    @KCOMhome appalling connection at HU17 all day, we have a smart wifi booster and that is of no help whatsoever. In our last home we had PlusNet and never had an issue in 10 years, KCOM aren’t performing well tbh, we rely on wifi more than ever as many work from home.

    @Ash_470 @PollardRach Kcom do not use the same lines as BT, they are fibre direct to the premises on their own network.

    @KCOMcare @KCOMhome another day, yet again Kcom Internet service is down. However, not according to their website. No online customer chat function. Help pages as useful as a chocolate fireguard. Terrible hold music. Maybe I'll get through this time πŸ€”

    @Chamaerion @andreajenkyns Hull never had red phone boxes. They were never part of the Post Office or BT. They are owned by KCOM and are usually cream coloured.

    @HowardGant9 @EE @SkyUK Look at Sky when you can. I cant knock them at all. I got Oakley a phone and the deal they provided me with was amazing. When KCOM was off Sunday, EE was shocking for a signal. Sky had 5G and was so quick!

    @pdaantizio @halfironmum We're all EE in this house and the WiFi is KCOM. I don't know if it was Internet based or network based.
