  • Joshstevoo Stevo (@Joshstevoo) reported

Internet has been down for 4 days now, been waiting for an engineer since Saturday but had no communication from KCOM themselves. From a customer standpoint this is absolutely unacceptable. @KCOMcare @KCOMhome

  • dominharvia Dom Harvey (@dominharvia) reported

@ChillDaffodil4 Fine G1 and KCom is part of that, but Sanctifier en-Vec is a massive problem post-SB

@HullCity Shame to lose the KC/KCOM as it has a ring to it but MKM doesn't sound bad at all! WELCOME TO THE M K M STADIUM.

  • _falky James Falkingham (@_falky) reported

@Yorkshire_Grit I had the same issue with BT, got fed up and cancelled contract. In our area KCom have put in the infrastructure for fibre to the premises in local villages around here

  • damo59558195 damo⚫️⚪️ (@damo59558195) reported

@whitestarhullfc Terrible I didn’t mind kc/kcom at least that was connected to the stadium and how it was paid for

  • TellyheVen tv heaven (@TellyheVen) reported

@Frank27588842 @Ugillham @britcultarchive The cable television (with terrestrial TV and radio) was operated by Rediffusion. The telephone network was owned by the Hull City Corporation (aka Hull Telephone Department) eventually rebounded Kingston Communications and subsequently floated and eventually became KCOM

  • Elwick70 Bryan Elwick (@Elwick70) reported

@GreatBr48769413 They were never part of the GPO, hence their own cream boxes rather than red. There were a few towns up and down the country who opted to run their own systems. All but Hull ended up joining the national network. Even today, there are no BT lines in Hull. It’s all KCOM

  • HiConnorImDad spingo bobingo (@HiConnorImDad) reported

idk what's stunted the growth of Hull more, the bombings in ww2 or Kcom's insistance on giving the city the worst possible internet coverage with 0 competition
