Truly terrible customer service from @TalkTalk. Asked to speak to a manager and told they will get back to me in 24-48 hours. Absolutely shameful. Glad I have switched my broadband provider to @Hyperoptic at least they appreciate their customers.

@AlanPaedowitz @Hyperoptic I'm 40 minutes and they repeat me what I know, the customer service in Serbia they are not only to solve any problem, they complicate the complaints to the maximum.

@alisonjyoga @Hyperoptic Customer service in Serbia will carry the company to bankruptcy, I tell you... They have a lack of comprehension and they only repeat the information. Better to speak with AI, is more smart than customer service girls in Serbia, it's awful.

@Hyperoptic PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I had them come to install internet yesterday! Everything appears to be set up correctly yet I have no internet! Three hours and several technical engineers later no one can find what the problem is! No one has contacted me to fix it! Cowboy firm

@Hyperoptic wants to charge £58.60 pm for bog-standard broadband. Nowhere on their website to change or cancel contract. I called them (after being on hold 20 mins!). They refused to cancel despite today being the last day of the contract. Have to pay £58.60 this month!
