Tia (@justforumrah) reported@Hyperoptic have the absolute WORST customer service, no wifi for 3 days now - engineer did not turn up and they are not allowing us to rebook an engineer till they find out why. Incredibly hard to get through to them on the phone in the first place - do not recommend.

Canโt use my lighting, heating or front door intercom. Hanging on to call for 30 mins still not through. No response to my emails.

What a joke. 40 mins wait on hold only to be told that they need to dispatch an engineer and the next available slot is Friday afternoon (3 days time) Awful
