    @SkyNews BT telephone boxes are red. Hull & the surrounding area are not served by BT. Phone boxes in Hull and the surrounding area are cream with service provided by KCOM Group Ltd.

    @Ash_470 @PollardRach Kcom do not use the same lines as BT, they are fibre direct to the premises on their own network.

    @ExileAryui @KCOMhome The monopoly has broken. With MS3 network cables now laid or being laid around Hull and East riding there is another 7 choices of fibre providers in the area. Im leaving kcom next month to go in a better package which is £20 per month cheaper

    @peter_levy If KCOM let the other companies share the network under PIA agreement like BT do there would be no need for more poles and digging the streets up

    @peter_levy Hi Peter, just received message from Kcom, 12 hours after internet restored. Not about having no internet, can do other things, it’s about the appalling service and No communication from them. Are they on your show tonight

    @KCOMhome @KCOMcare Rubbish service in HU12 for a few days now. Come on KCom we pay through the nose for your broadband at least make it work properly.

    @FrEaK_HullFC Hi Steve, our customer service & technical support teams have been open since 8am today. If you call 01482 602555 you should be able to select the options to get through to an adviser. Apologies you haven't been able to reach us yet. Many Thanks KCOM.

    @indianasc0nes @PollardRach I'm in Hull on Kcom, never had any bother with it whatsoever. If your WiFi is causing you problems then it's likely that your router is at fault. Kcom offer a free service to help with that also
