  @TheSimonC90 At a push, Channel 4. I suspect we'd get a more creative entry. ITV and Channel 5 would be a car crash. I suspect none of the other networks realise the money and work involved, however. There is nothing to stop the BBC doing an amazing job, however. They simply don't want to.

  @ProducerScott @ITV @BBCNews @loosewomen My partner is a midwife... they are paid overtime using a difference system, this means “2nd job tax” they have been fighting this for a while and have been told nothing will change.
