Truly terrible customer service from @TalkTalk. Asked to speak to a manager and told they will get back to me in 24-48 hours. Absolutely shameful. Glad I have switched my broadband provider to @Hyperoptic at least they appreciate their customers.

@Hyperoptic is pretty terrible. Had the service for less than 9 days. Now it's not available and the earliest they can provide a fix is in two weeks. Absolutely shocking

Mid-contract price rises are the latest toxic revenue in telecoms. Awful behaviour. I railed against it whilst I was at BT and Vodafone, but they’re both addicted to the revenue. Hyperoptic doesn’t do this - and we do everything we can to protect consumers from the firms that do

@ancr_cotswold @Hyperoptic @ChooseUK Just saw this now due to a new reply. Personally, I believe that if you can't afford to get a whole device to provide an LTE Backup like I have, it's no excuse you had to miss an online meeting due to the wifi being down when mobile data is mainstream nowadays.

@HyperopticCS Well, it's 3 days since I lost internet and in that time @CommunityFibre has installed a new line, found a problem and sent engineers on the same day to get it fixed. Still waiting for @Hyperoptic to send an engineer for the original line.

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS are the biggest pile of shite. Wifi is unbelievably slow despite paying a fortune for a decent package (500mb). WiFi has stopped working so they disable online chat and no one is answering calls. Absolute joke of a company.

Almost 3 hours without Internet. I work remotely and I am completely isolated from my company. @Hyperoptic at Manchester has been great so far but this is really bad.
