Absolutely shameful. Glad I have switched my broadband provider to @Hyperoptic at least they appreciate their customers.

Matthew Thompson (@M_at) reportedComplain to ISP about IPv6. Oh we can't suppoort 3rd party routers. Plug in ISP supplied kit instead. ISP Router fails to obtain DHCP lease. So I'm thinking that my kit is not the problem @Hyperoptic

On top of that, they want to do it when I’m on night shifts… so, not to be dramatic, but I really think @Hyperoptic want me dead.

Shahaj (@benootral) reported@HyperopticCS Don't trust hyperoptic, they will mess up your service then not resolve it and avoid contact with you, they will send automated responses but will never deal with the issue, I've been a customer for a while and been treated really poorly by them, they have no shame at all
