They provide the service to your house but can't control what happens inside. It's your internal network that's at fault. Invest in a WiFi mesh set up or ethernet adapters

I have been stressing out trying to work from home but not a peep from @KCOMhome @KCOMcare. They let people call their phone lines and wait rather than tweet about issues. >:(
