Tried resetting box, internet etc.... the internet is fine, recordings work, it’s just the players and apps. Says “Loading” for 3 seconds then goes back to TV

It’s now dire, producers wife is again interlinked to most of the new storylines. Most characters are now different characters. Terrible!
