  @Hyperoptic is the worst when it comes internet service providers. Even after activating my plan its been more than 18hours and yet I dont have access to internet

  @Hyperoptic easily the most shoddy internet provider in the UK. Random outages and when you try and contact them they just literally switch off their customer support. Can’t call them. Can’t live chat them. Can’t do anything.

  @Hyperoptic - I live in Colindale, in the Trinity Square development and our entire block hasn’t been able to access the Internet since yesterday. Your customer service is impossible to get hold of + your website is reporting there is no issue even though 30 people say there is!

  Solid start by @Hyperoptic on providing WiFi in my new apartment. 48 hours later and I’m still left without a connection despite it being “activated”. 30 minute+ wait times to get through to a human being. No actual update or support as to if it is even coming on. FML.

  @JoshCF_ @Hyperoptic are even worse with their service. 8 years loyalty and they want me to pay 3 times as much as a new customer for the exact same service. Where is the business sense in disrespecting loyalty for short termism ? Also needs assessing by @CMAgovUK for unfair treatment

  @Hyperoptic 30–45 mins on hold without connecting, emails ignored, tickets never closed. Customer service is non-existent. Yet auto-billing works flawlessly—even after disconnection. How do you justify running a business like this? Your business need some human in loop to survive

  @Hyperoptic our Internet is down in our apartments block. Can’t get anywhere with sorting it. Have tried the troubleshooting on your website. Hasn’t worked. Been down for half hr so far.
