    @LloydsBank I've tried to use the mobile banking app multiple times using both WiFi and 4g. It won't log in and keeps giving me an error message with a red banner stating I'm not connected to the internet when I clearly am. I'm tweeting you, on the internet, using the same device. 😑

    @LloydsBank I have been using the desktop website, the log on process stalled on the calling my phone, it never did. Then a message was posted to say there are technical difficulties and try later

    Terrible struggle for elderly customer @LloydsBank who only wants her title deeds back after settling her loan; several hours on hold. On one occasion alone, over 3 hours - we’ve seen the evidence of that. This cannot go on with a phone system manifestly unsuited for such enquiry
