Truly terrible customer service from @TalkTalk. Asked to speak to a manager and told they will get back to me in 24-48 hours. Absolutely shameful. Glad I have switched my broadband provider to @Hyperoptic at least they appreciate their customers.

installed in January, which I can understand. I lost my Service end of April and I called the customer services at Hyperoptic on the 1st of May, I was given an appointment for 23rd May for an engineer to come and fix my service. On the 22nd May

@HyperopticCS No they are not, they are not being helpful at all and you are keep repeating the same thing, I want to see results not your fake promises, especially to a customer who's been with you for so long, I am truly fed up of hyperoptic

@Hyperoptic Thought it was good till it Monday been down for 5 days in se1 London , can’t speak to manager, same dribble from 3 customer advisors absolute rubbish. Customer service a joke and repair of service non existent currently

I received an email that the engineer can not make it. I received a new appointment of 21st June for an engineer to visit me between 1500-1700 Hours, Today is the 21st June and I had no engineer visit me, at 17:15 I stated calling the Hyperoptic customer services
