  @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic 11 days. No internet. No updates. Nobody cares. Worst service from an ISP I’ve experienced. It feels as though you’re hoping I cancel the service to avoid trying to fix it (whatever it is?!) and avoid paying compensation.

  @Hyperoptic I tried. Hyperoptic failed on set up so I had to cancel and now won't install because that installation is not complete. All I'm getting are "Computer says no" type answers.

  @Hyperoptic awful service. A day and a half without wifi, literally ran through my phone data which NEVER happens because I’m working from home. No urgency to fix this problem?

  I am seriously doubting the competence of this company, and ability to deliver on anything when you need to call support 3 times to postpone an installation and each time they have no clue about the previous booking. Such a waste of my time. @Hyperoptic #hyperoptic
