@phd_at_work @Hyperoptic Hey Peter. Yes - sadly, there is an outage in this area, and the service is down. We've organized an engineer visit, and they should be there any minute to fix the connection. We hope it will be fixed ASAP. Thanks for your patience in the meantime.

@Hyperoptic fancy fixing your WiFi in my new house? Been here nearly 3 days and it’s been down 3 times for close to 24 hours in total. Been on hold for 20 minutes now #Internetdown

@Hyperoptic Without any internet service for next 4 days. no alternate option provided by Hyperoptic. Very disappointed and frustrated with Hyperoptic customer service.

@SkyUK No problem in increasing my bill 3 times in a year, but unable to provide a service (subpar to other providers by the way … 60mb? hyperoptic gave us 1.5gb for £20 more) that works reliably. Switching providers tomorrow, enough of your shite.

@Hyperoptic Please for the love of god roll out to my gaff you're available three doors down and I'm stuck with ******* BT I feel personally victimised

@HollieWickens1 Your exchange doesn’t have fibre and you don’t have cable available. All ADSL providers use the same cables. 30GB isn’t bad though (my parents have much less). Might all be worth checking if community fibre or hyperoptic have plans or the 5G signal
