@Hyperoptic i restarted my router tons of times, unistalled firewalls, wiped cache & network thinking it was me. I am now confident it's you? What's going on?

@Hyperoptic Totally agree, my provider adds a small amount every few years, claiming that they are improving the service. In all reality my speed has not really changed in the last 7 years. There fastest available package is still unavailable in my area. I don’t see any progress.

@ProdByWalkz i use hyperoptic broadband and i’ve never had wifi problems wallah

  • mynnoj P.G. Chodehouse (@mynnoj) reported

@hwallop @GNetworkComms I get the impression from looking at tweets and talking to some of our clients that GNetwork is unreliable and support poor. Do you regret taking the service out? They dug our street up (Highbury) in July but haven't installed yet, Hyperoptic will be here in a few weeks.

  • cyberdyd Notreal (@cyberdyd) reported

@HyperopticCS The internet has been down since Saturday in E14. How on earth is it possible? What kind of sick joke is this? I am working from home and I assume you won't pay me back the money I'll lose for NOT working. #hyperoptic #nointernet

@roscobacterium @HyperopticCS Same here. @Hyperoptic is the worst internet provider have ever used🤦

  • whatneildid Neil Thornton (@whatneildid) reported

Being a customer at @Hyperoptic is WILD. Each time a person comes back to me with an offer it changes. Given an offer at 9pm last night. Then it’s gone up 20% today before I had chance to reply. Yet neighbour got 30% less cost for better at same time. Is this the stock exchange?

  • nhsdarius Darius Mohammadi (@nhsdarius) reported

@Hyperoptic @WhichUK @virginmedia wanted £288 to cancel mine, thankfully they announced a price increase this month and I was able to cancel it and swap over to hyperoptic
