  • petehotchkiss Pete Hotchkiss 💙 🇺🇦 (@petehotchkiss) reported

@virginmedia down AGAIN. Most unreliable ISP I've ever had. Only option in my area sadly. In 2 months they've been down 3x as often as @Hyperoptic were in 3 years !!!!

  • Kish__1 Kish ( '-') (@Kish__1) reported

@RoyalMail is there a way to find out if I’m due a delivery as was expecting something to arrive from Hyperoptic, but it’s been 7 days and they can’t provide a tracking number due to issues with the service?

  • ananthjk Ananth.J.K (@ananthjk) reported

It’s been 10 days. No where near to resolve the issue. @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic

  • nmrbutch Lord Vader (@nmrbutch) reported

@Hyperoptic I'm in Birmingham and experiencing the same issues! No WiFi at all. How long until we have a fix Hyperoptic??

  • samfoster99 Sam🌹 (@samfoster99) reported

@HyperopticCS @mariusfanu This seems like an effort to mislead your customers. Not just the name, but in the text notifications which discourage customers from reporting. Why raise an incident when Hyperoptic has already promised in a text to fix it?

  • dhuelsermann Dirk Huelsermann (@dhuelsermann) reported

@Hyperoptic and @BatterseaPwrStn why is the internet connection down for ONE day ? #neverOrdinary @BatterseaPwrStn isn’t it ?

  • MadRainbowLtd David Dowle (@MadRainbowLtd) reported

@Hyperoptic 14 days now with no phone service with a medical need for it. You replied to@one out of 18 chasing emails. Your phones have wait times of up to 1 hour. How do I get someone’s attention? You seem understaffed?

  • ichigowashi akvilė. ❤️ (@ichigowashi) reported

@Deiah_Renka too many people and it's too much of an overload :') but i only recommend hyperoptic because i had virgin in the past and they sold my dad dREAMS and switching over to them was one of the worst things we could have done, it was easily the worst provider i ever had 😭

  • shannonagain58 Shannon 💙 (@shannonagain58) reported

@Hyperoptic You've contacted us about a dozen times in the last two weeks about our broadband service. We've told you we're not interested but we keep getting calls. How can we get off your list for good?
