Truly terrible customer service from @TalkTalk. Asked to speak to a manager and told they will get back to me in 24-48 hours. Absolutely shameful. Glad I have switched my broadband provider to @Hyperoptic at least they appreciate their customers.

Available from BT, Virgin Media, Sky, Vodafone, Hyperoptic, Community Fibre, and others, social tariffs can help protect against digital exclusion by offering broadband plans from as little as £12 per month to those in receipt of Universal Credit and other benefits #broadband

Hi @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic we are now 5 days without connection at KT20 5FR constantly being told "sorry you have to wait these things take time". No reason for the situation being given. Given that both myself and my wife work from home this has been a very bad experience.

@PB79377877 @COdendahl @DmytroKuleba Not sure why you are being rude, I am quite hyperoptic thank you. No one said not a World problem. I think "more of" was the term used. Putin is a problem for something like: Ukraine>Poland>Europe>USA>Australia>Japan. China, NK, Iran---not so much. At least not yet, esp China.

@HighMarshalDave Hyperoptic, they also have a deal just now where in the last 9 months of your old contract you can get it free which is wild, basically just to tie you down before the contract end!
