And clearly her tax barrister has over-egged the pudding somewhat to help her case but had she been contracted to ITV there would have been no ambiguity. Police officers do not go to work to be fatally injured, wounded, injured or even threatened and when facing a life threatening situation the gloves are off and anything goes until the threat is removed
