@IanDunt @Hyperoptic (Assuming you can get their service. Their customer service is second-to-none, too.)

  • 4seasonsmarquee Mohsin Ahmed (@4seasonsmarquee) reported

Been three months till we signed up to @Hyperoptic and still have not been connected. Customer service is a joke. @HyperopticCS.

  • adhodgson Andrew Hodgson (@adhodgson) reported

Hey @Hyperoptic what's the point of sending out sales teams to flats and getting them knocking on existing customers doors? I've had that twice now in the last 3 months. Surely they should know which flats already have service?

  • cmtrimby Christopher Trimby (@cmtrimby) reported

@Hyperoptic, I recently cancelled my subscription to move elsewhere but it seems as though @CommunityFibre are incapable of providing me with a functional service. What’s the best deal you can offer me to come back? I still have the Hyperoptic router.

  • PACPAC316 HAIDER ABDULLAH (@PACPAC316) reported

@Hyperoptic hi a simple task as placing a mature content filter as a parent has had Me on a call for 45 mins with me having to login to my iP address. This shouldn't be the case.raises the question of speed of safety! A simple check box on easy to UI !

  • truthtellerGB CustomerServiceTruth (@truthtellerGB) reported

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic Not really good enough, can’t you request blue tick for your support page too? Not clear enough for newbies which are the targets of scam.

  • HoneeyBadg3r Honey Badger (@HoneeyBadg3r) reported

@Hyperoptic I’m waiting for your service like for a Christmas. But still nothing. I have to use useless TalkTalk with 20mbit broadband. Make my neighbourhood happy and connect us to hyperoptic

  • kevtrav Kevin Chua (@kevtrav) reported

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic To others: you’d be trading off service reliability for Hyperoptic’s marketing promise of “fast speed & low price”. Think again before signing up.

  • pezza_91 Perry Kennedy (@pezza_91) reported

@IanDunt @Hyperoptic if available is amazing for speed, reliability and customer service. Sadly if not only virgin will have speed but they’re so bad if anything goes wrong. Possibly community fibre but they’re quite small

  • BeeeRighteous B Righteous (@BeeeRighteous) reported

@HyperopticCS @Thisanambragirl @Hyperoptic of which you have none or I wouldn't have to contact support dozen times
