  We were appalling today and fully deserved to lose. However, 1 loss in 11 and for a side who was in the relegation zone less than two months ago, that’s not bad going. The streak was going to end one day, let’s bounce back against Stoke next week at the KCOM. #hcafc

  🚨🇬🇧 BREAKING: The UK’s communications regulator, Ofcom, has officially recognized Starlink as a suitable broadband option under the country’s 10 Mbps Universal Service Obligation (USO). According to UK broadband outlet ISPreview, homes with access to an affordable Starlink plan may no longer be eligible for a USO broadband connection through BT or KCOM. Reports indicate that some applicants have already had their USO requests denied because Starlink service was available at their address. Earlier this year, Ofcom also noted that the introduction of lower-cost Starlink plans helped reduce the number of UK properties without access to affordable, decent broadband to roughly 4,000.   @KCOMhome I have to say the service and response times from KCOM are well below standard and what should be expected. Every day this week my Internet is for 5 to 6 hours. Engineer is now due tomorrow. How do I claim compensation /good will refund for the poor service to date please?

  @steviee_p @PollardRach But whether it’s the only provider or not, if the service is ****, it’s ****. I lived in hull for 3 years and knew tonnes of people on it (50+) and every single person had a bad experience. You could say the same about reviews for every company but none are as bad as Kcom

  @KirstieMAllsopp We had this issue in Hull for a long time as historically we had Hull Telephones that eventually became KCOM. It's only in the last few years when the Government changed the law and we got hundreds of telephone poles from different companies that things have changed!
