    Truly terrible customer service from @TalkTalk. Asked to speak to a manager and told they will get back to me in 24-48 hours. Absolutely shameful. Glad I have switched my broadband provider to @Hyperoptic at least they appreciate their customers.

    @devopstom @Hyperoptic Yep. The back is completely open too, has been for years. The hasp used to be attached by a single screw… it’s comically terrible

    @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic 11 days. No internet. No updates. Nobody cares. Worst service from an ISP I’ve experienced. It feels as though you’re hoping I cancel the service to avoid trying to fix it (whatever it is?!) and avoid paying compensation.

    @FriendlyGuyTTV @virginmedia I had endless issues with virgin media, so glad I'm able to get @Hyperoptic in my new place, just waiting on the install.
