@LloydsBank when @TSB left the group the bank that likes to say Yes took customer service with it. Now we are left with the computer says no. We are warned don’t be fooled by #phishing protect your #identity online #besafe. Visit your home branch to do your business.

@LloydsBank oh you don’t have a debit card on that account, no problem use the one on your other account. Oh you don’t have it. No I am sorry the fact I know who you are and you have your passport does not help me. We cannot make a payment from your account.

@LloydsBank @MadleyKarl Also having this issue..you’re saying it can take up to 2 hours, there’s never normally an issue with immediate transfers and there’s a number of making the same complaint..so surely there’s an issue with transfers?

ermmm @LloydsBank do you know when your Faster Payments (Bank Transfer) issue is going to be resolved? Can see loads of customers with the same problem. Rang up as I need to pay rent, and I’ve not been able to receive the money 🫣🥹🥹🥹 any eta on fix?
