    @LloydsBank so Lloyds, why do you advertise an "emergency cash code" service for clients who haven't got access to debit cards at any given time, and then, when I ring up the UK number provided(!!!) I'm told sorry, we cant help unless you're abroad. Why advertise falsely?

    @LloydsBank @WhichMoney Why do Lloyds Dvertise an emergency cash code service, and provide a number to ring if you're in the UK, and then, when the service is rung, I'm told I can't use that service unless I'm abroad?! I have to wait several days for my new bank card, and need money NOW! HOW??!!

    @LloydsBank - can't access online banking via app or website. Website (after trying to log in) comes up with "server not responding". App simply says "technical difficulties".

    @LloydsBank I’ve only one Lloyds debit card and one Lloyds credit card. I just want to cancel the credit card but not issue me a new credit card. I’ll get it once I reach UK. Debit card is fine, it has validity until next year so no issues.

    @LloydsBank Absolutely terrible customer service, I called to ask them to transfer money. To which they said I need to come to the branch, I’ve just turned 18, I’m at university in France and need that money to buy a car that I’ve paid a deposit for, which I told the advisor. 1/2

    @LloydsBank 4 weeks later still waiting for access to online account. Numerous phone calls and promises later and still getting nowhere… so frustrated with customer services as a Lloyds commercial customer

    @LilliHoughton @LloydsBank Not heard of a single mortgage or remortgage being approved yet by any of the big 6 lenders unfortunately. I wonder how they would check and/or enforce a start/end date to the work too, and which company would tie themselves down by confirming that in writing.

    @LloydsBank I'm waiting on a payment into my account. Would customer services be able to see any incoming transfers? I know they can take like 3 days to show on my account/statement. But this is an international transfer.

    @So_Crates247 @TheReturnOfLCF @LloydsBank Blue reward account. Plenty of decent interest accounts around compared with the sweet **** all we're all being offered by our usual bank I suspect. Loyalty does not pay, trust me
