Absolutely shameful. Glad I have switched my broadband provider to @Hyperoptic at least they appreciate their customers.

Being fobbed off saying that there's work on my building today and the install will be done after, yet the building management have nothing booked in and there no VM van to be seen. @chlvrstwrs (@chlvrstwrs) reported@oliviasolon @alexhern Happy to second the Hyperoptic recommendation, I’ve been with them 4 years now, no issues. nb I shifted down to 150mb, you can pay for 1gb but you’ll be at the mercy of your hardware trying to get anywhere near that in the real world
