    Truly terrible customer service from @TalkTalk. Asked to speak to a manager and told they will get back to me in 24-48 hours. Absolutely shameful. Glad I have switched my broadband provider to @Hyperoptic at least they appreciate their customers.

    @Hyperoptic very unhappy today about planned service disruption of broadband during the main business hours while many people are working from home. Insufficient notice and/or confusing notice was given. Customer service that is unable to provide any help whatsoever!

    @Hyperoptic when will my broadband services come back, having to use my mobile phone data & phone to communicate with you.. yes have DM you, fed up with this, 8:20am Sunday it went down & still not working!!

    Ok Virgin media. Its been a pleasure, but you man are bumping it like crazy and now that hyperoptic broadband has reached me, I dont need to pay such stupid amounts

    @EmiliaRxse all openreach all same lines, you just pay for customer service. unless its virgin or hyperoptic and they use there own cable exchanges
