  We weren’t allowed ITV, because my mum thought the BBC was posher. The worst part is, we didn’t even pay for the TV license and had a whole ‘duck and cover’ routine to hide from the licensing men when they came round.

  What are we having a general election debate on ITV on a Sunday - we need Heartbeat back on the TV to watch - richard burgon needs winding up he pauses like a broken cassette tape... pauses in sentences make seconds become hours and that lad turns my time into days

  @catherinedth @ChrisGPackham @antanddec @ITV @itvnews I honestly don’t think it is. Part of the issue is that a lot of people have a problem with cruelty affecting certain species but couldn’t care less about others. That really needs to change. Agree with the animals eaten in camp, but I suppose on the show that’s not about..

  @OfficielKaybaye Thats very true. And clearly her tax barrister has over-egged the pudding somewhat to help her case but had she been contracted to ITV there would have been no ambiguity. Lots of BBC “stars” have had the same issue the other way round.

  @LeonaraLondon @ITV I agree largely but the crux of my argument is "we watched that first half, we don't need explaining too like men have never watched a game of football" you go to any fella in a pub and he'd say what was wrong and who needed to be subbed to make it work.   @sophielouisecc No doubt she knows the game, but the way @ITV have set her up to be a 'token' with a child's blackboard to work with makes her segment look a bit crap. The panel is all that is needed, and I'd say the same if it was a man at the blackboard.
