@sparkyhullfc @JoPSmith25 The difference is Hull FC are rarely out of the top half of the top division yet have never averaged over 20k fans throughout a season. As if that would be the case for City in the top half of the PL. Plus the ‘biggest derby in the world’ has never once sold out at the KCOM.

@kcom Any chance of some help as to why my connection to my Internet through my mobile phone is rubbish? It spends nearly as much time disabled as I do!!

@wiganrlfans @Jahmez_HKR @IRover77 Yes they can. Kcom have a very good network relative to the others in the UK. That doesn’t mean that every individual is satisfied & problems don’t occur, particularly around wifi which can be affected by many factors. A dodgy router for example, or a poor costumer services dept

Internet has been down for 4 days now, been waiting for an engineer since Saturday but had no communication from KCOM themselves. From a customer standpoint this is absolutely unacceptable. @KCOMcare @KCOMhome

@KCOMhome service so poor . Been trying to get a new router for a year . Keep been told it’s not the answer. Very frustrating. Had the same router for 5 years and it’s clear kcom have since updated there routers .

@KCOMhome more nuisance calls 00306914241568 this time saying my Kcom internet is having issues. Caller says based in HU1 London. People need to be aware this is a scam !

@ItsjustmeAliD How weird is that 😮 on the bright side least you don’t live in Hull we only get one choice here and KCOM is crap but a case of having to put up with it!
