All gaming services are being throttled by Kcom for some reason at the moment, but on facebook, they're denying it and blaming people downloading Call of Duty updates en-masse. Very annoying, I pay for 400mpbs and expect what I pay for.

Yet the CEO claims that all KCom customers have lightstream, a groundbreaking internet connection. I struggle to do my job from home because of the poor internet.

Taffleberry (@taff_owst) reported@Steve09425095 @KCOMhome @Roisindubh7 If you're getting to the slow speed on steam, PSN, Xbox etc then that's been requested OF kcom to try and limit the ridiculous server traffic atm. If you mean generally, are you on fibre or broadband? As my fibre connection, outside of gaming, is absolutely fine.
