@LloydsBank again over an hour trying to sort out a payment process due to online banking transactions not working! 3rd month now!Called customer service team and been shipped from pillar to post with still no resolution!Also expects me to wait up to another hour on the phone!!

@LloydsBank It hardly ever works anyway! Reported some of the same issues regarding payment transfers for months and still doesn’t work!

@LloydsBank I only have mobile WiFi. As mentioned, the same problem has been going on every single time I try to make a transfer. This has been reported to Lloyds bank many times!

@LloydsBank I seem to be extremely unlucky. I have had to call your customer service 3 times in the last week. I called on different days and times, to be informed each time you were "particularly busy at the moment" and waited 1 hour + for response. When are you not "particularly busy"?

@LloydsBank not only has my hard been declined 3 times today but you have also said I can’t get any cash out of cash point? Is it because I’m never in debt? I’m sure if I was BAME , and overdrawn by £2k , I’m sure you would not block me

@LloydsBank i was on the phone to make a payment of £10000 to myself, regular activity for the account. the account has been fully suspended and i tried to sort it out. unhelpful service and then Alex(a manager) from the fraud department hung up on me!!

@LloydsBank any idea when your younger customers on the IOM are going to be able to access their online banking? Been 2 months now since we were promised a fix. Adult accounts fixed immediately. Shame you dont value your future investors, mortgage and loan customers.

@LloydsBank pls help! I’ve been on hold for over 1.5 hours waiting for the higher level security. IM STILL ON HOLD!The first level of security passed on to the higher level and she said it would only be 10 min and it’s been over 1 hour! Have they forgotten? I need solve tonight!
