zigzagtoes (@zigzagtoes) reported@Tosh_ag @MikeeP1981 It's always worth having a secondary dns. Most of the time I don't realise kcom is down, cos of a back up dns I entered years ago. Anyhoos, main router settings, look for gateway settings, and as secondary put googles (8.8.8.8) or search net for others, in primary put kcoms....

Gareth smith (@Gareth416) reported@KCOMhome Terrible service from KCOM, one of the most expensive providers in the Country and we are stuck with them in Hull. I bet we won't even be compensated for this mess, been off all day now and it's regularly dropping out.

Goodmeister (@goodmeister) reported@AvonandsomerRob I'm in Hull and we have Kcom which isn't available anywhere else. (We have white phone boxes, not red). I pay for 600mps and it's way faster than anywhere else I've been. They offer up to 900 here as well. New customer offer is £35pm here as well.

Andrew Ross (@Andy_Ross1962) reported@Chamaerion @andreajenkyns Hull never had red phone boxes. They were never part of the Post Office or BT. They are owned by KCOM and are usually cream coloured.
