    Truly terrible customer service from @TalkTalk. Asked to speak to a manager and told they will get back to me in 24-48 hours. Absolutely shameful. Glad I have switched my broadband provider to @Hyperoptic at least they appreciate their customers.

    @hibernoanglais @bt_uk @Hyperoptic I see nothing but negative posts around Hyperoptic and their service, despite offering a really attractive package. Their service area is also tiny. Worth some research.

    @Hyperoptic I am also facing the same. Two days without internet. Talked with you guys yesterday and an engineer was supposed to be solving the issue around 4pm yesterday, but it is still down. Any updates? (NW10 zone)

    @CoachKybet @toobbroadband if they can manage to get it into london i’m literally willing to pay x5 the price, hyperoptic and communityfibre won’t cable my street because openreach and virgin media have some lease or some **** in my area

    @Hyperoptic is pretty terrible. Had the service for less than 9 days. Now it's not available and the earliest they can provide a fix is in two weeks. Absolutely shocking

    @Hyperoptic we’ve recently moved into a new apartment. Already setup the box, selected the 24 month plan, provided the tenancy agreement and shared our bank details but still the service is inactive. Any resolution?

    @HyperopticCS Well, it's 3 days since I lost internet and in that time @CommunityFibre has installed a new line, found a problem and sent engineers on the same day to get it fixed. Still waiting for @Hyperoptic to send an engineer for the original line.
