    @KCOMhome I just had someone claiming to be from KCOM at my door trying to convince me to take your service by lying about the Openreach alternative not being full fibre. Whether that was dishonest or ill-informed, arguing with potential customers is not the way to get business.

    **** KCOM it’s getting cancelled. Down again within a few weeks. Connexion the way forward now. Unprofessional outfit at @KCOMhome

    @ExileAryui @KCOMhome The monopoly has broken. With MS3 network cables now laid or being laid around Hull and East riding there is another 7 choices of fibre providers in the area. Im leaving kcom next month to go in a better package which is £20 per month cheaper

    Kcom signal has dropped 4 times s8nce 9n the phone with tech support. Are new router is due any day.

    @Tosh_ag @MikeeP1981 It's always worth having a secondary dns. Most of the time I don't realise kcom is down, cos of a back up dns I entered years ago. Anyhoos, main router settings, look for gateway settings, and as secondary put googles (8.8.8.8) or search net for others, in primary put kcoms....

    @KCOMhome @KCOMcare Rubbish service in HU12 for a few days now. Come on KCom we pay through the nose for your broadband at least make it work properly.
