Truly terrible customer service from @TalkTalk. Asked to speak to a manager and told they will get back to me in 24-48 hours. Absolutely shameful. Glad I have switched my broadband provider to @Hyperoptic at least they appreciate their customers.

@Hyperoptic Three weeks ago, the internet was down, and we contacted your company and they said we will send a broadband, and now a week, and the broadband has not been sent, and I am a student, and I could not study, and the problem was not resolved. What should I do.

@Hyperoptic never thought I'd be left without internet in London, so thanks for that, will be switching to @bt_uk asap. You will also be compensating me for my @ThreeUK bill because I have no choice but to hotspot my phone in the meantime.

@Hyperoptic engineering works between 9 and 11. Basically, I don’t have internet and I can’t work. After a rocky start, this is another bad situation. Why don’t you do this jobs during the night?

@Hyperoptic They came in today and said they have fixed it, but now they are saying they need the first engineer to come physically to close the ticket and then only they can activate it. The date for next engineer slot is 27 Oct. Horrible just plain horrible. Worst service seriously.

@Hyperoptic Their engineer come here, install and then say there is low power and that I would have to call support and request another engineer. When I did, they told me the next engineer could come only on 21 Oct.

I like how everyone's responsive apart from the ones that actually have an issue... @Hyperoptic let me guess, your customer service uses Hyperoptic and therefore has no internet to work at the moment?
