    Truly terrible customer service from @TalkTalk. Asked to speak to a manager and told they will get back to me in 24-48 hours. Absolutely shameful. Glad I have switched my broadband provider to @Hyperoptic at least they appreciate their customers.

    5th day now without internet with @Hyperoptic, sent a replacement router on Friday and still not here. Apparently the service is great, only if I had a router to actually *use* it.

    @StevenMcinerney @Hyperoptic Are you on 2.4 or 5 GHz network? Maybe you’re on 5 GHz and the laptop antenna doesn’t recognize the band, I’m not sure if the 2014 MacBooks have 5GHz connectivity, but the original PS4 doesn’t for example, and they both released in similar times, worth checking out, cheers

    My @virginmedia has been out for almost 12 hours now. And will probably be out for another 12. God I hate them so much. Sending out help requests from @GNetworkComms and @Hyperoptic to serve more of London. I beg you.

    @Hyperoptic internet has been down for two hours and while we’re all working from home it’s quite a problem. Any update on when it’s coming back?

    @StevenMcinerney @Hyperoptic Had the same issue a few months back with our son's laptop...ended up buying him a new one. Solved the the wifi issue and he ended up with a much more current computer.

    @HyperopticCS @Kyleyuu He’ll now have had a bad experience with you, which is being tweeted about, he won’t recommend you to others due to this and probably in future will not return as a customer, is it not worth the cancellation fee to bring this to a satisfactory conclusion.? #Hyperoptic

    @Hyperoptic we have been experiencing an outage since Friday and no change whatsoever due to access to the building... what is the status for today? How soon will this be resolved? We need wifi to work remotely !!

    @Kyleyuu We truly are sorry, Kyle. For that reason, we also provide monthly rolling. We do offer the possibility of transferring the service to your new location free of charge, so if you are moving somewhere serviceable by Hyperoptic, we'd gladly transfer your service there!

    I see a lot of tweets praising @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS but I’ve had poor or no internet quite a few times in the last few weeks, and it’s down again completely today. What’s going on?
