    @SanchoMagnifico @Hyperoptic It's totally unacceptable. We used to be on Virgin Media and whilst their service was mostly crap, they at least provided regular updates for outages!

    @status_is_down yes, @Hyperoptic was complete down around 3pm. current status: it's still flapping.

    @Hyperoptic Extremely poor installation & repair service. Cable left unsecured → chewed through. Engineer “fixed” with tape, then a junction box that fell off the wall. Business disrupted, extra costs for mobile data. Why should I stay? Compensation? #HyperopticFail

    @Hyperoptic no information from your support team and no internet for +7 hours in WC1X? You prompt people to contact customer support but all they say is “hopefully it will work soon”. Can we do better?

    @Hyperoptic Definitely not hyper reliable. London, NW10 has dropped to 2Mbps even though I paid for 1Gb. I've been on hold with tech support for 45 minutes and then the connection mysteriously drops out. Get it sorted for goodness sake! Cheap prices = poor service
