After scanning the @LloydsBank site to determine whether a recurring transaction can be stopped by 'freezing' the card, I find that it cannot. So a vendor who was given notice to cancel a subscription three months prior to expiry can **** my bank account at will.

@LloydsBank I have a problem, I ordered a replacement debit card on 28th and it said it will arrive within 5 days, it's been almost 7 days and I'm worried if something happened and why it hasn't arrived yet? many thanks

@LloydsBank It’s being done as I write because it’s clear from tweets you’ve had a problem all day, but blamed other banks and 3rd parties. Your fraud team is totally inadequate to respond and that’s in you.

@LloydsBank Damian Roberts, the only email he's sent (promising an update in a 'few days') was 17th May. We feel as if our little charity in memory of our daughter means nothing to Lloyds. We just wish we'd known this was the service we were to receive and we wouldn't have applied to Lloyds.
