@Hyperoptic u have increased yearly commitment contract prices by 25% !!!! But for a new customer who starts with Hyperoptic can still avail the same price I was paying last year. This is insane ! Why this disparity between old and new customer? Plus you hold monopoly in my area.

@gregpower @Hyperoptic In all honesty it has been great for a number of years. But I’m the last couple of months they seem to have hit problems. This is the second time I have experienced a major outage with them.

@Hyperoptic is there any update on when service will be restored to SE10 customers? Or at least when an engineer can be expected on-site?

@andyAVAVsystems We have hyperoptic Their (Polish?) crews put a lot of purple conduit about first and then came back round hooking it up To be fair - and I am a misery - they weren’t that bad. There aren’t that many cabinets. Some pods put on poles

@Hyperoptic how does one go about getting support, chat support has no idea how to diagnose or fix the problem, telephone support no call back and indefinite hold. You guys where super quick to sign me up now there's an issue and it's radio silence.... disappointing.

@ella_kemp If it’s available in the building hyperoptic is great, they do up to 1gb speeds. I’d say avoid plusnet, kept losing signal and low speeds. Both of these were in Greenwich!

Avoid hyperoptic! Awful customer service who take 8 days to fix an issue, for it not to be fixed and say the next appointment for an engineer is the 1st September. 4 weeks after the outage started. @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS @Ofcom

@Hyperoptic I’d agree with all of that however your service has failed 4 times in less than 2 years and your MTTR (Mean time to recovery) is not acceptable. From experience it has been between 18 and 36 hours after a connection failure. You need to invest in better network resilience.

@jesslynnrose @axelk @Hyperoptic That generally comes down to discussions with the building owners, whom either don't want to talk about it, or don't like the terms offered. The same schtick would also quickly hinder anyone else.
