They belong to KCOM a PLC and a company that has always run an independent telephone exchange and never part of the then GPO. They were originally cream.

The liquidity previously tied to Biconomy will now be redirected into the new DEXes launching in the Kaspa ecosystem within days. This doesn’t means we’ll not be listing in bigger exchanges in the coming months This means $KASPER trading will be freer, fairer, and without restrictions, exactly how DeFi should be. Daniel Rose (@ExileAryui) reported@JonKirby1974 The issue is in any other city it wouldn’t effect the entire infrastructure such as retail or hospitality but most companies are forced to use kcom and now they are no doubt losing custom and therefor money, it’s a sham… and needs addressing.
