    @JasonWilde_SIEE @AskPS_UK What company is your internet provider ? I have same issue with hyperoptic they blame Sony UK but some of other websites and apps don't work for me neither .

    @HyperopticCS @AskPlayStation anyone having issues with connecting to PSN on Hyperoptic try manually changing your DNS to Google's DNS (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4), fixed the issue for me

    @firaskamal The guy told me from hyperoptic, check down detector there are thousand of people in the same boat not just hyperoptic all the other providers as well. But what I don't understand is I can't log in to fut 22 companion app and some other apps when I am connected to wi-fi at home.

    @ArmaVALIANT @zoetargaryen @AskPS_UK Which internet provider are you with? The reason I ask is, I can’t even login to the network via my pc or phone but when I activate 5G and turn off wifi, I can login to PSN via my phone so got a feeling it’s something to do with Hyperoptic

    @Piskopat54Yazar @firaskamal @AskPS_UK Don't suppose you've had any more luck with this? Me and my flatmate are unable to launch FFXIV's launcher on PC or Windows Updates without tethering to our phones, so seems like a Hyperoptic problem?

    @HyperopticCS @PancakePete00 Look at Twitter, the only PS users facing this issue are those who have hyperoptic broadband, its obvs your issue.

    @Hyperoptic Suggestion, you should offer a free 0800 number for customers to call you if there is a fault in service
