    @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS How much importance your customers carry for you? Do you think asking your customers to wait till 6 days without internet is a right thing given we still work from home ? I am extremely disappointed by your service.

    @AppleSauceTraum @zeninternet I was using them at my old place, new place is using hyperoptic. Let me check about referral code. I probably would have signed up with zen again if hyperoptic wasn’t already installed here. I didn’t have any problems with them during my time.

    @JzHarrison92 @BBCNews I switched to 5G as soon as they out a mast in and don't use any wiring. But Hyperoptic, City Fibre, Independent Fibre network all set up their own wiring in new areas to massively increase coverage that would have taken BT decades to do because they don't have the money.     @Hyperoptic what a joke is your service, I activated the internet at Saturday(22nd) and still does not work, engineer got late and cancelled the appointment, now only on 4th of Feb? Seriously, I need internet to work, sorry but if they don’t come by tomorrow, you lost a customer.

    @babsc94 I use Hyperoptic. I get super fibre 20 quid pm. They've only had one outage in my 3 yrs and they were in contact to advise n update.

    @larracroft @virginmedia There are lots of other options. Hyperoptic, Cuckoo, many smaller providers that have great customer service and offer better latency (ie. better streaming) and should be able to match VMs speed once Openreach Ultrafast Full Fibre is rolled out nationwide (end of 2024, I think)

    @adambutler65 Yeah, I'm sure any fibre network is likely to be decent. It's only HyperOptic in this area right now. I had community fibre before and they were excellent.

    @Hyperoptic No just price hikes if you happen to miss an email and a petty customer service that refuse to give you the same offer that's on your their website, because you miss an email. What a joke
