Paul Burley (@paulxdesign) reported from Manchester, England@ant_thedesigner That's a shame. It used to be the opposite problem: KCOM overpriced, the rest of the UK had caught up and the customers are left with no choice because of KCOM's monopoly as an ISP.

George Ferry Takeaway Services Bell #FBPE #NHSLove (@GeorgieBoy61) reported from Cheadle Hulme, England@PJBuckingham They outplayed us at the KCOM so it was entirely predictable given our "Not-up-not-down" mindset!

Paula Burnby (@BurnbyPaula) reported@KCOMhome Why do you need to access my account to explain what the additional £3 is being used for unless I sign up for 2 years with a service that at best is mediocre? Surely you aren’t that inept you can’t give a reason behind the different charges? #avoidingthequestion #kcom

Dogshit you’ve stepped in, tried to prise out wi a peg under the sink tap and it’s splashed in your face. WTF is going on, are you throttling non-KCOM connections. We’re obliged to use your network, it’s a joke. @KCOMcare

Chris Shaw (@s14awy) reported@KCOMhome I have to say the service and response times from KCOM are well below standard and what should be expected. Every day this week my Internet is for 5 to 6 hours. Daniel Rose (@ExileAryui) reported@JonKirby1974 The issue is in any other city it wouldn’t effect the entire infrastructure such as retail or hospitality but most companies are forced to use kcom and now they are no doubt losing custom and therefor money, it’s a sham… and needs addressing.

Andrew Ross (@Andy_Ross1962) reported@Chamaerion @andreajenkyns Hull never had red phone boxes. They were never part of the Post Office or BT. They are owned by KCOM and are usually cream coloured.
