  Someone give us a good WiFi provider. Currently with @Hyperoptic that is shocking, TV loads every 2 minutes. Also been with @virginmedia and NEVER again, shocking connection. So yeah an actual decent recommendation would be nice

  @Hyperoptic your cancellation service is so unprofessional and inconsiderate it literally makes me feel sick. Ive submitted a request to cancel. Ive had no callback after 6 weeks. I call your tel line and i'm left on hold for 45 Minutes, Making it from 8th to 7th in the Queue.

  Solid start by @Hyperoptic on providing WiFi in my new apartment. 48 hours later and I’m still left without a connection despite it being “activated”. 30 minute+ wait times to get through to a human being. No actual update or support as to if it is even coming on. FML.

  Had an internet outage all morning and had to use my office phone as hotspot. Reported it to my ISP, and the issue was fixed around 1pm. I asked if there was any compensation for the disruption, and they knocked 50% off my next month’s bill. Hyperoptic l’ẹ́kàn sí. 👏

  @Hyperoptic Appalling service by Hyperoptic!😡 2nd time this month that the wifi has stopped for hours due to thunder. Incredibly frustrated with this provider! Have to wait 30 minutes on the phone for Customer Service, only for them to give you unreliable information! FED UP!
