Truly terrible customer service from @TalkTalk. Asked to speak to a manager and told they will get back to me in 24-48 hours. Absolutely shameful. Glad I have switched my broadband provider to @Hyperoptic at least they appreciate their customers.

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic: Raised a request about a router on 20th August. You claim that it was delivered to me on 25th August, it wasn't. I was at home, and I didn't get it. It's been 11 days; either the courier marked it delivered falsely, or you never dispatched it.

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS why is it taking almost 24 hours to fix the wifi in only 2 postcodes?? Could you update us on how far you’ve actually gone in fixing this and how long we should expect there to be no wifi.

@Hyperoptic I am trying to switch but your agent this morning was shockingly incompetent and failed basic conversational comprehension skills. You network is in my area/ building - can someone please message me so I can sort this out.

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic 2 days and still without internet and definitely not due to any hardware fault so no engineer is needed to remedy the problem. Really really poor. Would advise others to look at other service providers if seeing high speed fibre internet. #hyperoptic #terrible

@Hyperoptic is very fast internet but very slow at fixing issues. A switch broke LAST NIGHT and they've still not fixed it leaving hundreds without internet.

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic As said, you didn’t help me when I needed it, and your service is not available where I live. I’m just warning others to avoid Hyperoptic
