We'll have a team on-site 1st thing in the morning on Monday to attend to the fault and we won't stop until service has been reactivated.

@Hyperoptic no proactive updates on how you’re fixing the issue that’s lasted for more than 24hrs now. The outage was reported yesterday afternoon and you sent an engineer 3pm the next day? Not good enough.

@Hyperoptic your service has been down three times this week, most recent outage has lasted for 24hrs. Unacceptable. What is going on??? Service credits only after 48hrs of outage is rubbish. Sort it out. Not impressed.
