@patrickbryant32 @CooperativeBank Patrick, if you are still having problems, there is a work round. If you instal VPN software then Coop Bank website and app will not realize you are on Sky, Virgin, BT, or KCOM etc. I just did it myself and it worked a treat. @CooperativeBank hi I live in Hull and there seems to be a problem at the moment with being able to connect to Internet banking via KCom which is our only available service provider here. I know several friends are having the same issue. I've contacted KCom are you able to help.

@JanieSu Hi Jane, we aren't blocking the CO-OP bank website. This is an offnet issue and not specific to KCOM. Rest assured, this is actively being investigated.

@SeriousAboutRL Cas & Waki share a ground for the sake of economical sense? If this is the case, then why haven’t HKR jumped in at KCOM, Wigan/Sts, Leeds/Bradford, Man Utd/Man City share a stadium? If backers are willing to invest like they invested £35M at Leeds then I can’t see the problem??

@Markymark_1975 @CityFibre Hi Mark, as has been explained before, the only obligation on the provision of broadband is with BT and KCOM for those in the hull area. No other provider is required to offer a broadband service in any form.
