Had to stop going to City around 2007 and never actually got to see a Premier game at the KCOM. Always watched on tv though and was never short of an opinion. Going to miss him.

Yet the CEO claims that all KCom customers have lightstream, a groundbreaking internet connection. I struggle to do my job from home because of the poor internet.

We were the first house in East Hull to get fibre, and Openreach laid the cable from the exchange*. But the average punter has no option but KCOM for their service, unless they go for one of the wireless providers.

Upon realising her speeds were dreadful, she contacted you and got told she had to complete her contract regardless of the poor speeds.

They don't try to push an engineer to visit my property for stupid charges. I have no issue with the KCOM Network.

Extremely difficult to get hold of anyone. No information what's going on. No indication its even being look at!
