@AmirMateen2 Stand up against wrong, doesn't matter even it is IK, we will support you. Do disrespect most hyperoptic behaviour can be found in media people. Saleem Safi Sb every day can be seen with a different lunch/dinner party these days. Who will say Safi is impartial?

@HyperopticCS Hi, I’ve the same issue here. 3 different devices, when I’m signed into my personal VPN, Apple Music works. Or tethering through 5G it works. Not through Hyperoptic. Hope you can resolve soon. Thanks

  • papafuzzz Liam (@papafuzzz) reported

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic Hopefully it’s quicker than when one of your engineers unplugged my connection and it took a month to get someone to admit that might be the issue and send an engineer.

  • HyperopticCS HyperopticCS (@HyperopticCS) reported

@rupechat @Hyperoptic Hello Rupechat. We are sorry to hear you have been left without connection due to duck collapse. As we see it's a recent chat, we are unable to provide more information than the support agent on the chat did. Once the engineer updates us, we will be able to take action.

@watchinharrison Is Hyperoptic your ISP? They're having issues with Apple services.
