    @LloydsBank Which is a problem as I do not have a credit card, alternatively they accept bank transfer which was blocked.

    @LloydsBank Trying to get your app on phone . Downloaded it ages ago . Your phone calls never arrive & I didn’t follow thru I’m now trying to log in & told I’ve entered my log in details wrong 2 many times but can log in ok on pc . Calls don’t arrive from that either.Texts do.

    @LloydsBank Mom had a cancelled ASDA order, they told her it's been reversed and it must be Lloyds, then Lloyds tells her it's ASDA who then say it's LLoyds. She's a broke pensioner and there's a game of 'Not me' and no one to help her get her almost £200 back :(

    @LloydsBank I’ve now been on hold for 45 mins to the anti fraud line and you’ve said I’ll be blocked out of my account if I don’t call!! Please help I can’t say on the line much longer. The payment you’re querying is completely fine so this is a total waste of my time

    @LloydsBank Thank you. I’ve tried phoning to find out opening times and after a tortuous process to get through to speak to an advisor I’ve now been told it will be 20 mins before my call is answered. Not great customer service.
