    A KCOM spokesperson, said: โ€œWe are aware of a network issue that is affecting customers in parts of Hull and Beverley. Our engineers are working work hard to fix the issue and we will give further updates when we have more information.

    @KCOMcare @KCOMhome another day, yet again Kcom Internet service is down. However, not according to their website. No online customer chat function. Help pages as useful as a chocolate fireguard. Terrible hold music. Maybe I'll get through this time ๐Ÿค”

    @ExileAryui @KCOMhome The monopoly has broken. With MS3 network cables now laid or being laid around Hull and East riding there is another 7 choices of fibre providers in the area. Im leaving kcom next month to go in a better package which is ยฃ20 per month cheaper

    @peter_levy Bt have to let other companies use there network so why are KCOM being like this . This will give people more Choices on who will provide there services
