Truly terrible customer service from @TalkTalk. Asked to speak to a manager and told they will get back to me in 24-48 hours. Absolutely shameful. Glad I have switched my broadband provider to @Hyperoptic at least they appreciate their customers.

@AM_UK19BONG @Hyperoptic We do understand your point of view, however, in our T&C it's stated that we guarantee the service at the address where the account is opened. We can't guarantee our services on the other address in case you decide to move during the commitment period. :/

@Hyperoptic Hyperoptic policies are horrible for the customers. I have been withbthem for a year and looks like their only goal is making customers life misreable rather than improving service.

@Hyperoptic That would be great if that was working… my line have been down for 3 weeks now and customer service is being very unhelpful. Central London location while I am working from home

@Hyperoptic They are no different. Their customer service is horrible. I have to change address after staying with them for 1 year. The new address they can not provide service. Now they want me to pay for remaining term.

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic Thanks for the swift answer but I am still waiting for a solution to my problem beyond the “please be patient we are looking into this” that I am getting from the customer service since 3 weeks

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic . I have to change address after staying with ypu for 1 year. The new address they can not provide service. Now you want me to pay for remaining term. This is unethical.

@Hyperoptic Whatever happened to the last thing announced? The better household coverage, I live in a flat and still can't get a strong enough signal in my bedroom to stream anything.
