@ant_thedesigner That's a shame. It used to be the opposite problem: KCOM overpriced, the rest of the UK had caught up and the customers are left with no choice because of KCOM's monopoly as an ISP.

@SuperBulletWill for some reason there's steamworks checks during loading screens, and since everyone and there mom is downloading cyberpunk it's slowing the whole service down and thus making loading times in Kcom take longer. it's a well made videogame

My Internet seems crap lately, constantly dipping as losing my skyq and imac and alexa connections, funny its been bad since neighbour had fibre installed and they was up the pole fitting wiring #kcom

@KCOMcare And if the service we pay so much for is rubbish it doesn’t matter does it? We’re completely over a barrel and KCOM carry on taking our money. This is exactly the time we need our internet the most - for work, studying, keeping in touch with people, shopping etc. So frustrating

@taff_owst @KCOMhome @Roisindubh7 Thanks I hope so too just fed up of getting put through the ringer with lies from kcom that there are no restrictions etc I've sent them lots of evidence screens of packetloss etc have it logged with customer complaints and pre logged issue with ofcom ready for 8 week deadlock

@wonthisscar @KCOMcare They're playing dumb to the issue, Chris. All gaming services are being throttled by Kcom for some reason at the moment, but on facebook, they're denying it and blaming people downloading Call of Duty updates en-masse. Very annoying, I pay for 400mpbs and expect what I pay for.
