Whether that was dishonest or ill-informed, arguing with potential customers is not the way to get business.

There was damage to other services and the paths are worse now than they ever was and for what ? We had plenty of choice off the open reach network ...

They belong to KCOM a PLC and a company that has always run an independent telephone exchange and never part of the then GPO. They were originally cream.

Gareth smith (@Gareth416) reported@KCOMhome Terrible service from KCOM, one of the most expensive providers in the Country and we are stuck with them in Hull. I bet we won't even be compensated for this mess, been off all day now and it's regularly dropping out.
