Truly terrible customer service from @TalkTalk. Asked to speak to a manager and told they will get back to me in 24-48 hours. Absolutely shameful. Glad I have switched my broadband provider to @Hyperoptic at least they appreciate their customers.

@HyperopticCS You customer satisfaction team are anything but satisfying. They aren’t reply to emails, which is the overall concern, additionally you had the 10 business days requested and are yet to report back. You miss the point, @Hyperoptic give #poorcustomerservice and #poorcustomerxp

Why is @virginmedia so **** tho? @Hyperoptic on the same NTL infrastructure is wildly better for less money and they actually give you an upload speed!

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic Is this how it works? Keep promising me things will be sorted then essentially say I am free to leave if not satisfied? Your CS agent Milan has been great on the phone, but it seems your systems team is the problem. Have you seen your recent reviews?

@HyperopticCS @Xbox (Yes it's just the Xbox that has slow downloads, no this isn't a new issue, and "directly" means Hyperoptic Ethernet port -> Xbox, no router involved)
