If we are able to throw them at plug stage it is less wasteful altogether than throwing them at a finished stage. Yes... awful. But lesser of two evils for many of us.

@ITVTonight @PaulBrandITV @ITV Ask them where all that previous funding has gone, Has it gone to help with NHS crisis, or has it gone in the pockets of managers that aren't needed. Reduce the amount of so called managers within the NHS with their 6 figure salaries, and you'll soon start finding extra cash.
