Why do I pay £48 a month for the most unstable broadband connection in the UK. KCOM is probably better than this ****.

@em1500uk Hi, I am sorry but KCOM support would not be able to help. You would need to contact the Eclipse support number. I apologise about your wait getting through, however your call will be answered. - Jay

@NorthLincsCNews I'm not happy that you are allowing KCOM into North Lincs to dig up service strips to lay FTTP when @ofcom don't recognise them as a major ISP in England and their packages are expensive and they don't offer an easy switching process like all other ISPs do. Why ?

KCOM wifi deciding to go down before we score really is not the one. But it is 1-0.

@DataAugmented Internet connections are far too expensive, where I am there is really only 1 internet company KCOM. The 400 Mbps down, 35 up, unlimited package is £50 a month, yet the 30 Mbps down, 15 Mbps up package is still £40 a month!
