Very happy to see @OpenreachHelp and @HyperopticCS co-operating last night in Harrow to try and restore service. They would have succeeded were it not for Network Homes not providing staff to open the required wiring cupboard. Here's hoping they sort it out this AM. #Hyperoptic

@Hyperoptic Hyperoptic policies are horrible for the customers. I have been withbthem for a year and looks like their only goal is making customers life misreable rather than improving service.

@Hyperoptic I have placed the order but however my router is not yet delivered to me! I have called multiple times to customer care and they say Royal Mail looks after that. Also they are unable to provide a tracking id for that. Please help! Bad experience

  • AvatarNino_ The Avatar (@AvatarNino_) reported

@Hyperoptic offered me a plan making me switch from BT where I was getting 200mbps minimum and I’m now getting 14.4-16.5mbps when I was told I’d be getting 350-500mbps. I feel so scammed right now, was on hold for 45 minutes then they put the phone down.

  • cfrewwwyhgtf Chris Sothcott (@cfrewwwyhgtf) reported

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS I tried to raise an official complaint about the projected timescale to fix the ongoing issues, was told 10 working days for the complaint to be processed, it’s been over 10 working days and still being ignored by email

  • sendhelpformom Cristina (@sendhelpformom) reported

@HyperopticCS Day 4 no internet. @Hyperoptic idk what kind of business your running but this is unacceptable. No company I’ve ever had has just ignored a problem like you have. Absolutely horrible service.

  • ashita__k Ashita Kaura (@ashita__k) reported

@Hyperoptic Worst broadband service experience ever. Waited 25 days to get a new connection, booked an appointment but their system assigned no engineer. They can’t even rebook and cannot resolve this issue since so long.

  • prakashsatya8 satya prakash (@prakashsatya8) reported

An amazing company @Hyperoptic has not been able to activate internet services even in one month. So many emails and calls but no luck. What a wonderful service.

  • The_MindSpeaks MindSpeaks (@The_MindSpeaks) reported

@Hyperoptic I just cannot believe i waited a month for you to send me a router, that still had not arrived, and when I called up, you offered me no reassurance! Nothing to keep me as a customer either! Awful experience! Never again!!

  • bigmb_007 Malav Bateriwala (@bigmb_007) reported

@AllyMunira @virginmedia @Hyperoptic They did start service this April in my building with 50% cost and same speed, but i already have 18 months contract so can't do anything. Since 3 months, a lot of problems have started on Virgin.

  • yssdt Yusuf Seedat (@yssdt) reported

@EE Just spoke to one your agents who advised that he couldn’t provide the signing up email because of the legwork. Thank GOD I’m not with EE. Poor bloke is being recharged 32 pounds for what hyperoptic is providing at twice the speed for £20. The worst thing is customer service
