Indae (@_Indae_) reported@Overlite1 That’s annoying :/ depending on your provider the might offer a faster package so upgrading could be an option? It depends though, the place I live in didn’t have fibre so we only had really slow options until I got Hyperoptic to install here.

Pranav Sethi (@PranavS10) reported@Hyperoptic Easily the worst broadband service in London. Installed the modem since a week and the internet isn't working since Day 1. I call every day and get false promises from the technical team. All I get is an invoice for their "services".
