Mark Sutherland (@markesutherland) reported from Sheffield, EnglandTruly terrible customer service from @TalkTalk. Asked to speak to a manager and told they will get back to me in 24-48 hours. Absolutely shameful. Glad I have switched my broadband provider to @Hyperoptic at least they appreciate their customers.

Jordan🇩🇲 (@JordyOnside) reported@diptyquer @Hyperoptic For the best! I must of been 1 of the first to call and they haven’t got a scooby. Useless now I’m hearing potentially 48 hour outage
-
Skeen (@Softs0ff) reported@Hyperoptic no service in NW6 since Wednesday 15th, and no updates from yourselves. The ombudsman WILL be involved! Live chat doesn’t work - no sms updates, missed call outs, it’s BAD!
-
Adam Piper (@bitwog) reported@Hyperoptic @Hyperoptic your 12 hour SLA has been violated multiple times with delays over days. The best you've done so far is a single reply to multiple emails over the course of days. And even that one took 2 days, 16 hours, 42 minutes. Why are you so bad at this?
-
Don Edgley (@donedgley1) reported@Hyperoptic 3 days broken in SE16. Not sending text updates. Clearly not prioritising fixing your outage. What on earth is going on?
-
Davdra (@pdavdra) reported@Hyperoptic why do you insist on doing your maintenance work during working hours? Causes major issues with working arrangements!
-
Caroline McKernan (@carolinemck2) reported@Hyperoptic broadband has been down for almost 24 hours in Chester - what’s going on??
-
ZoTacStreams (@TheRealZotac) reported@theashrb I have toob for £25 for the last 4 odd years lmao its 900up and 900down but i get 1,000 up and down normally lmao, starlink and hyperoptic are total rip offs
-
van woosen (@woosen7717) reported@Hyperoptic @Hyperoptic My internet keeps randomly dropping out, multiple times in a single month, and each outage lasts days. On top of that, calling support often means waiting 30–40 minutes just to be told it can’t be fixed. This level of instability is really annoying

Nelly Friday (@menticapti) reported@root3vil @Hyperoptic Have they been sold? The customer service used to be so good.
