    @TheAA_UK @LloydsBank Home now 24 hrs later than planned.Left in a layby with no access to toilets etc for 5 hours waiting for recovery vehicle and onward travel that did not materialise. Rescued by family who took us overnight. Many frantic phone calls before hire car provided 22 hrs after breakdown!

    @LloydsBank why do Lloyds advertise an emergency cash code service, but then refuse to let UK customers use the service???! I havve to wait seven working days for my new debit card, and now I can't access my money which I need to get to work! Angry isn't the word. Appalling.

    @LloydsBank @WhichMoney Why do Lloyds Dvertise an emergency cash code service, and provide a number to ring if you're in the UK, and then, when the service is rung, I'm told I can't use that service unless I'm abroad?! I have to wait several days for my new bank card, and need money NOW! HOW??!!

    @LloydsBank so Lloyds, why do you advertise an "emergency cash code" service for clients who haven't got access to debit cards at any given time, and then, when I ring up the UK number provided(!!!) I'm told sorry, we cant help unless you're abroad. Why advertise falsely?

    That's another day gone by where @LloydsBank have failed to make a promised call from a complaints manager. All calls are recorded by them so will be asking for written transcripts as well now. It feels like customer service at their convenience not the customer's.

    @LloydsBank New customer here, I'm trying to set up and activate my online banking via your app, but I'm stuck on creating memorable information, it won't accept anything I enter doesn't allow me to re-enter the word, so I can't progress any further, help!

    .@LloydsBank Why does your business banking site not hold my cookie - if I wanted to log in with the annoying card reader every time I would - cleared cookies re-stored it and still have to use the sodding reader - why? whats the point of memorable information id I cant use it?

    @LloydsBank I contacted you on June 16 and spent ages on the phone trying to sort out my dad's S&S ISA account, which I have financial power of attorney over. The guy was helpful but heard nothing back since. Given that I'm not a Lloyds customer myself, how can I follow this up?

    @LloydsBank Spoke to one of your colleagues, asked them to ask a manager to call me before mid day as the promised call last week wasn't made. Guess what's not happened? So I guess customer service is at your convenience.
