  Truly terrible customer service from @TalkTalk. Asked to speak to a manager and told they will get back to me in 24-48 hours. Absolutely shameful. Glad I have switched my broadband provider to @Hyperoptic at least they appreciate their customers.

  Someone give us a good WiFi provider. Currently with @Hyperoptic that is shocking, TV loads every 2 minutes. Also been with @virginmedia and NEVER again, shocking connection. So yeah an actual decent recommendation would be nice

  @AFCBUDDY85 @Hyperoptic Speeds are great I must say and the follow up customer service from management has been very good. But trying to raise the outages and get timeframes was near enough impossible. I went almost 2 days with no wifi. They’ve now given me basically 3 months for free.

  @Hyperoptic Leading the way for fast Wi-Fi in blocks of flats. Very hard where I live, but very helpful, very good customer service never had no problems. When I was with ee, I had nothing but problems. Thank you so much.

  Naively thought @Hyperoptic was a pretty cool but nope, you automatically roll onto a terrible value plan and are forced into a tedious back-and-forth chat with customer service to change. I'm sure it makes financial sense but man that's a scummy approach to making money

  Solid start by @Hyperoptic on providing WiFi in my new apartment. 48 hours later and I’m still left without a connection despite it being “activated”. 30 minute+ wait times to get through to a human being. No actual update or support as to if it is even coming on. FML.
