@theashrb Hyperoptic is actually a good network (used to work for them). Starlink makes sense if you live in the sticks

@MrNickKnowles @SkyUK @skytv If you are a residential customer with access to AltNets like YouFibre or Hyperoptic, you’d be an idiot to consider Starlink.

@jamesjnicholls @Hyperoptic Still nothing! Missed work calls because of this. Awful service.

@jamesjnicholls @Hyperoptic Yup. Tech support just told me β€˜a specialist will attend the site at 6pm’. I had to call and push them to tell me that.

@Hyperoptic Wouldn't recommend signing up with Hyperoptic. When the internet is down, usually weekends their attitude is tough luck, we'll fix it during the working week. Had issues with this several times, so they cannot be bothered with customers Internet. Cannot work from home with them

Kris (yes it's actually spelt with a K) (@kobraman88) reported

@C9EmZ @virginmedia Quicker you move away from them the better, utterly useless overpriced scumbags, had nothing but issues with them for years then @Hyperoptic popped in my area after a few years of waiting and not looked back, cheaper, better quality and i sit on 5 ping (but im next to the hub)
