@LloydsBank customer service. I’ve tried four times calling the contact centre. Terrible service, they gave me wrong Information and they couldn’t sort out a simple question about an international transfer that haven’t received and I should have revived on August 11.

@LloydsBank 's inability to sort out IT issues is shocking. They still can't accept Mx titles when applying for account opening over the phone and their fraud prevention makes making payments incredibly annoying and periodically fails to notify customer of the issue.

@LloydsBank my credit card expires in 7 months, cannot book hotels in 12 months time so need expiry extended. Lloyds say cannot do it. Not believable and appalling customer service! I'll be forced take a new account with a different bank.

@LloydsBank I have 2 activation codes already, but none of them are working! Trying on the desktop but getting the same error: “Sorry but you’ve entered an invalid code. Please try again.” Pls help!
