  @ant_thedesigner That's a shame. It used to be the opposite problem: KCOM overpriced, the rest of the UK had caught up and the customers are left with no choice because of KCOM's monopoly as an ISP.

  @bt_uk No, we moved to Hull so we can now only get @kcom but we desperately want BT to bring a service to Hull that way we could actually get a whole weeks worth of internet. I don’t even bother switching Wi-Fi on my @ee phone I just use my data 🙄

Liquidity will be safely withdrawn and injected in coming DEXes as ZEAL or KCom Withdrawals are possible until September 30th, but we strongly advise everyone to withdraw before August 31st.   @steviee_p @PollardRach Had BT in my flat for 2 years never had an issue. Currently got Sky at my partners house and it’s **** compared to BT but infinitely better than Kcom. Never heard a good thing about Kcom from anyone I’ve spoke to. Service is **** and they take weeks to repair issues

  @RomeoOscarEcho @declang05 KCOM are a bad company but one of thee best providers in the UK they’re one of limited company’s that provide Full Fibre across the UK. Issue is staff and management there are shocking and don’t care for customers. When I worked there we had 13 mins to take a call or loose pay :/

  @KCOMhome Hope we are getting a refund for the outage I pay nearly 70 pound a month and had no internet for 8 hours so far not good enough @kcom

  @thomasforth Hull's network was owned by the council. Due to an accident of history, it retained its local monopoly long after BT had to let others onto its network. As Oftel (sic) homed in, KCOM invested heavily in broadband technologies, to fend off BT and compete outside its area.

  @KCOMcare Disgusted with poor kcom broadband at HU7 since Wednesday. Paying £55.99 for full fibre 400 and have just 5-25Mbps it’s feels like KCOM gave me middle finger... fat rats
