Truly terrible customer service from @TalkTalk. Asked to speak to a manager and told they will get back to me in 24-48 hours. Absolutely shameful. Glad I have switched my broadband provider to @Hyperoptic at least they appreciate their customers.

I’ve had hyperoptic Wi-Fi in my flat for the last 5 months and I’ve had no issues at all. Anyone on sky needs to move asap because we were suffering for no reason!

  • sharky000 SHARKY (@sharky000) reported

@Hyperoptic My brodband has been down all morning and still down. I called your customer service number and have been told its not going to resolved until tomorrow. Great thanks for spoiling my weekend. Can't wait for my contract to finish.

  • JKempEnergy John Kemp (@JKempEnergy) reported

@oiltraderlondon There are a small number of inner urban blackspots - too urban to qualify for subsidies for broadband rollout - but with antiquated infrastructure NONE of the providers have bothered to upgrade. BT, Virgin, Hyperoptic etc have ALL failed to offer better service in the blackspots

  • tommc10 Tom mckee (@tommc10) reported

@HyperopticCS Hey Hyperoptic, you said this on trust pilot and then you never investigated nor contacted me ! We can talk here !

  • oElevenn Scott (@oElevenn) reported
