    @TheAA_UK @LloydsBank Home now 24 hrs later than planned.Left in a layby with no access to toilets etc for 5 hours waiting for recovery vehicle and onward travel that did not materialise. Rescued by family who took us overnight. Many frantic phone calls before hire car provided 22 hrs after breakdown!

    @LloydsBank @WhichMoney Why do Lloyds Dvertise an emergency cash code service, and provide a number to ring if you're in the UK, and then, when the service is rung, I'm told I can't use that service unless I'm abroad?! I have to wait several days for my new bank card, and need money NOW! HOW??!!

    @LloydsBank so Lloyds, why do you advertise an "emergency cash code" service for clients who haven't got access to debit cards at any given time, and then, when I ring up the UK number provided(!!!) I'm told sorry, we cant help unless you're abroad. Why advertise falsely?

    @LloydsBank why do Lloyds advertise an emergency cash code service, but then refuse to let UK customers use the service???! I havve to wait seven working days for my new debit card, and now I can't access my money which I need to get to work! Angry isn't the word. Appalling.

    @LloydsBank Hi Caroline, many thanks for your reply. I was more interested in knowing how to report that my Mother has dementia and that the bank should be informed that there could be unauthorised access to her account. My Father was her carer until he suddenly died recently. 1/2

    @LloydsBank can’t believe the complete lack of service for an 88 year old customer today. After being on hold for 25 minutes still no solution to a problem. Disgusting.

    Every person I have spoken to on the phone at @LloydsBank has showed a lack of understanding & customer care. I get told I’ll receive an email with a resolution in a few days time and yet every email received is utterly pointless&tells me to go back to the ***** at @TMIrelandHelp

    @LloydsBank Thank you for your reply. I am not criticizing the field soldiers responding to calls, just the lack of ressources and the absence of clear indications on who to call for a specific problem. I am unable to access my ISA account.

    @LloydsBank This has caused me a huge inconvenience I have lost my wedding venue because of this 😡 !!!! I was unable to make the transfer because LLOYDS decided not to answer anyones calls and to not allow access to our money I cannot send many to my own account with different bank

    @LloydsBank Who actually cares, 'how many there are'? Spend a little more time dealing reasonably with your customers and get rid of some the rigid bureaucratic rules followed by your robots @LloydsBank 'Customer Services',instead of focusing on the inanities of your advertising ?#ByYourSide

    When I told @LloydsBank that I’m so disappointed and angry with the customer service I’ve received (or should I say lack of) and am now thinking of moving banks I got told “okay then you do that” great attitude to have, sure that’s great for business!

    @LloydsBank I have used the app for months however since last weekend either when logging on with security details or with my fingerprint the app starts to open and immediately shuts down.I have tried uninstalling app and reinstalling,I have the latest chrome and samsung versions.
