    @Hyperoptic is the worst when it comes internet service providers. Even after activating my plan its been more than 18hours and yet I dont have access to internet

    @olinewton Had Virgin Media for past 4 years in old place, the worst provider/internet I've ever had. Had Hyperoptic for 6 months in new place and it's absolutely flawless & cheaper. It's incredible!

    @HyperopticCS internet has been down for 15hrs already, yet there’s still no announcement and live status is still green, did you cut a cable? Is somebody still working at @Hyperoptic ? What’s going on?

    @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS you’ve lost me as a client today. Unacceptable more than 24 hrs without service and support lines all shut down. No ETA, no response whatsoever for hours. As soon as live support is back, I’m cancelling my contract.

    My wifi has not been working since Sunday and Hyperoptic has not done anything to fix this. I have been calling everyday and no measures have been taken. I need this fixed today. This is totally unacceptable @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS #hyperoptic

    @hyperoptic almost 24 hrs without internet connection and customer support not giving any ETAs. Worst provider in the UK.

    @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic This is more than just that ofcom compensation within 48 hours. You have caused me a huge loss as I can’t attend meetings or do online transactions. You have not bothered to provide ETA for sorting out this issue and you have just posted a few mins ago about the issue. Disgrace

    @fcannatelli97 @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS Ive been suffering commection drops with HyperOptic for about 6-7 months. Lack of urgency in wanting to fix it has me at the end of my wits! Good luck Francesca
