service so bad ? Been on hold for over 40 mins just to ensure the correct work order is provided to your engineer as he has only been allocated 30 mins for new install & extension.

@Hyperoptic hi, can anyone help with my internet, waited in queue twice for a chat and it just keep disappearing, i also inbox @HyperopticCS but no one replied. Internet is very unstable lately
