Service economies like ours are not the same as agricultural or manufacturing economies. Currency fluctuations also make comparison meaningless. Axe grinding.

@alanmaddison20 If this is right 2 things. BBC, Channel 4 News, ITV etc need 2 fact check before they issue these misleading reports masquerading as ‘News’. The Labour Party and/or Leader needs to sue individuals or organisations as appropriate 2 regain the respect & confidence of the electorate

Catching up on #GreatestDancer and loving Harrison. Matthew talked if the importance of hearing the taps but the crowd were awful!! They were so screamy throughout, cheering and clapping constantly, so I couldn't appreciate his moves as I couldn't hear them. Too ITV like. Shame.

@quentynblog I have a similar problem with UK TV. @ITV now puts out shows that look like the brightness is on 0, with massive shadows & no studio lights, also a soft blurred focus. It makes watching them difficult, so I don't bother now.

Has anybody ever ventured onto the @ITV hub, now ITV X? Wanted to watch a film I can only find there...and it's THE WORST streaming site I've ever used. Nothing about it is good. At the Ad break the picture freezes, then the screen turns black or blue for an age. So outdated.

@ITV you’ve spent a fortune marketing @ITVX and the marketing works but wow this is about as much an upgrade on itv hub as getting flu instead of covid. Awful search awful UI and still so clunky. Ad’s don’t load properly show rejoins are amateur. Still the logo is ‘fresh’
