If we are able to throw them at plug stage it is less wasteful altogether than throwing them at a finished stage. Yes... awful. But lesser of two evils for many of us.

Covid isolation exacerbates that. I've had one call with my GP in a year. Usually monthly face-to-face. Hope you're getting through.
