    Breath of fresh air speaking to @Hyperoptic @hyperopticCS this morning looking into why my Twitch Streams keep dropping every few hours. Not 100% sure whether the issue is my end, theirs or Twitch's but Hyperoptic were keen to do whatever they could to test and see what they find

    @ironside @nzlata @Hyperoptic Back in August my service stopped running for weeks and you cannot get a straight answer out of them. Absolutely cowboys - hope your issues are resolved soon! Once my contract is up, I’m out of here

    Hyperoptic, 1 message cancelled Talktalk 8 months they are still trying to charge me for my old internet. WTF

    @ironside @nzlata @Hyperoptic Initially they claimed the cables had been vandalised, took them nearly 2 weeks to fix. Within 24 hours the service broke again after ‘maintenance works’, I needed to wait for an engineer to rectify which took nearly another week. Just seems to be problems after problems.

    now its down to 20mbps... seems too be @Hyperoptic wide issue. if i use my mobile data on speedtest app. get over 200mbs on every server, but testing to hyperoptic is SAME poor speed as my ethernet and wifi connection. but status is showing green!

    @HyperopticCS now a full week since the outage in se10. No guidance on the problem or resolution time. Fed up chasing you, should be other way. What’s the plan? #hyperoptic @jamieappleseed
