@AlanPaedowitz @Hyperoptic Yesterday I was on hold for 2 hours until my phone cut off (phone call limit). Issue still not fixed. Got cut off the first time today, second time, I'm 21 minutes and waiting

  • sarahkathryncl Sarah Clarke (@sarahkathryncl) reported

@ArafatHuss37903 @Hyperoptic Yeah. The tech support is even worse than @virginmedia and I didn't think that was possible.

  • sarahkathryncl Sarah Clarke (@sarahkathryncl) reported

@Hyperoptic Don't do it. Customer service times are a joke.

  • sarahkathryncl Sarah Clarke (@sarahkathryncl) reported

@Hyperoptic "We're currently experiencing higher than usual call volumes. We appreciate your patience as we work to assist you as quickly as possible." EVERY. 30. SECONDS. For over an hour. To try and fix YOUR error. Joke.

@AlanPaedowitz @Hyperoptic I'm 40 minutes and they repeat me what I know, the customer service in Serbia they are not only to solve any problem, they complicate the complaints to the maximum.

  • tharv tom harvey (@tharv) reported

@Hyperoptic @virginmedia Even if I still under contract to broken Virgin?

  • AaishaDadral Aaisha Dadral (@AaishaDadral) reported

@Hyperoptic I’m a new customer and I’m already looking at cancelling our account - your service has been super poor. Service due to start 18/07 - engineer’s been out, we’ve spoken to activation team several times - the account is awaiting the system team to change serial numbers

  • lukeshaute Lukesh Aute (@lukeshaute) reported

@Hyperoptic I am on 150mbps plan and I don’t even get half of what I am paying for. My work is getting impacted. Raised ticket CS0517650 weeks ago but there is hardly any response. Tried calling and waited for 20mins…no one’s picking. Pathetic service.

  • laura_h_87 Laura (@laura_h_87) reported

@Hyperoptic REALLY??? Since the install no one has contacted me. I’ve had to contact numerous times wasting my time and everyone I speak to is unable to help! Nobody can tell me what’s going on! You’re happy to start charging me, yet I have no broadband! Scammers!

  • Suzybear6 Suzybear (@Suzybear6) reported

@MarkHeath45 Not sure where you are, but try hyperoptic. You can pay monthly so not tied into contract where you are stuck with a service that might ben not what you need. And the service is excellent.
