    @HyperopticCS In SW6 there’s also no internet since this morning. I’ve been trying to connect with the Customer Support team via the chat. However, your website automatically shuts down the chat message after waiting for more than 30mins in the queue. Overall, frustrating! @Hyperoptic

    @EmiliaRxse all openreach all same lines, you just pay for customer service. unless its virgin or hyperoptic and they use there own cable exchanges

    @rayaleksandr @Hyperoptic Planned outage you were warned about? If not, do contact them, Ray. My service somehow managed to turn itself off recently. I phoned them and they restored it in minutes.
