Internet with @Hyperoptic went live on Monday, Thursday it is already down. Today is the first day I decided to work from home and this happens :/. Not ideal. At least the communication has been good. Constant updates on the situation.

@Hyperoptic hello 5th outage in 6 weeks in London N7, yet no real communication or offer of compensation. You don't answer the phone and emails take minimum 2 days for response. You're not getting alot right ... Tweeting via 5g of course.

@Hyperoptic Waited nearly 4 weeks for a router to be delivered, and cancelled today, after being told for the 5th time, "we'll put the order in now, and a router will arrive to you in 1 to 2 business days." Terrible service, so disappointed.
