Dale Pincott (@PincottDale) reported@willsonjamesd @RichieLyric @KCOMhome I've used signal monitoring software for years now (on kcom's advice) with a ASUS ROG Rapture router. I've had issues with hardwire connections and Wireless. Kcom are the common denominator.

louthinator (@oclulouthinator) reported@KCOMhome for those of you still having problems, the outage may have messed up your router settings so you might have to factory reset which is something kcom support will not tell you to do yet it fixed my problem easy. Their actual support was not helpful at all.
