    Very happy to see @OpenreachHelp and @HyperopticCS co-operating last night in Harrow to try and restore service. They would have succeeded were it not for Network Homes not providing staff to open the required wiring cupboard. Here's hoping they sort it out this AM. #Hyperoptic

    @HyperopticCS Will be moving in a month or two to another flat with hyperoptic, really wanted your Β£20/month for 1GB but offer timeframe is a struggle and cant just switch as the new place is still being decorated and need internet until then Anything you can do to help me out?

    @Hyperoptic the worst customer service I've ever received. Chased the customer service center 4 times, each time put in a queue for 30 mins. And each time was told they will follow up. The one time they called, I missed it as it was not a scheduled call.
