@Hyperoptic . Worst experience with hyperootic. Have asked for installation of hyperoptic connection on 30th September. They said hyperoptic is available in my building. I was given a date of installation of 11 Oct(almost 2weeks away).

@Hyperoptic engineering works between 9 and 11. Basically, I don’t have internet and I can’t work. After a rocky start, this is another bad situation. Why don’t you do this jobs during the night?

Breath of fresh air speaking to @Hyperoptic @hyperopticCS this morning looking into why my Twitch Streams keep dropping every few hours. Not 100% sure whether the issue is my end, theirs or Twitch's but Hyperoptic were keen to do whatever they could to test and see what they find

@ralghaithi @Hyperoptic Post publicly what you can, otherwise others can't see and hold them accountable for service levels.

Hyperoptic - I really feel let down by you guys with the unavailability of network engineer to sort out the internet issue this weekend at LS2. It’s been almost a day and it baffles me why no one was even available to make an attempt to visit the property. Poor Service!

@lionheartx10 was gonna ask about you updating things but I see it's across machines - this MAY be a node error which is out of everyone's hands until they fix it. Hyperoptic SHOULD be able to help traceroute.

@Hyperoptic @UswitchUK Three weeks ago, the internet was down, and we contacted your company and they said we will send a broadband, and now a week, and the broadband has not been sent, and I am a student, and I could not study, and the problem was not resolved. What should I do.

@HyperopticCS So if you wish to offer me a deal @Hyperoptic then I’m all ears. But I’m not continuing to pay £144/year MORE for a mere 15% of the speeds a new customer gets.
