@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic . I have to change address after staying with ypu for 1 year. The new address they can not provide service. Now you want me to pay for remaining term. This is unethical.

  • AM_UK19BONG
Abhijit Majumdar (@AM_UK19BONG) reported from Hillingdon, England

@Hyperoptic Hyperoptic policies are horrible for the customers. I have been withbthem for a year and looks like their only goal is making customers life misreable rather than improving service.

A repair team working on behalf of @networkhomesuk may have disrupted the physical connection for @Hyperoptic at Templar House, Harrow. @HyperopticCS have contacted Network Homes to gain access to restore access but the repairs team has gone home for the evening and will

@HyperopticCS My @Hyperoptic WiFi has just stopped working and my ability to work from home has been severed. I understand you have problems but when are you going to make any announcements or provide updates

Hyperopic is down. Circa 11pm. Appreciate the service but it would be nice if their Comms was better in moments like this. Even a template email would be better than having to trawl Twitter for answers #Hyperopticdown @Hyperoptic

Very happy to see @OpenreachHelp and @HyperopticCS co-operating last night in Harrow to try and restore service. They would have succeeded were it not for Network Homes not providing staff to open the required wiring cupboard. Here's hoping they sort it out this AM. #Hyperoptic

@TheLionXB1 @Hyperoptic 3000 customers are down in NW & W London. A โ€˜Zayo linkโ€™ is down. A main Internet fibre highway, apparently, but one just used by Hyperoptic customers it seems. No idea when theyโ€™ll fix it.

  • tpilla
    Tom Pilla (@tpilla) reported

@CryptoCap97 @jamesjnicholls @Hyperoptic Yep, I spoke to them at 1pm and asked the service rep a) how widespread it is; he said about 1,000 customers in west London (Iโ€™m in queenโ€™s Park) and b) suggested that he connect with their social media team to start communicating about this an updating their users.

  • stuarthazeldine
    Stuart Hazeldine (@stuarthazeldine) reported

@jamesjnicholls @Hyperoptic Yup. Tech support just told me โ€˜a specialist will attend the site at 6pmโ€™. I had to call and push them to tell me that.

  • MaxRichSES
    Max Richardson (@MaxRichSES) reported

@Hyperoptic I am writing to make a public complaint regarding your awful customer service. I have spent many hours on the phone, trying to get through to your customer service team just to be told that Iโ€™m lying or โ€˜misguidedโ€™, even though you have taken 300 quid out of my bank.

  • SanchoMagnifico
    SanchoMagnifico (@SanchoMagnifico) reported

@LucieGutfreund @field_hugo48968 @Hyperoptic Donโ€™t count on it. Hypertoptic are notorious for having terribly slow resolution.

@TomStokesFC I found Virgin to be horrible Stokes and overpriced I had to switch I highly recommend Hyperoptic if they do your area much faster upload speeds, cheaper and overall better service

  • jamesjnicholls
    James Nicholls (@jamesjnicholls) reported

@SanchoMagnifico @Hyperoptic It's totally unacceptable. We used to be on Virgin Media and whilst their service was mostly crap, they at least provided regular updates for outages!
