Truly terrible customer service from @TalkTalk. Asked to speak to a manager and told they will get back to me in 24-48 hours. Absolutely shameful. Glad I have switched my broadband provider to @Hyperoptic at least they appreciate their customers.

Finally decided to register for @virginmedia and guess wait the earliest installation is in 2 weeks, 28th of July. So my property will have no wifi until then. Only if @Hyperoptic would told me earlier that they would not support my location, I would’ve registered with Virgin

Me myself need to do that, pressured all of the parties involved, managed to push @Hyperoptic to reissue the wayleave and pushed my property management team to sign in, finally on the 8th of July @Hyperoptic received the signed wayleave. But still nothing physical had actually

@Hyperoptic worst company ever! DO NOT CHOOSE @Hyperoptic kept stringing me along for 8 months before sending me an email saying “sorry you decided to cancel” do not believe a word they say. Save yourself time and money and find a different provider.
