Absolutely shameful. Glad I have switched my broadband provider to @Hyperoptic at least they appreciate their customers.

Each time your engineers just come for five minutes, don't do anything and without saying what's wrong just leave and your customer support can't tell me what's wrong. Embarrassing honestly.

Can’t use my lighting, heating or front door intercom. Hanging on to call for 30 mins still not through. No response to my emails.

Adam Piper (@bitwog) reported@Hyperoptic @Hyperoptic your 12 hour SLA has been violated multiple times with delays over days. The best you've done so far is a single reply to multiple emails over the course of days. And even that one took 2 days, 16 hours, 42 minutes. Why are you so bad at this?
