  @ITV hi....I know there will be a high volume of people watching catch up and you are understaffed but just wondered if there is a known problem (not internet all else working great) with hub on Freesat keeps dropping out about half way through 4 different programmes now thanx

Part of the issue is that a lot of people have a problem with cruelty affecting certain species but couldn’t care less about others. That really needs to change.   @ITV watching the World Cup on @Freely_tv there’s a big drop in picture quality on itv after coming from the bbc with HD broadcasts. Is there a chance the frame rate on itv could be raised to match what the bbc provide? Itv broadcast quality is jarring after watching bbc
