    @firaskamal @AskPS_UK No has been trying to fix it since 11am. I have factory reset my ps5 still issue exist. I spoke to hyperoptic which is my internet provider they are blaming PlayStation Sony for update which mucked everything up.

    @ArmaVALIANT @zoetargaryen @AskPS_UK Got to be hyperoptic as others are reporting the same thing. I’ve tried contacting their live chat but can’t get through, nightmare. Let me know if you find a fix

    @HyperopticCS @PancakePete00 Look at Twitter, the only PS users facing this issue are those who have hyperoptic broadband, its obvs your issue.

    @Hyperoptic Please come and save us from Virgin Media in London N10! They effectively have a monopoly here, because competitors only offer up to 60Mbps. I've been a customer since July and I'm considering a downgrade to be rid of them. Many neighbours are also fed up after recent outages.
