    Any Hyperoptic customers who upgraded their service lose IPV6 connectivity on their own kit? Using Unifi Dream machine and all was fine until service upgraded to 500MBPs. Have opened case but want to resolve on my own if I can.

    @Hyperoptic From April this year,Im trying to get your broadband installed.I've been told, that some cable is missing and has to be installed. I've been asking so many times that I lost count. My neighbours living above me has hyperoptic broadband working. Is anybody able help ?

    @sayemoo I had 3 consoles or pc and a few phones and never had an issue you probably dont have fast speed to people ratio either way bt became overpriced and virgin have a good deal rn if u live in a building try community fibre or hyperoptic even

    @Hyperoptic service outage with no warning in all of E14 9xx. On a never ending “sorry for the wait..” loop with customer service. Any plans to resolve?!

    @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic a truly disaster , more than 12h to resolve issue ongoing , no updates about current outage or any eta for then this will be resolved, several chats and no feedback either . ****** service / provider , not reliable at all

    One of the Worst Things on social media is the adverts from ISPs who say “we’ve arrived!” only to find via their postcode checked that they have not, in fact, arrived. @virginmedia @CommunityFibre @Hyperoptic are all culprits of this.
